Problem in converting Spool Request into PDF format
Hi,
I am facing problem to convert spool request (which store output of sap script) in to PDF format. Actually I have converted it with function module 'CONVERT_OTFSPOOLJOB_2_PDF' and it is working properly but the problem occurs where the BOLD fonts are used. I am unable to see the Text/Address where i have used Bold Font in script (PDF FORMAT). Even though in (SPO1) spool request shows every thing perfectly (along with Bold Font). It will great if you could suggest me something.

Hi gurus
i am working on upgrade project from 4.6C to ECC 6.0. Business had the functionality developed in 4.6C to " Convert the spool request into PDF forms and can be downloaded into local PC".
Moving to ECC 6.0, is there any standard functionality available in ECC 6.0 to "Convert spool request to PDF forms and download"?
Any help towards this is appreciable.

Convert Spool Request in chinese Language to PDF
kindly help me to solve the issues.
is there any way to convert the spool request which is in chinese langauge,
Requirement is to download SAP Script to PDF, where the PDF file should be in Chinese format.
i used the following FM

in the spool the chinese format is visible, but in the PDF instead of the chinese language, v r getting Junk values.

Small font size in converting spool request to pdf format
Dear All,
Every month after payroll run, the payslips are converted to pdf format with the help of standard program 'RSTXPDFT4'. But now when we are converting the file to pdf, the font size is coming too small to be read, though there is no truncation of data. No changes have been made recently and earlier it used to work fine.
Please suggest how do I rectify this problem.

Earlier when % size of pdf was 75 then also we got a clear view but now we have to go as high as 150% to get it readable. Even the printout is not readable.
Please let me know how to check the font size. Also could this problem be due to some Basis setting?

How to convert spool to pdf & then sent mail ?
For Billing document in SD module ,via VF02 we are creating spools.
We are using RSTXPDFT4, to convert spool request to PDF.
There are some 100 Invoices, & hence there are 100 spools.
We have to give this spool no one by one in the above program to convert to PDF, which is taking time.
Is there any way, where we can convert all the spools at one go & conver to PDF ?.Also, can this Billing document PDF, be directly sent to some recipients via e-mail from SAP ??

Account statement printing - single spool requests
Dear SAP experts,
We would like to use print program RFKORD10 for correspondence type SAP06 (account statements for customers) to print account statements for a range of customers, so in mass processing. I see that the standard behaviour of the program is to put the output in 1 spool request.
Is there any possibility to create a single spool request per account statement / customer? This would be helpful when converting spool requests to a PDF file, in order to send the statements by email.

Hi all,
still we are facing spool over flow issue, even though we installed kernel level-236/64bit.
We had scheduled a batch job to convert spool request deletion date with the report-RSPO2010, and it is running fine.(it run daily before spool reorg job run). SPOOL_REORG job also finishing with out errors but still spool numbers volume is very high.
SAP_BASIS level is 18.

This over flow may occur due to lot of spool requests being generated as a result of certain background jobs or manual requests from users while generating some reports. During busy time of business this happens.
To know which job is responsible to genereate more number of spool request please do following:
T-Code: SM37
Job name: "*"
User name: "*"
Select "FINISHED" check box.
Job Start Condition:
From date: Past 10 days to cureent day (date) and click execute button.
In the resulting window within "Ln" column you will see a mat like symbol representing the job generated spools. Select that particualr job and right click and select "Spool List" which will display number of spools generated by the job. You can contact the owner of the job and communicate with him if the number is too big.
