Convert Liter to Drum

Hi SAP expert,
the problem that i facing is the conversion liter to drum when creating a sales order.  My customer want to buy Material Oil using drum and not in liter. But in my sales order i able to create using liter. How to convert from liter to Drum ?
example ;-
Material : Oil
Uom : 200Liter Equal to 1 Drum
in pricing maintenance (vk11) for material Oil using 1Liter is $10.

Hello,
In the MM01 MATERIAL MASTER RECORD , maintain the Sales unit as DRUM and the Base unit as Litre , then system will prompt Atomatically to maintain the conversion quantity from BASE UNIT To SALES UNIT.
Sales unit is the SALES:SALES ORGANISATION DATA 1
Base unit  in the BASIC DATA 1
save it and create the sales order.
The system will take the sales unit as DRUM
hope it is clear,
thanks,
santosh

  • V-Drum Input Mapping

Hi I'm recording MIDI drums into Logic 10 from a set of Alesis DM Lite MIDI drum pads. To enable the hi-hat and the hi-hat controller pedal to work correctly with Logic's kits, every time I load-up a kit or change a kit I have to go into Drum Kit Designer and change the Input Mapping from GM to V-Drum. Ok so it's not the end of the world having to do this, but is there any way in Logic of making V-Drum the default setting instead of GM, so that I don't have to open up Drum Designer every time and change the Input Mapping?
    Thanks
    PS I'm using Logic 10.1.0

Thanks but no it doesn't save it, sadly. Well it sort of does I guess, but every time I change the drum kit patch, let's say from Detroit Garage to Retro Rock, it changes back to GM. Let's face it you don't do that very often per song so and it's not worth making a massive drama about (some people's reactions when they find an app doesn't do exactly what they want is like the Devil's threatened to take their first five offspring); it's just an annoyance when trying out the kits. Always have to go into Drum Kit Designer every time and change the Input Mapping back to V-Drum. Sadly there aren't any settings on the DM Lite to adjust its output to suit. I was hoping there'd be something in the MIDI tab of the Logic Preferences screen, but there isn't. Not even when all the Advanced Controls checkboxes are checked.

  • Burning WAV files- HELP

    New mac user here
I need help with this as soon as possible please, I have a deadline-
And this MAC is killing me, I am running into problems all over the place
    Long story short
1- I sent a drum loop from garageband to itunes
2- I converted the AIFF drum loop audio file to WAV with Itunes
3- I burned the WAV file to a CD-R and tried to import the file to my mixer but it does not read it( it only reads WAV files)
I am stuck, my question is-
can itunes write to ISO9660 data disk?
    How do I do this?
If not what are my other options, how do I do this?
Any step by step guide would be greatly appreciated

iTunes can burn three types of disks.
Audio CDs (to play in a traditional CD player)
MP3 CDs (to play in newer CD players which can also play MP3 tracks)
    and
    Data disks (CD or DVD)
An audio CD would certainly not be what you want, but a Data disk might. I suggest you use a CD-RW (which you can erase and re-try with if necessary).
Alternatively, there is another way. In stead of using iTunes to burn the disk do the following.
    1. Insert a blank CD
    2. drag the WAV file on to it
    3. Burn the disk
This will burn an ISO standard CD with your WAV file on it.

  • My 2 cents on CS5.5

    Hi all,
I'm new to this forum, but would describe myself as a very experienced user of Adobe Audition 1.5.  I have recorded hundreds of sessions on it and have always thought it a wonderfully intuitive and simple interface for recording.
I've recently upgraded to CS5.5 and, with all respect to the developers, I must say I'm quite disappointed at a few major ommisions.
Firstly, what recording interface doesn't have a metronome?!  This is a grave absence.  Nearly every musician I work with will want a metronome track on at least a few of the songs they're recording.
Secondly, the looping functions are far less sophisticated in the new version.  Clip duplicate is gone (a very handy function if you want to loop a sound that you've cut in the multitrack window that belongs to a longer series of sounds).  But the actual looping function has lost its various stretching capabilities making it far harder to do sequencing work within the session window.  This was a major tool for me in my sessions when building up arrangements around bands who have played to a metronome.
Thirdly, I'm really quite frustrated that I can't open older sessions with the new software.  I had this same problem with AA3.0.  Why can't you include a compatibility mode so I don't have to have three different versions of the one program on my machine?  Seems pretty ridiculous to me, considering most software packages these days include compatibility functions.  I think you should be showing some support to the people who have bought your older software and wish to have access to older sessions.
I've only recorded one session so far so need to dip my toes in a bit further, but if I can't find some solid work arounds I'm going to have to look into another interface.
    cheers,
    Adam

