How to disable "Install new versions automatically" in IE 10

I created the msi package using the IEAK10 but when the install is done, the check box for install new versions automatically is enabled. How do I disable it for everyone in my company without having them to manually uncheck the box?

Soundblaster x-fi extreme control panel .... Newer version

im currently using a soundblaster x-fi extreme ( pci-express x1 ) under windows 7 64bit.... the driver version is 1.4.1 .... however when i access the creative audio control panel it only appears as the old style interface( image 1) and not the prefered amplifier style control panel ( image 2 )

ive ran the software update utility and it confirms my drivers and software are up to date... so how can i use the newer style control panel without having to remove the latest drivers
any help will be much appreciated

You see the orange (on Linux gray) Firefox button if the Menu Bar is hidden, so you need to hide the Menu bar via View > Toolbars, also accessible via Firefox > Options.<br />
If you need to access the hidden Menu bar then press F10 or hold down the Alt key to make the Menu Bar appear temporarily.<br />
You can place the Tab Bar on top.

Adobe pdf plug in for firefox, 10.1.4 version, does not work but can not update to new version, why?

Adobe pdf plug in does not work, when I tried to update following message appeared, "Adobe Reader 9.5.1 and lower has been blocked for your protection", how to solve this problem?

Could you review/adjust your preference for which program opens PDFs? I'm not sure how that drop-list behaves when there are multiple Adobe plugins. You might need to physically remove an old plugin file or two to make sure Firefox is not trying to use the old one.

Xfdf and pdf works in Adobe Reader 6, but not with new versions 7, 8, X

I have a xfdf file which is created by querying a SQL data base and contains data for a pdf form; it works with Adobe Reader 6, but does not work with new versions of Adobe Readers (7, 8, 9 and X).
It is an intranet site running IIS 6.0 in Windows Server 2003 Web Edition SP2 with Adobe 6 installed and client systems include XPSP2, XPSP3, Vista, Windows 7 with different versions of IE, Firefox.
With new versions of Adobe Reader, click on the hyperlink launched the pdf form in a browser window without data; below is the link:

I have installed new versions of Adobe Reader in the Web server (to match what the clients are using), but results are the same – blank pdf.
I uninstalled the new versions and installed version 6 and the pdf and xfdf worked happily together, but we need new versions of Adobe Reader in the client computers.
Thanks for helps and suggestions – I have read articles about using iTextSharp to create pdf documents from .NET apps, but that would be my last choice.

OVI NEW VERSION 2.10.87 - DO NOT USE - I REPEAT DO...

Downloaded new version of ovi suite 2.10.87, completely wiped existing contacts in outlook and then re-installed 30% in the phone and then same 30% to Outlook wiped the rest ..........................WHY?
This software is rubbish, going back to pc suite installed on a laptop fortunately or hours would be spent re-loading contacts.

Why are you so surprised that Nokia features do not work. It appears to me that Nokia once market leaders are now so desperate to keep up with the superior opposition that they are issuing feature before they have been tested. 4 weeks ago I was offered free navigation software I thought it would be useful so I downloaded it it did not work. After about a week I was told I needed to update the phone software I am told every time I try to download the newer software needed that my current software is up to date. I spoke to Orange they are as useless as Nokia I think they are blocking the free features from Nokia so I buy them from Orange. Hi I am using LabVIEW DSC 7.1 for programming my application. My VI contains NI hypertrend which I am publishing on a browser using the web publishing tool. When I open the web browser on a different computer I get this error- Component works Error loading Control. A newer version needed. The default settings for the control will be used. I have disabled firewall, pop up blocker etc...but for some reason it keeps giving me the same error. I read the knowledge base and it talks something about the .OCX file. I am not sure what I am supposed to do..I also have the DSC runtime installed in my machine. I'd appreciate it if someone could help me with this.

If you're on a 64-bit OS, OCX files must be in the folder: %windir% \ SysWOW64
and not in %windir% \ System32 (only for 32 bits OS)

I am trying to create a new version in controlling thru tcode OKEQ, when I try to go Settings for each fiscal year it tells me that version ... # Ia does nto exist in table TK09.
am I missing a privous step?

Unless you deliberately downgraded iTunes this may be a sign of a corrupt library. See Empty/corrupt library after upgrade/crash.
