Control panel not showing up
the control panel on my hp photosmart C8180 all in 1 printer will not come on and the printer is on.

There may be an electrical connection issue inside the printer, but it may also simply need a power reset. I would advise trying to perform a Hard Reset on the printer.
* Unplug unit while powered on
* Unplug other end of power cord from the direct wall outlet
* Wait 30 seconds
* Plug unit back in for power
As well, there is a document with steps to troubleshoot when a printer has a blank display. The document is located here. Hope this helps.

Jmf audio and video control panel not show up in netbeans
I am running AVReceive2 in netbeans. The control panel does not show up when I run this in Netbeans. When I run the same code in DOS I get the control panel. The core component to the panel has not been changed. Am I missing something. I just reinstalled everything and still have the same problem. I need to get this resolved ASAP. Also, I can't think of anything that would cause that problem other than library issues, because it sounds like you have JMF installed correctly if it works in a terminal, but Netbeans overrides your system settings to use its own. -
Bookmarks options button in icloud control panel not showing

i installed icloud control panel version 3.1 for windows 8 and can't sync bookmarks with chrome. I installed the chrome extension, restarted, but keep the same only internet explorer shows and it can't be changed.

This is Vista.
Go to the Inspiron 1525 support page. Find the small blue "Change OS" and click on the arrow. Select Vista.Then download and install these 3 items with a restart between each one.
1. Dell System Software in the System Utilities category.
2. Intel Mobile Chipset in the Chipset category.
3. Sigmatel audio driver in the Audio category.
See if it works any better after you get the Sigmatel driver installed. -
3rd gen iPod Nano will not sync with latest version of iTunes on new laptop. It passes the connectivity test but not the sync test under diagnostics. Worked fine on old Windows 7 laptop but not new one. From Control Panel it shows up as an Apple iPod USB Device...
Never mind, I think. I think I figured it out. There was 1 song (out of > 900!) that somehow had been purchased with the other ID - I have no idea how. Once I deleted that song, it stopped asking.
There may be something with the newest iTunes version too. I didn't think in older versions that the "On this iPod" list of songs was greyed out. But at least it syncs ok. -
TPC-2006, Dial control does not show
I am using a TPC-2006 based on Windows CE, the problem I have is that I want to show on the panel a Dial control, but the control does not show fine, it seems that there is a problem with that, I would like to know if there is an upgrade of firmware or something that can help.
Another thing is that it is a 3D control, but in LabView PDA there is no Dial on Classic controls, would it work if I import a Dial classic control?

The only thing that appears in the screen is the label of the numbers of the dial, and the indicator of the position of the dial, but when you move the position of the dial, it seems that the screen does not refresh the movement and it leaves the marks where the line of the position was before.
Right now I don't have with me the equipment, I found this bug in the offices of NI in Mexico, but as I will work with this kind of displays It is very interesting to me that it works fine.

On my iphone4s, music control do not show up on the screen and the screen cannot be rotated.
On my iphone4s, music control do not show up on the music screen and the screen cannot be rotated.
Couple of clarifications, the rotation lock is not set. The controls are visible for video and other apps. Only the music screen does not rotate or show the controls.

"Mission Control" does not show space row and I cannot add a new space (27 inch screen)
Firstly, "Mission Control" does not show upper row with spaces. I have configured Dashboard as space, but it is not showed either.
Second, I cannot add a new space because the upper right corner wont show an empty space.
In system I have configured (Mission Control) the upper right corner as "mission control".
I do run a 27-inch screenI'm having the exact same problem. I have a Macbook Pro that I connect to a 27inch iMac through the mini display port. Whenever I attempt to launch Mission control to move a program to a different space, the "Spaces" dont appear at the top of the screen. Is anyone have an answer for this?
Also, does anyone know of a 3rd party program to bring "Spaces" back? That was my #1 favorite thing of Snow Leopard, and I need to get that functionality back.

FLVPlayback controls are not showing in other people computer on there browser...

In my project I have to play a flv vedio in swf file so in place a FLVPlayback component in one movieclip and when I hv to show I make that movie clip visible and play the vedio from starting.
Its working fine on my computer but FLVPlayback controls (play pause button, seek bar volume controls) are not showing in other people computer on there browser...Then set "base" attribute to "swf" or "./swf" (relative path - can't remember which ), or absolute path to the "swf" directory.

JColorChooser : "Swatches"-tab's recent-panel not showing recent color
Hello all,
in JColorChooser on "Swatches" tab we have one panel named "recent" and another
named "Preview".
Problem 1.
After i close my Color-chooser-dialog and reopen again , Preview-panel shows
the last selected ie recently selected color BUT recent-panel not showing any color.
Although on other Tab like "RGB" i am getting the selected color's RGB values .
Below is the code-snippet , Am I doing anything wrong ?
Problem 2.
This problem is not consistent. What happens that whatever RGB values i set,
next time when i open the chooser , Red-value gets educed by 1 !!!

When you launch Control Panel\Programs and Features, aren't you able to find the installed programs there?
All programs icons stored under control panel\Programs and Feature are related with registry keys
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
and
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall (64 bit system)
If these keys are corrupted or you don't have enough permissions on these keys, then the program icons will not be displayed under Programs and Features.

Hello, I am still using Labview V8.21 on XP. I know, I know, should be using my 8.6 but do not have a DVD drive.
Anyway, I am trying to do some support on a VI originally written in V6.1 and updated to V7.1 The problem is, there is a tab control on the front panel that will not show up, it is on the block diagram, labview will not really find it, but thinks it is still there, the front panel is just blank and really big. Looked all over, nothing on the front panel. Any ideas why this would happen or how to get around rewritting the whole VI? I doubt a rewrite will occur, as a company we have moved to .NET and the product will probably be either discontinued or redone in .NET if I cannot get a work around here.
thanks.cannot color the control or the VI to make it show up. Here is a post, this is a big VI and alot of error will show up as I am not posting the whole thing, just the TL vi that has the tab control problem.
This is one thing that made me leave Labview, all eggs are in the VI basket, if it fails, you are done, unlike .NET that you can open the source with a text editor if you have to.

ICloud Control Panel not staying resident
I have installed iCloud Control Panel on 3 different PCs, each running Windows 7 64-bit Home Premium. I got everything working, while my wife was at work, and I wanted to show her how she could snap a picture and it would show up on her PC. I had set it up for her phone on her computer and my phone for both my laptop and desktop. I initially tried using her phone (iPhone 3GS), which has been having peculiar problems (which is an entirely different issue). I took a picture with her phone and after several minutes of nothing, I decided to show her on my phone and computer, since I KNEW that was working. I took a picture with my phone (iPhone 4). Again, nothing popped up on my computer. I finally realized that the iCloud Control Panel was no longer working on my desktop. I then went to my wife's computer and it was no longer working on her desktop. The laptop still had the control panel interface open (as opposed to only showing up in the taskbar at the bottom right of screen.)

There is not, Vista or Lion are the minimum requirements, use Yahoo's sync services instead.
