Convert Pricing Error : Mandatory condition PR00 missing as a red error

HI GURUS,
May I know if I can make the error "Pricing error : Mandatory condition PR00 missing" as a no-go red error? We would not want to be able to save the sales order, then create the outbound delivery and only to reverse them after not being able to post the outbound delivery. Making it a no-go error will help us save time and effort if we commit mistakes in the sales order encoding.

1. Check have u entered plant or not? If yes then
2. Mintain PR00 condition thr. Tcode VK11 and do the update pricing.
This two are the possibilities please check and try.

there are two possible reasons
1) In your pricing procedure you have maintained MWST has ticked mandatory .
2) you have not maintained VK11 for this MWST condition type after ticking mandatory in your pricing procedure.
maintain VK11 for your MWST condition type and then create sales order with sales doc type OR.
another option is in MWST condition type details go to manual enteries can be changed there you can see manual entries feild as D change it C. .so that the time creation of sales order also if you get the same error you can enter manually. in emergency case

Mandatory condition PR00 is missing

   While creating a salesorder it was giving an error that mandatory condition pr00 is missing.I have checked for condotion records in vk13 ,everything was fine..but i dont know why it was showing that error..plz help me out.

hi,
kindly see the date & time settings in your system under control panel. if it is mentioned in the current year and date(ex- if it is like the year 2010, date- 8th, then the pricing will not be determined).
when everyting is ok, then follow the steps.
1. step. create condition types for basic price, discount, freight and taxes by copying from the std. one.
transaction code= vok0 or this menupath follow.
IMG- SD- BASIC FUNCTIONS - PRICING- PRICING CONTROL - CREATE CONDITION TYPES.
2. Create condition tables thru the same menu path.
     a. for basic price - 3 tables
     b. for discounts k004, k005, k007 - each 1 tables
     c. for freight - 1 tables.
     d. for tax - 1 table.
while u r creating the tables, pl. see the fields u r selecting. to findout whether the selected fields are right or wrong? after creating the fields, check with technical view on the tab screen. if it is like HIENR, Then the pricing will not determined.
3. Then create the Access Sequence for the tables thru the same menu path.
4. maintain those created in your pricing procedure (like ZVAA01)under control data. then save it.( Tips: u can create your own pricing procedure or copy it from the std. RVAA01 and maintained ur conditioned types which u have created).
5. step. maintain this pricing procedure to ur sales areas by selecting new entries.
6. after all maintain the condition records thru VK11 for ur materials in each condition types.
finally u create the sales order and see , the same error will not throw.
note: even see the tax determination rule in ur system.

MWST mandatory condition is missing

Let me explain the scenario first,i have created a contract & saved it here every thing is ok,but when i ma trying to create billing with respect to contract.it is throwing a message "mwst mandatory condition is missing".i have checked the following.
I have gone to condition record and checked it is maintained anyhow if it was not maintained then it won't pick in contract.
checked the teax classification in material master & customer master (it is maintained),gone to pricing analysis and checked what i observed is for mwst condition it is showing "condition record missing" but when i checked in contract for mwst the conditon record is picked (here the record is maintained on country/mat tax classification/cust classification),where as in billing is not picking.may i know where i may went wrong.

i have checked the pricing analysis at billing level & found that "the MWST condition is not found for the condition record country/cus tax classification" but where as if i check it in contract it showing the MWST condition is found for country/cust tax clasification /material tax classification.here what i observed is the conditon material tax classifcation is picked.so where should i correct it.

Urgently need solution for Pricing Error: Mandatory condition type missing

I am working on CRM 5.0 service module and I am facing a problem while creating a service order.
When I enter the product in the service order it gives me an error
"pricing error: mandatory condition type Z### is missing" even though I maintained the customer pricing procedure, the pricing procedure determination, and the condition record. The error shows that the pricing procedure is determined as the error shows the mandatory condition is determined but what I think is that it cant find the condition record.
I already maintained the condition table and the condition record in the product master data but it does not pick the price, kindly help. Deserving points will be rewarded.

Hi,
Open u r transaction which u r getting the error, Double click on product u ll get the item level info, Select condition there u click on create icon, there u can define the condition.
OR
While creating a sold to party check whether u r entered a sales area data properly or not.

Set "E" for V1801 Message: Pricing error: Mandatory condition ZR01 missing

Dear All,
I want to set below error message to appear as ERROR.
Right now this message appear as a GREEN Color message. Therefore user can save the sales order without pricing.
My requirement is to BLOCK the user from entering a sales order in to the system without pricing. (Not even a incomplete order)

Message no. V1801
Please note I have done following configurations.
- I have set ZR01 condition as MANDATORY in my pricing procedure. - B'se it's the price for the material
- I have set "Manual Entry not possible" for this condition type - Price should always pick from VK11, User should not be able to enter manually.
If Price is not there, user should not be able to create a SO.
NOTE:
In the transaction OVAH, I cant see this message no to set as E.
even in SE91, I don't see a place to set the message type.
Is there any other way to set this message as "E" & to prevent user from entering a SO to the system without price???

Your suggestion works really fine with me.
It didn't make that message an ERROR message type. But it prevents user saving any incomplete document, where in my case it's pricing. So user has to complete the pricing in order to save it.

Pricing procedure Mandatory condition mwst,UTX1 , utx2 is missing

i have created new pricing procedure but when am creating sales order am getting Mandatory condition mwst,UTX1 , utx2 is missing where as while creating pricing i have maintained condition record but still am getting error kindly help.

