Convert imaq image into image vidéo format

hi,
(i'm using a french version of labview 7.0, so please answer with components in french!!!)
i need to convert an IMAQ image (coming out from an IMAQ-Acquire vi) into the image format that comes out from the following vi:
"Tracer une table de pixels redressé", whic in my case has a 24bit-pixmap in input.
On the help I can't find what image format comes out from "Tracer une table de pixels redressé" and after several essays I can't find a suitable vi converter.

yes i checked but i found nothing special.
actually i have tried to route the imaq-image into a 'createJPEGfil' vi. then i loaded the jpegfile, routed it into a 'redresser table de pixel' and then into 'tracer une table de pixel radressé' which has the output that i needed ('image' type). but that's sad, as i'm obliged to access to the hard-disk; saving and loading a jpeg file, hence slowing down the all thing.
any other ideaz?

One way I can think of is to create a java.awt.BufferedImage, and use its Graphics object to print out the xml (count the lines first, and space them to your liking). Then if you want to save it to e.g. png or jpg there are free libraries for that, whose names I don't remember at the moment... Dunno why you'd wanna do this though :)

Converting sql timestamp into a usable java format??

does anyone know how to convert an sql timestamp into a usable java format? i have retrieved a timestamp from a mysql table in a jsp script and would like to convert it into the following format:
12:42pm | 08.07.02
as i understand it, i'll need to convert the timestamp into seconds since 1970 and then manipulate it as a calendar object? my first line is working, but i don't know what to do after...
java.sql.Timestamp sqlTimestamp = resultSet.getTimestamp("date_and_time");
next...?

please excuse my java sytnax ignorance, but i've tried a bunch of different syntax arrangements and can't figure out how to use the getTime() method. what comes after my first line there?

actually by using dats or d type you can get the user specific date itself.
but if u have different dates format that need to be converted to the user specific date then you can follow below procedure

Outlook 365 converting text boxes into images

Hello,
When sending out an email containing text boxes with text, links and images inside, people receive it as images.
It does not matter if you created the email as HTML or Rich Text. Same behaviour both cases.
Is there any way to avoid this issue?

No, various shapes and features do not translate into HTML suitable for email and will be sent as an image instead.
Using tables instead of textboxes and shapes is the recommended way to go.

Convert system date into mm-dd-yyyy format

Hi everyone, I am developing an web application in jsp.In my application when a client enters his information like name,email etc, they are copied into the database.What i need now is at the same time the system date also has to enter into the database in the format mm-dd-yyyy.My application doesn't ask the user to enter the particular date.So immediately after the client clicks the save button along with the information he saved the system date also has to enter into his particular database. Can anyone help me how to program this or give an idea regarding the approach to be followed. Any sample code is highly appreciated.Thanks in advance,

well, your application collects user entered info at some place (either in a jsp or a servlet or a handler). At this point you have to generate the sysdate in the specified format.
For example, if its a servlet that collects the user info,

   //collect all request parameters
   //code from previous post to generate date in specific format
   //call method to insert all data
}You will have to import the library classes as shown below in your program.

PS: Also when your sql statement should use some kind of functions to convert the String to a date value for insertion.
For example, in Oracle, you would do this,
insert into test values(to_date('08-24-2005','mm-dd-yyyy'));Here test is a table with one date column.
The to_date() function converts the string, which is the first argument, to a date and conversion pattern is the second argument.
Unfortunately I cant help you with this because Iam not so familiar with mysql.

How to convert mkv files into dvd reader compatible format

Hi there! that's my first discussion ever in this community. Hope you can help me and I thank you by now for support.
My question is pretty simple.
How can I convert a full HD .mkv file into something compatible with DVD readers for home use ( mpeg, avi etc.. ), keeping full HD quality ?
Assuming that I'm a beginner in codec, video converting operations and all stuff like that....
1) I'm using OSX 10.8.5 Mountain Lion
2) I tried using VLC 2.1 but result was pretty bad ( blurry video quality and no sound at all... starting from a perfect mkv source )
3) I tried with Divx Plus Converter 10 having error 2
As I will be converting videos rarely I'm looking for a free solution... Any idea ??

It could be a 'difficult' form of Matroska file. FYI Matroska is just a container like MOV or AVI, and some mkv have the video encoded with Real Video Codec (RV9 RV10). Perian+QT can't decode this, but VLC will play .mkv files just fine on OS X, as long as they don't use H.264!
It's a bit of a lottery until Matroska decide to support the Apple platform. I have found this:

But there may be another workaround: 1. Get Info the mkv file
2. Change to extension to wmv. Save as wmv and that could work better.

transfer to, so I'd like the user to be able to bring up a new bus

can't figure out how to attach a usermap function to the second,
mouseover image.

You cannot in a simple image swap. To have hotspots that ONLY
appear on the
incoming image, you would have to use show/hide layer instead
of swap image.
This means that you would have two images, one in a layer
superimposed over
the other. Mouseover the first image reveals the hidden
layer's image.
Mouse off that image hides the layer. Now, each image can
have a different
hyperlink/map.

Convert an file image into a PICT resource in a .r file

Hi,
I have a small image in a file (already converted to .pict format) and I would like to add this image as a PICT resource into an existing .r file in an xcode project. Is there a utility somewhere that will convert the image to the ascii hex format that's required for the .r file?

Thanks, but derez will not work in my case. The image in question is not in a resource fork. The image is in the data fork of a .pict file (originally converted from a .jpg file).
The reason I need this is because I already have a complete application which makes a call to GetPicture() to obtain an image that is already located in a .r file as a resource 'PICT' { ... } . All I want to do is to replace existing image in the .r file with my new one. That's why I would like to convert my image into the ascii hex format required.
I figure it must be something simple, but I haven't been able to find a tool to do this.
