Convert PDF to Microsoft Word file

I purchased AA9 Pro based on its ability to convert PDF documents (specifically formula/objects) to Microsoft word. I have tried several times using the "Select Object Tool" to do so but without success. Am I missing something?
I have attached the file I am trying to convert to Word.

Hi,  I have tried it for you.

    Hi Nura,
Are you receiving that message for every file that you try to convert? Or is it specific to one file? Are you converting via the ExportPDF web interface, or via Adobe Reader?
Please tell us more about the file or files that you're trying to convert. How were they created? Are they complex (many pages, or mix of different fonts and graphics)?

  • I wanna Convert PDF to Microsoft Word & Microsoft Word to PDF? How do I Do it?

I wanna Convert PDF to Microsoft Word & Microsoft Word to PDF? How do I Do it?

    Hey,
Firstly, you might need to refer this link to check the compatibility of MS Word with your Acrobat version:
Compatible web browsers and PDFMaker applications
Also, let me know what Acrobat version are you using?
You can choose "File>Save as Other> Microsoft Word" to convert PDF file to Word.
And, while exporting a word file to PDF, either you can use Adobe PDF printer option from the File menu or Acrobat ribbon from the menubar.
Please check and let me know.

  • Convert PDF to Microsoft Word document

    Hi,
After converting PDF file using Adobe Acrobat to Microsoft
Word document, the converted file is changed into a picture format.
How can I convert a PDF file so that I can edit it?
    Thank you.

Acrobat (Adobe PDF Printer and PDFMaker ) doesn't recognize the Section breaks.  It never has as far as I am aware.  The easiest thing to do is to manually break up a copy of the MS Word Document into the Sections you need and then create the PDFs from those MS Word documents.

  • Converting pdf to excel/word file - will it allow changes made to orginal pdf file?

I just downloaded the new free version of Adobe Reader and it gives you the option of converting a pdf file to an excel or word file.  Does this mean if someone has this option on their Adobe program they can convert the pdf file I sent to them to a word file and modify it? Thanks

No, we cannot password protect a file from Adobe Reader. You would require Adobe Acrobat for that.
Yes, you are right here, there are two types of password protection, a) to open a document: in this user would require the password to open the document even and he cannot view the PDF until he provides the password.
    b) Permision Password: once this is applied he person who receives the pdf file can still open it to view or print but cannot modify the file unless they have the password(Please see the screenshot)
Let me know if tat helps.

  • Converting PDF to Microsoft Word - HELP!

I have Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional, and have been unable to
successfully convert PDF documents into Microsoft Word documents. I
usually get the following message: "Save as failed to process this
    document. No document was created."
After restoring the setting preferences to their default
status, I was able to save the document into Word. However, it was
not a true Word document, since I COULD NOT EDIT IT. This has been
    extremely frustrating.
Wondering if anybody has any advice.
    Thanks.

  • Converting Wordperfect to Microsoft Word

    Friends,
I know this is not a specific question to this forum, but I'm trying to do this in my iMac 24" and would like to hear if anybody else has faced this dilemma. I have a bunch of files in Wordperfect format and would like to find a way to quickly convert them into Microsoft Word files, so that I can open them with MS Word. Is there a way to do this that does not require me to open each Wordperfect file individually and save it in the different format?
    Thanks,
    N

As long as the file extension is .doc, MS Word will open the file. However, it sounds as if MS Word is not the default word processor. What you can do is select all the files that you want to open with MS Word, right click, move your mouse over "Open With", and select "other". Even though MS Word is probably in the list of applications to open the documents with, it is not set to default. When the window opens, navigate to MS Work, and click "Choose". That should make those specific files, that you selected, open with MS Word.
    Hope this Helps
    Trevor

Is there a free way to convert a pdf file to a microsoft word file?

Adobe does not offer a free PDF to Word conversion. You may want to check out our ExportPDF service though. It's quite inexpensive: https://www.acrobat.com/exportpdf/en/pricing.html

If I convert  PDF file to a Microsoft Word file can I delete pictures from the converted file?

    Hi sutterrot,
After a successful conversion from PDF to Word, you need to download the converted file locally on your computer.
You can then choose 'Enable Editing' button and then delete images/text or make other changes.

Why Acrobat x professional is changing the text formatting specifically the font family  and the font size of the text in my pdf on exporting it to Microsoft word file format ?How should i stop Acrobat x professional from doing that so that i get an exactly same word file on exporting it from its pdf counterpart?

I was testing the preciseness & efficiency of Adobe acrobat x professional's doc conversion capabilities. As i have to take a document editing project in future which is going to need lot of pdf to word and vice versa conversions . What I did was I created a test word document converted into a pdf using a pdf maker in my word 2007 , Acrobat did convert the document from word to pdf keeping everything in the source file intact , However when i tried the other way round and attempted to convert the same pdf to word 2007 file format I lost my formatting ?So the font that I used to create the pdf are the ones taken from word 2007 which i believe is using the fonts that are installed in my computer. Any suggestions on how to preserve the formatting of the document after converting it from pdf to word file format?
    Regards
    Mike

  • CWK file to pdf or Microsoft word on a windows computer

Could someone please tell me if I can convert a CWK file to pdf or Microsoft word on a windows computer.  I have tried opening the word document and going to the 'open' options etc but this still won't open the CWK file.
Is there something else I can do to open the files or convert them to pdf?
    Thanks in advance!

It seems this is an old Apple Words document. A Google search revealed https://www.google.com/search?q=cwk+files&sourceid=ie7&rls=com.microsoft:en-US:I E-Address&ie=&oe=&gws_rd=ssl  that Word will not do this natively. I was able to see a couple of converters, and it also provided info that LibreOffice, a free open source Office program can open them with exceptions.
How you decide to go about doing this is up to you.
