Convert Table to CSS - any tool available ?
Does DW have any tool for converting a table-based page or
template into a CSS-based page?
I have some old generic table-based templates that I'd love
to convert, but I'm a CSS total newbie.
I was thinking that perhaps DW might have a tool or
conversion thing that could help with this.
If DW does not, might you know of any Table-to-CSS conversion
tools out there ?
Many thanks
Well, if I knew, I wouldn't say, so I'm just saying that I
bet it has. :-D

Any tools available to aid in sync troubleshooting?
I'm coming from a Palm OS phone, and the sync. conduit provided detailed log files of what it did, what got updated where, and what it was in the middle of doing it it got hung up. This was all very helpful...
*My question:* Are there any tools available to aid in troubleshooting iTunes/iPHone sync issues? Any sync. log files that can be reviewed?
I know the typical answer is here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1692, but in many cases this does not solve the issue.
Thanks for any pointers....check this out

Help|| Is there any tool available to register Oracle datasource objects into JNDI
Is there any tool available to register Oracle datasource objects into JNDI.If so please tell me where can I download.
Thanks
shivaI'd like to know the answer to this also.
I just started reading about JNDI 2 days ago and have never used it. I'd like to use DataSource in my application with JNDI. If I can use the database as my JNDI "server", then I'd prefer to do that instead of having a seperate external server. -
Are there any tools available to find the Server's availability?
I have been trying to find out a tool/script to figure out the server's complete availability. Please be noted that I need to find only the complete availability for the whole month say July-2014, And there
are many other reasons that some of these servers would get rebooted every alternate day. It would be sufficient even if I am able to find the total downtime of the server in the whole month from which I can calculate the availability. Please be noted that
I need to calculate only the server availability and not for any application/service availability. I know we can get the availability report from SCOM 2012. But I have ~3000 Servers which are not in any monitoring tool in fact. I even tried if we can have
any sysinternals tools but no luck. Any suggestions would be helpful.Hiya,
The Event Viewer will hold events regarding shutdown and startup. You should work on event id's 6005 and 6006.
Hopefully your 3000 servers has remote powershell enabled or at least some other way of remotely getting the information.
Basically you should be able to create something like:
For each connected 6006/6005 events within a given time spand - get the time difference and add all those together. -
My site has been hacked. Any tools available to locate and remove "Code injection"?
Google has identified a couple of pages on my web site which malicious code installed into them and Google has listed my site as harmful. "Malware infection type: Code injection."
I searched for the code through Dreamweaver- Edit- Find and Replace but came up empty.
Does dreamweaver have any other tools to help locate the malware? No, DW doesn't have any kind of malware finder/virus removal tools.
The files would be infected at the server level if Google is picking it up and those files will need to be deleted.
You may or may not have an issue in your local files, chances are good that they're totally clean.
Talk to your hosting company about getting the server disinfected. -
Looking for Table to CSS Converter
I'm asking the Dreamweaver Community for HELP...
I currently own CS3 of Dreamweaver and while there are some
ways to convert tables to a css format manually.
Is anyone using a software or a work-a-round to automate this
process of converting TABLES to CSS automatically.
For example i have DOZENS OF HTML pages that are loaded with
Nested Tables... and all i want to do is run that HTML page through
a TABLE to CSS converter.
And then that’s it... you're done!... no tedious copy
and pasting converting one table at a time.
Does CS3 have something I’m missing that would remedy
this or make Converting Tables to CSS more automated and not
one-at-a-time converting?
Thanks for any suggestions or links.A well built page with tables is infinitely more
representative of your work
than the train wreck that results when you convert tables to
layers.
Put a 5x5 table on the page, merge and split some of the
cells, add some
content to each cell, and convert to layers. Look at the
incredible mess
you have now in your code. Preview in a browser, and expand
your text size
in the browser. Look at the incredible mess you have in the
browser.
I think your approach is COMPLETELY wrong.

Are there any tools for data encryption and decryption ?
Hi,
i am using oracle 9i R2, i want encrypt my data. Are there any tools available in market.
Please let me know the ways to do data encryption and decryption.
Thanks in advance
Prasuna.970489 wrote:

Encrypting a password is itself not secure. Anything that can be encrypted can be decrypted. That is why Oracle itself DOES NOT encrypt passwords.
Surprised??
Here's what Oracle does with passwords, and what others should be doing if they have to store them.
When the password is created, the presented password - clear text - is concatenated with the username. The resulting character string is then passed through a one-way hashing function. It is that hashed value that is stored. Then when a user presents his credentials to log on to the system, the presented credentials are combined and hashed in the same manner as when the password was created, and the resulting hash value compared to the stored value. -