Sales order cannot be saved if mandatory conditions are missing.

We have a senario here,
Basically, It has been configured that sales order should not be saved without mandatory conditions like Price(ZPRC), Tax(VAT), Min and Max values and MRP(ZMRP). Also, tested on various servers. Everything was and is working fine.
But currently in our production server, sales order is saved without tax condition. Which should never happen. But it took place?
Now, I'm confused how to track the error ? I mean to ask why sales order got saved, even if the check was kept.....
Where can we check that ?
And, also tested the same scenario in the production server without tax condition, but cannot save the sales order(acc. to our requirement).
Also, asked the user (who created this sales order) but the user says , he didn't remember what he did while creating ?

Hi,
Do the following.
1. First test this case in your test system. If this is working fine in test system but not in production do the following.
a. Go to table T683S and find out the table entries for each step for your pricing procedure. I am sure there will be difference. If there is any difference, then either find out the missing transport and retransport the same to the production system, else create the configuration as per your test system and then move it across upto the production system. This will solve the problem.
2. If the test system is also not workign properly then there is something wrong with the design of the pricing procedure itself. Check if you have configured all necesary condition types as mandatory condition types.

Pricing procedure mandatory condition missing

I defined a condition type as mandtory in my pricing procedure and for this condition type in the control data2 i selected accrual.
now in the sales order this condition type is not picked(not displayed). As far as i know if a condition type is declared as mandatory,it should be displayed in the conditions tab.
Can some one explain why this not displayed?

If you want that the condition type should feature in the Sales order, then in the Pricing procedure put "requirement 2", remove the "Accrual key" for the condition type then maintain a condition record and save, it will now feature in the Sales order.
Accrual key is used for Rebate only.
If you want to perform Rebate, then put "requirement 24" or "requirement 25" for the condition type in the Pricing procedure. Assign Account key "ERB" and Accrual "ERU" for the condition type.
(Maintain the condition record for rebate condition type BO01,BO02 etc. in the Rebate agreement, specifying the rebate rate and accrual rate).
Now the condition type will come into effect only when the Billing document is created if you have put requirement 24.
If you put requirement 25, then it will reflect only in the rebate relevant billing document.

Pricing error: Mandatory condition ZPR0 is missing

I have download the Pricing Conditions from ECC to CRM and I even checked the tables in CRM they are available.
When I raise the sales order I am getting the error saying that Pricing Mandatory Condition is missing
I found the following thing in Accesses Analysis
Root -> Condition_Determination --> TracerNo No price determination analysis available
only this i can find in Condition tab.
Can you guide me how to over come this problem?

It was helpful, know i found the detail errors.
The Error is for the Condition Type ZPR0 i have the following fields they are
Sales org. of order
Plant
Customer group
Attribute Class Value for the Sales org. of order and Plant are nil
only Attribute class value for the customer group has read it.
Can you suggest me any idea ?

This message come when you caculate 0TTE when doing cross country transactions . Check if this codition needs to be caculated for your order. If it is not required you should not make call .You can try to eliminate this error bu uisng the BADI BADI_TTE_DOCUMENT

Inquiry - PR00 condition record missing

Hi
I looked for a solution for my problem in this forum and elsewhere and hence my post.
I am in process of creating a creating a Inquiry but there is an error indicating "Pricing error: Mandatory condition PR00 is missing".
There is a PR00 condition record for this material. I checked pricing analysis and notice system is not reading this condition record. Access sequence is indicating condition record is missing.
What could be the problem?

Your problem is system is not determining pricing date.
In sales tab button of inquiry, enter pricing date.
Now go to Item conditions tab and click update button and select carry out new pricing.
Your problem should be solved now.
For inquiries, system takes 'pricing date' from 'valid from date' field.
I presume, you did not also give 'valid from date' in your Inquiry.
The reason why it is happening is because in IN order type, transaction VOV8, proposal for pricing date comes from proposal based on valid from date.
In future, assign dates in Valid to and from fields and you would not see this problem again.

Pricing and MWST Condition Type

Hi,
I am trying to create a sales order but everytime i get this message
"Mandatory condition MWST missing"
I went to the pricing procedure control and unchecked the mdt button for this condition type....but still i get this message.
Can someone advise me on this?

hi aditya,
the message is coming because its set as mandatory in the pricing procedure. Once you remove the tick against MWST for mandatory it will not come. Probably you are looking at the old order still. Whatever orders you create after removing the tick the system will not ask for MWST again.
But anyways to understand MWST is the output tax which actually needs to be maintained may be on cust/mat tax classification, domestic tax etc depending on the set access sequence key combinations at VK11.

Hi Siva,
you are getting this error because PR00 is a mandatory condition in the pricing procedure that you are using for your transaction type-Enquiry.
Check your pricing procedure,However if it is manual you can add it in the conditions tab of your inquiry directly. otherwise you can enter the price in either the product or the BP masterdata

When creating a credit memo request with reference to the original order we get the error: Pricing error: Mandatory condition ZPRI is missing.
Checking in Analysis we get following information:
"The condition is set as an automatic condition without access sequence. Stored condition formulas may deactivate the condition.
Example: In the case of the NRAB free goods condition the minimum amount is not reached. In this case the condition is deactivated using the base value calculation formula 029."
The condition type (statistical price) is setup not to be maintained manually and we want to keep it this way.
As no access sequence exist I do not know how to add a condition record.
I am also unable to trace any condition formulas.
I have checked other credit memo requests for this sales area and none of them have ZPRI in their pricing analysis.
Could anyone help me out?
