Conversion growing spider webs

I burned a movie from my dvd recorder from my tv. the event went to long and I ended up with about 15 minutes of "junk tv". I had converted the disk (mpeg 2 format) over to mpeg4 with handbrake.
Then I opened the mpeg4 movie in quicktime pro and trimed out the last section. I then exported to Mpeg 4 again to save it. so far it has taken over 14 hours and half way through. Looks like it might take a couple of days. the movie is only 2 gb.
Is there a faster way of doing this?

Save As is nearly instantaneous (no export).
I havent found that to be the case on anything I have ever tried to save, or save as. It usually takes the same amount of time as exporting in every video i trim or cut something. So you think something might be wrong?

Spider webs on my plane.

I acquire two signals from the same daq. And I want to plot one signal against the other.
so I extracted the sample value from every waveform sample. And then bundled it with the other waveform's sample value. Then I used the XY Graph to plot the two values but instead of giving a proper continuous single it gives me a spider web.
In the VI attached I used Ex XY Graph and it gave me the same plot using the inputs from channel 1 and channel 2.
Anyway I viewed one sample of my data and I got the image attached as my output. How can one time instant have so many values ? shouldn't it just be a single point on cartesian plane? Am I missing a link?

Draw the web on a new empty layer then play with the layer's blending modes and layers opacity, fill and blend if gray settings. Also try adding layer styles.

I simply type an email in my sbcglobal.net on yahoo account. Then I save it to Drafts. Then I return to edit or add text, and something strange happens: All the text is laid out exactly as I had written it, but a sprinkling of tiny squares and arrows appears on top of the text. It reminds me of a spider web. I clicked on a few of these symbols. Some would completely delte the document. Others would move the borders to the left or right. I want to avoid seeing this in the future and how do I get rid of it?

I made a Video with my HD camera and made a nice movie in iMovie HD 6 in 1080i-30. what is the best conversion to view it on my web site. I have tried a few of the settings but none thrill me. all either too small or too square. What are the best settings for wide screen conversion for the web?

I just bought the Cannon HV20 camera on Monday 5/7/07 and shot this Video on Tuesday night 5/8/07. I have never owned a Video camera before and true to the advertisement the canon was just point and shoot and I got pretty decent Video. We passed the camera around to everyone in the band so that everyone could shoot a little and everyone could be in the video. next time I think i'll bring a friend to shoot so we can just play.
I had no problem at all importing the video from the HV20 into iMovie as some here have been experiencing. I thought iMovie was very easy to use and since I am used to working in Logic Pro I know to hit save every couple of edits, just in case of a crash, which it did a couple of times

Apple doesn't repair it. If there is no sign of abuse, they replace it with a refurbished unit. The fixed-price for non-warranty replacements can be found here.

Spider Web Dependency Diagrams

Hello All!
First off let me apologize if this is the incorrect forum to post this question. Now on to the question, I�ve been searching for a program that could give me a visual representation of the dependencies required for my program (much like a spider web looking diagram).
I�ve done a bit of googling and I believe I need to create a UML, further googling has provided me with this site http://www.jguru.com/faq/view.jsp?EID=568126 which provides links to various UML creators, but I can�t seem to find a program that meets the functionality that I�m looking for.
After even more googling I�ve come across this program http://www.instantiations.com/codepro/ws/docs/features/dependencies/dependencies.html (Code Pro) it does what I�m looking for, but with a price tag I don�t (I�m a poor student I don�t have $1,000 to blow on drawing a pretty diagram�) I was wondering what others use to accomplish this task.
To quickly summarize: Im looking for a program to draw a spider-web like diagram to show dependences for my program.

Bex to Business Objects - Currency Conversion error in Webi

Hello,
I am attempting to transfer a Bex 7 key figure currency conversion to a Business Objects filter in a Universe for display in a Webi report. The version of Business Objects XI 3.1 SP2. The Bex Conversion Type is based off Calendar Month, and the Target Currency variable is a selection prompt. The filter is passed to the universe and prompts when the report is ran in Webi, but an error occurs if the currency is populated. For instance, if I populate the filter in Webi with 'USD', the following error occurs: The MDS query SELECT "....." failed to execute with the error Value 'USD' FOR variable "Currency" is invalid (WIS 10901).
I'm not sure if the currency conversion information is being properly transferred and translated to Business Objects. Does anyone have any insight on this issue?

I was able to modify the dimension for the filter to retrieve the correct object (Ex. USD), but there are multiple incorrect selections for USD and other currency types. For instance, when I type in USD i get 5 different options, and the one with the description 'American Dollar' is the correct one. Why is Webi displaying all these different options? When I display the options for currency in Bex only one 'USD' is shown in the list. Here is my filter condition for currency type in the Universe:

The topic comes up weekly, sometimes daily, so you've got lots of advice to rummage through. However, you must determine if you want streaming files, which require the QT Streaming Server application, or you're actualy downloading with quick start. Huge difference.
Be aware, the term "best" is not applicable to compression for Web video. You can have image size, frame rate, and image quality be better but only one at a time. Pick one, the others suffer. It's a question of bit rate, not file size. Time to take your Compressor manual to the gym with you. Transcoding is a difficult and complex process.

Variable conversion in BEx Web 3.5 after EHP1 Update

Hello experts,
we have a problem after updating to ehp1 with a 3.5 web query. When we enter in the variable screen for the characteristic variable of fiscal year "0032010" then the bi clears that field. Without ehp1 the system replaces "00332010" with "003.2010". When we execute the query in BEx Analyzer everyting works correctly with ehp1. Does anybody know a solution?

Please check note 1368772. You need to set the parameter ALLOW_INVALID_VARIABLE_VALUES to reactivate the same behaviour as in release 700.

IPad Mini dropped on floor. Front screen cracked like spider webs lines.

I aproached Apple store who said don't do cracked screen @ Apple. Asked me to try repair shop at any Digital Mall. My question is : Is it worth the cost to repair a cracked screen which has sensitive touch pads inside the iPad Mini ?

Error during conversion in the web application designer 2004s?

When I'm converting a template from 3.1 to 7.0(2004s) whit the migrationtool, I get an error whit a big screen. Then the WAD closes down. I can ignore, retry or break down. Does somebody know what the problem is?I have done other queries and they converted good. It is a query whit selections and formulas. I've tried anything. could someone help me?

I left my iPhone on top of my car. At about 50mph it fell off. It had spider web cracks all over the back and a small section of the front. But it still works perfectly. Thanks for making such a tough phone!

I found my iPhone on the side of the on-ramp thanks to "Find my iPhone". It was within 5 feet of where it had been tracked.

I long ago gave-up on Apple Support Communities as a source of technical info, and instead drop-by from time-to-time for entertainment purposes.
