Convert SAPScript output into Word document (.doc)

Hi,
I want to convert the output of sapscript into the word document. Will u pls. suggest the appropriate way to achieve it.
We have a Function Module which converts the ouput in to the PDF and RTF format. Is dere a possibility to convert it into the DOC file.

Use ABAP program: RSTXSCRP
It will download and upload your sapscripts as a text file in your local harddisk.
when u execute that program ,one screen appears.there u have to enter the directory path and the name of the upload or download file. Use the naming conventions of the file system where the file is located.
File system Example
Windows, DOS d:\tmp\text.rtf
Unix /usr/sap/c11/SYS/global/text.rtf
When uploading, the data in the file is transported into the SAP System. When downloading, the data is stored in the file by the SAP System.
If you are working on a PC, enter a file that is located on a hard disk or a disk of the PC. If the PC is connected to a network, or if you are on a workstation, you can specify a file on a remote disk.
and for converting the output in to PDF format use the function module CONVERT_OTF.
u can use these function modules to convert the script.

Converting scanned PDF into Word document?

Can you convert a scanned document that comes out as a PDF into a Word document and if so, how do I do it? So far using Mac OS10.8 I get a blank document.

Open the PDF with Acrobat (Pro or Standard).
Perform OCR of the scanned image of textual content.
Save.
Use Acrobat's Save As (pre-Acrobat 9) or Export feature to output to Word.

Hello,
You cannot convert a RDF into a Word Document but you can generate a RTF file from a RDF file.
Example with reports 6i runtime :
rwrun60 report=test destype=file desname=c:\temp\output.rdf desformat=rtf userid=scott/tiger@db

I just signed up with Adobe in order to convert a PDF file into a word document and it continues to fail. Any suggestions.

If you have adobe X, simply go to "File" -> "Save-As" and Microsoft Word is an option. Also, there is a download (paid) called Able2Extract that will allow you to convert pdfs to word, excel, etc. but the formatting is often lost. If you get the premium package, you can even convert scanned documents. I've used Adobe X to do the conversion, and it retains headers, footers and all formatting.
And i personally share you with a article about how to converting PDF files to Word(.doc), you just need to follow the easy guide.

Exporting smartform into word document

how to export smartform into word document . i tried converting into pdf and then download but it showing run time error that conversion is not possible and also it tells that otf command // missing. is it not possible to export directly to word document instead of pdf.plz give clear description of what to be done exactly with sample codes.

By using FM RSPO_RETURN_ABAP_SPOOLJOB you will be able to get the ASCII text of your Spool, which you can download to your local HD and open with M$ Word.

The application Acrobat provides no language translation capability.
If you localize the language for OS, MS Office applications, Acrobat, etc to the desired language try again.
Alternative: transfer a copy of content into a web based translation service (Bing or Google provides a free service).
Transfer the output into a word processing program that is localized to the appropriate language.
Do cleanup.

Even i had the same requirement for a sales order form to download in word and then change it manually before sending to customer. I tried a lot of ways to do the same and finally raised a sap noted for the same.i got a reply from SAP that it is not possible to download forms in word with same allignments maintained with logo. SAP note 641560 says the same thing.
All you need to do is find a technical solution to fill the data which they want to fill maually or go for adobe form. Thats amazing technology to solve your issue.

(1) Copy program DD_ADD_PICTURE into your own version called ZDD_ADD_PICTURE. Make sure
you select all the checkboxes (including GUI Status and screens).
(2) Paste the modified code at the end of this reply into your ZZ_ADD_PICTURE program.
(3) Run ZZ_ADD_PICTURE for a range of Icons (e.g. enter Icon name ICON_IN* on the selection screen)
(4) When you get the result list, type in ok-code EXPO directly in the ok-code
field (you could also add a button for this function in the GUI status).
(5) Download all the displayed icons as .gif files into a Windows folder
that you have created to hold the icon .gif files (e.g. C:SAPICONS)
(6) Now you can work with the icon files as you would any .gif file. (e.g. In a Word doc, use menu path

When I click on the save as the document does not change.
I am getting very frustrated trying to complete this action.
I have signed in to acrobat.
I have exported the document to acrobat.
I have saved the PDF in acrobat cloud.
I need this document as a word doc so that I can learn how to use my scientific calculator for an exam.

From the document
        When I try the file save as other, nothing happens after I click on Word or Excel Online.
        There is no way I can click on the convert button on Export PDF.
        I am logged in as you can see.
        When I go to Cloud Acrobat I can see the file there but only as a PDF.
        There is no word document there.
        As you can see I have tried this more than once.
I just don’t know what to do from there.

Download Smartform output in word document

Hi All,
I had a requirement to download the smartform output in ".doc" format.
I had run FM CONVERT_OTF with parameter value format = 'ASCII', and downloaded using .doc format
I was able to download but the output is not having logo and some different symbols are added.
Can any suggest what would be the exact procedure to download the output in word document.
