Converting binary input into a constellat​ion diagram

Hi
I am using the MT Format constellation vi for generating a constellation diagram. The input signal is a multitone signal with 3 tones. I am not able to give this input to the vi. Is there any other vi that I could use? Also can I convert the multitone signal into a binary input for the vi.

You need to be a bit more specific.
What signal are you trying to convert?  Can you post an example with data?

    To my knowledge we can receive the binary in XSTRING data type. Plz correct me if am wrong.

    Hi Bharath,
    I think you should try to write dat being sent to R/3 to spool first, as in R/3 there is FM <i>CONVERT_ABAPSPOOLJOB_2_PDF</i> , with the help of which you will be able to convert Binary data to PDF format.
    Pls find one of the threads related to this , and see if this is useful to you.
    Problem in CONVERT_ABAPSPOOLJOB_2_PDF.

    I think You can reuse teh XString for binary data.there are certain function modules in R/3 for creating pdf/for sending it as pdf attatchment.please search in abap forums you will find more information

    I am calling the getTaskInfo method of TaskManagerService class using Web Service API.
    The result includes the formdata in two formats:
    1.  Binary content of the form
    2.  Remote URL of the form data
    I have to find a value of a particular field using one of the above information.
    I am unable to convert the binary data to XML directly. I have also tried fetch the document based on remoteURL parameter which is also not working.

    Yes, but you need to tell us in more details what you have and what you want.
    There is no "10bit string", they come in integer multiples of 8 bits. Some possible interpretations:
    Maybe you have a 2 character string (16bits). Do you want the 10 low order bits?
    Maybe you have a 10 character formatted string of zeroes and ones, one character for each bit.
    Do you have a long string and every 10 consecutive bits are one 10bit number that you want as integer?
    Please clarify!
    There is no "10bit array". Do you want:
    a boolean array with 10 elements, one element per bit?
    An integer array if ones and zeroes?
    An array of U16, each element corresponding to 10bits of the original string?
    something else?
    It might help if you could attach a small example containing typical data. (make current values default before saving and attaching here).

    anybody knows a software convert java code into UML? Classes Diagram.
    for example JBuilder do that.

    its not a speed issue although sometimes it can be painfully slow (but now slower that sun one). I constantly found myself getting into infinite error message loops (e.g. "incorrect input"... click ok... "incorrect input"... errr click ok.... "incorrec..." etc etc), and also it (relatively) regularly falls over. I tried to export diagrams as GIFs, and when I imported them into Word they looked ok, but when I printed them they printed negative!! I used about 100g of toner before I realised, and had to go thru all diagrams changing them to JPGs. Plus, I think the interface for 6 is a lot less intuitive than 4.2, and it's trying to be too feature rich. Personally I would never use it as a code editor as it's too big and lumbering. For me, it's a diagramming tool, but it doesn't even put pretty pictures as nodes on deployment diagrams!! I want pictures of workstations, PDAs and databases!! Only kidding...

    I am pretty sure that HalosGhost hit the mail on the head.  As to being against forum rules, I don;t really see a problem, provided this is for personal use and is not going to be redistributed.  But, disassembling code is a PITA, and you are not really able to get it into C -- especially not the original source.  It is just not how things work.
    The real question is, what is it that you are trying to do?   A better solution might be to go with open source router firmware to replace that which can with the router.  (OpenWRT, DD-WRT, etc...)

  • Read 16 bit binary image into LabVIEW, convert to TIFF and display

    I have what is probably a simple problem - I have RAW images (1536 x 1944) saved in binary files consisting of unsigned 16 bit integers that I need to read into LabVIEW and be able to view on the front panel (so presumably convert to TIFF or something like that).  
    This is not information that was written using LabVIEW - it was actually written using the fwrite command in C++ if that is any help, and has no header information.

    The picture of the final VI solution that is posted at that link - it looked promising, but the flatten pixmap function appears to only take in 8 or 24 bit inputs, not 16 bit inputs, and I was unsure it if was possible to configure it for 16.  Is it possible to use this same structure to read in my binary files as well?  If so, what changes need to be made?  Otherwise do I need a different function?  I am very new to image processing in LabVIEW.

    The flatten pixmap function does not appear to be able to take in 16 bit inputs and I cannot find a function that flattens a 16 bit pixmap.  Is there any way you can convert your binary file into that of 8 or 24 bits?

    I have the following requirement:
    1. A document is scanned and a TIFF image is saved in a directory
    2. The File adapter picks up the image file and sends into XI
    3. The binary data is converted into XML so a Web Service can be called (this web service will store the image in a database application)
    <b>The part I am struggling with is the convert of the incoming binary data into a XML format document which will allow the Web Service to be called.</b>
    Graphical mapping cannot be used therefore I am left with 3 options:
    1. XSLT mapping
    2. Java mapping
    3. ABAP mapping
    Can anyone suggest the best option to use in these circumstances and provide some sample snippet of code on how to do it.
    I am alright at XSLT mapping but this is beyond me and Java mapping is completely new to me as I have very limited Java knowledge.

  • Converting a binary string into a JPEG image in Crystal Reports 2008

    Iu2019m having problems converting a binary string into an image in Crystal Reports 2008
    I have JPEG images stored in ECC.  ECC stores the data in binary format.
    Iu2019m using the ECC function module SKWF_PHIO_CONTENT_ACCESS_GET to retrieve the data.  This function module has an export table, FILE_CONTENT_BINARY, which returns several lines of data.  Each line contains a maximum of 1,024 characters.
    When I drop the T_ FILE_CONTENT_BINARY.LINE field into my Crystal Report detail section, I wind up with a report that displays all the lines in FILE_CONTENT_BINARY table.  (in my case, 19 lines are displayed.)
    I created a formula to collect all the data into a single string.

  • How to convert PDF file into binary using APIs of Adobe Workflow server?

    I m using the Adobe Workflow Server 6.2. I want to write a web services to convert PDF file into binary and embed this binary data with XML.
    I want to use the APIs (or libraries) of Adobe Workflow server but dont know abt the APIs or Libraries that can convert the PDF file into binary format.
    I will be very thankful to u,if u can help me as i m n this prblm frm the last one week.I tried alot but could nt find the solution.

  • Convert result set into input stream

    Hi,
    I have result set with me having 93 columns with 1 lac rows. I want to download the result set as xls file.
    Because of the data set size is large, i'm not able to hold the data in java object. So i'm trying to convert result set to input stream and giving this input stream to servlet output stream by specifying the contentType as text/xls.
    I'm not able to convert result set into input stream.
    Could you provide a solution here...

    1 - JDBC is the wrong way to extract this data. It's like "What's the fastest way
    to copy the Oxford English Dictionary using tweets?" I would research the
    DBMS's bulk extract functionality.
    2 - Are you dead-set absolutely sure you need to do this at all? What can you
    do with the data all in one flat file that you cannot do with SQL access to the
    data?
    3 - If you want to convert all the columns into one (not that it's a huge
    win or anything), you can use the DBMS's conversion and concatenation
    functionality in your SQL. So instead of
    "select col1, col2, col3, .... from MyBigTable"
    do (change this to whatever conversion function syntax and concat syntax your DBMS needs)
    "select convert(col1, varchar) concat ' ' concat convert(col2, varchar) concat ' ' concat convert(col3, varchar) ... from MyBigTable"
    so the result set you get is a single column.