Any tool to help deploy with Exploded Directory Format
I read through the "Oracle9iAS Containers for J2EE" Getting Started document and saw the section on "Deploying with Exploded Directory Format". I would like to take the Petstore1.1.2 code and put it in exploded directory format so that OC4J can easily pick up changes to servlets and EJBs. But the codebase for Petstore is complicated enough that I would like to have a tool (possibly ant) that can automate the process of going from either the source directory or even ear file to the "exploded directory format".
Are there any tools available to help automate this process??Never mind. This stuff is a lot simpler than I initially thought. There is no need for a tool because it is easy enough to do by hand.
Sorry for bothering everyone -
Do we have any tools for automating the JavaFX 2.X application testing???
Do we have any tools available for automating the JavaFX 2.X application testing? If so, can somebody provide more information like which shall be the best to get started, whether it is open source or licensed e.t.c?
Thanks in advance.Using this we found that we can test only stand alone JavaFX application i.e. *.jar file only.
But we want to test .html file as our application shall pass certain parameters. As per my understanding, I think this is not possible using jemmyfx.
Is there a way to do this? -
Off topic- any tools for designing the architecture
Hi
I know this is not the right place for this question, but does anyone know if there are any tools available that I can use to draw the architecture of my application ( I don't mean UML tools).
I want to show, for instance, how my application communicates with a database and internet.
thanksIf you just wanna draw the charts, "Visio" is a good tool.
Don't know how much, but it costs quite a bit of money.

Is there any Tools for Code coverage for SQL Azure Database projects
I need to capture data base code coverage for all the manual and automated test. this is for Azure DB, is there any tools available for the same? Please advise
Hi,
In order to code coverage for SQL Azure, use Microsoft Test Manager.
This Link helps you in understanding and step by step procedures for manual testing.

Ayn tool available to synchronise the POP account in Gmail.
Hi,
We are using outlook 2013 as a POP account for our official email communication. We are using Google account Gmail as an email server. All the email account are configured in outlook 2013 as a POP account.
Is there any tool available to download all the Inbox, sent, contacts to synchronise the POP account.
Since the laptop is having an issue,we are not able to use the outlook 2013.We are accessing our email through gmail.
Once the laptop is ready,we want to download the emails in POP account for Inbox & Sent items.
Please let me know is there any tool available to synchronise the POP account for downloading the emails during the issue of laptop for 10 days.
Regards
Pradeep.RPOP3 can only download from the main mailbox folder which is the Inbox folder.
To download items stored in other folders in the online mailbox via POP3, you'll need to move them to the Inbox folder.
See:
Getting Sent Items off the server and into Outlook
Another way to go would be to (temporarily) configure the mailbox as an IMAP account.

CUCM: Cleanup TFTP server content. Tool available?
Hi,
We've been upgrading our CUCM regularly since version 8.6. Every upgrade brings newer phone firmware files. We now have like 7-9 versions of firmware for each type of phone. Our backups are growing and growing and the time it takes to backup increases.
Is there any tool available to delete older phone firmware files from all the TFTP servers?
I know I can delete files manually (one-by-one) but it takes too much time. A tool that would delete all but the latest 2 versions of firmware for each type of phone would be great.
Regards,
ErikManish,
Thank you. I'll proceed and write me a tool that does this via CLI. I didn't know CLI had the tftp list/delete features.
Process will be easy:
List all *.loads files
Download all *.loads files via http/tftp
Find all references from the loads files to the actual firmware files
Output CLI delete statements -
How to do Indepth table analysis without using any tool
Is there anyway of indepth analysis of tables of a database without using any tool, i.e. by means of sql's, pl/sql's only.
My database has around 800 main tables which have several other related relational tables(objects relating 2 tables on basis of OTO, OTM, MTO, MTM object relationship) and several dependent views(made from among the 800 base table only).
Currently database is indexed, has joins and views, all in working scenario but yet do not gauranty consistent behaviour.
My sole purpose is to analyse all main tables (around 800 of them) in my database by running scripts and prompt errors, warnings, exceptions wherever table needs indexing or change of joins(eg - from cross to inner, etc. ) or check inorder to avoid table full scan for related relational tables and dependent views.
My databse is Oracle10g.
Please do revert for any doubts. There are no tools which can tell whether your table needs indexing or whether you need to change joins methods, by just looking at your database. At most, you can get an idea about the missing indexes in case of a parent-child relation. Everything else, falls under application tuning - which involves sql tracing, profiling etc.
If you cannot trace individual sessions, then you are better off monitoring the database with statspack/AWR (if licensed). Generate reports at frequent intervals, look at the resource consuming SQLs and have a discussion with dev team to fix them, whenever possible.
EM can also be used for SQL analysis.