    Welcome to the forum Adam,
You are not alone in having some angst with CS5.5 but pretty much all of this has been covered by the developers elsewhere in the forum.
That of course doesn't make the pain go away.
However, the points I'd like to address are:-
    "Clip duplicate is gone"
That is not so it is still there it's just more flexible and accessed in other ways eg highlight a section of a clip and hold down the alt key while clicking on the top of the clip and you can drag a new instance of the clip. (sounds harder than it is).
"I'm really quite frustrated that I can't open older sessions with the new software.  I had this same problem with AA3.0."
Again not so - AA3 can open all previous versions of ses files including CEP.
Additionally there is http://www.aatranslator.com.au/ses2sesx.html which should cover you here.
Be thankful you are not a Final Cut Pro X user where you pay twice the value of the upgrade just to export an OMF!
"so I don't have to have three different versions of the one program on my machine?"
Some users actually choose to do so and are relieved that Audition allows this rather than overwriting previous versions.
I used to love AA1.5 and resisted the urge to move to AA2 and then AA3 but I just couldn't live without xfades now.  Sure it was a quantum leap in getting used to it but it was worth it.  I suspect (and this is not directed at yourself) that CS5.5 compared to AA1.5 in many ways is a bit like giving a time machine to Java Man.  By that I mean conceptually its hard but in reality its just a matter of a different approach (sure there is no getting around funtionality that you need that is yet to be implemented).
"I think you should be showing some support to the people who have bought your older software "
As a developer myself you have to consider the cost of supporting software that is what 10 years old?
If it was me and my customers either couldn't be bothered or didn't want to spend the upgrade money or even if they are happy with the old version there is a limit to catering for those customers as opposed to catering for the needs of those who continue to support your product by upgrading.
I guess a line has to be drawn somewhere especially when somethings don't necessarily have logical conversions into later versions.
"but if I can't find some solid work arounds I'm going to have to look into another interface."
And really this applies to every user of every daw - if the daw you are using doesn't do it for you then you need to find one that does.
I've been down that path also and while I'll use another daw to convert my midi drums when required I would rather dig my eye out with a spoon than use it over AA.
This is just my two bobs worth not that my two bobs worth is worth any more than anyone else's ;-)
Hang in there if you can.

  • Post subject: Loss of volume: recording MIDI to audio

    Hi all,
I normally don't convert my MIDI drums to audio but I did so recently in order to play with reverses and time stretching (recorded by setting MIDI output as Bus 1, Audio input as Bus 1). When I played back my drum audio track, I noticed that it wasn't nearly as loud as the MIDI track. Is this standard? I ended up putting a compressor on the Audio track for more gain, but just wanted to make sure.
    Thanks!

Sometimes it does. You want to make sure that volume levels are at optimal levels. Some instruments set their default levels very conservatively. If you 'split out a drumkit'. You will notice the hihats might very soft in relation to the kick..
While using a compressor and setting a higher output works, (sometimes punches up drums) you might just use a gain plug-in, to keep a uniformity of sounds to each other

  • Cannot play Mavericks created DVD

Ok...here is a better description of the problem.  My Mac is running OSX 10.9.1.  I used IPhoto to creat a slideshow of family pictures with music.  I followed all the prompts and directions.  When the slideshow was done I exported it to my HD.  The format of the slideshow that was created is identified as  HD (720P).M4V. I opened the Finder and inserted a blank DVD R.  I dragged the slideshow file onto the DVD icon as directed.  I burned the slideshow to the DVD.  I then tried to play the DVD on my computer and on my Television.  Both rejected it.  The computer sent me to something called "Any Video Converter Lite"  I asked that app to change the DVD to an NTSC Standard format.  I still cannot play the resulting product.  THIS USED TO BE SO EASY with pre Mavericks software.  Anyone have a clue as to how to cope with this?

You cannot burn a DVD capable of being played on a standard DVD via a Finder burn. That only creates a data disk. You need software such as iDVD or Toast to burn a video DVD. All a converter such as the one you used does is change the format of the video to MPEG-2, the standard for DVDs, and that I believe requires the Platinum version of that software. Even so, you still need software that can burn the disk in the format used for video DVDs.
    Regards.

  • How do you make a DVD?

I can't believe how much Mavericks has changed the making of a simple ( used to be anyway) DVD of a family slideshow.  What the heck?  I made a slideshow in I Photo.  I exported it to the Mac HD as directed.  I tapped the finder on after inserting a DVD into the slot.  Then it says I can't make a DVD and it sends me to something called "Any Video Converter Lite".  This asks me to find the device I use.  Ha.  I mean it is just a Television, Sony Bravia with NTSC system.  So far I have used up 4 disks and haven't made one that works on my TV and disk player yet.  What the heck am I doing wrong?  Why is this so hard now?  IT was much easier pre-Mavericks.

Just use the built in video editor, or transfer to PC and create movie there. There are tons of video editing packages that would allow you to mix, add audio/music, subtitles, tiles, etc. to videos then save as video and burn to DVD.
Here are some tips on how to make movies.

  • Converting between tables in an Oracle Lite Database

We have a standalone application that uses Oracle Lite. A requirement we have from a new customer is to use their Oracle Lite database structure or to come up with a mechanism that sends the data between the 2 different structures.
Both the structures reside in the same database.
Initial thoughts were to write triggers on both structures that convert the data or to use XML / XSL and treat them as seperate apps.
However, I'm wondering if there is a different way. Do Oracle provide any tools that can help with mapping between 2 different structures that hold the same domain data?
    Anyone got any better ideas?
    Cheers, Matt

  • After loading k-lite can't view converted h.264(mov) files on quicktime

Got an hd camcorder for christmas that records in the h.264(mov)format. Could only play files on quicktime 7 but processor to slow and video stuttered and lagged audio. Downloaded binks radtools to convert file to avi, which played farely decent in quicktime. Decided to try k-lite codec pack to see if i could improve on this. While instaling, k-lite told me "the preferred source filter that "h.264" is set to is invalid" and asked if it could remove it from the windows registry. thinking this could be problem i click yes. k-lite did not improve viewing with its instaled player and when i tried to play my converted file in quicktime i get only white screen but good audio. removed k-lite but still get same results with converted avi file in quicktime. (I think the preferred source removed was a nero application)
Does anyone have any ideas on how to repair this? I want to purchase quicktime 7 Pro to convert files to avi but not if i am going to get the same playback results.

If you can't find it in QuickTime Pro, ask the person that created the files.
FWIW, you'd be better off just capturing the DV tapes in FCP directly.

It would seem that it is proprietary to Microsoft and exclusive to Windows, except for Apple mobile devices.
