COOIS--Urgent pl

Dear Gurus
When iam running COOIS report the field of Actual FInsh Date and Time field entry is zero, but when viewing through CO14 it's there.Date tab of the production is also blank Is there any configuration settings for this??
Note : Created Production order using CO07(Without material)

Hi .
Unless the order recives DLV status, ie. material deliver to stock (GR to order ), system will not update the actual finish date at production order .
since in your case goods movement is not possible, set the DLV status manually after the confirmation, ie select the "Delivery completed " check box manually this will update the actual finish date.

I need a urgent help !!!! Please Kindly Help me into this
My client have a scenario where he wants to extract the Production order's only "REL" status with combination of Work-center
When we have choose the condition selecting the option of selection profiles and i have taken( SAP001 & SAP0011 )
And my doubt is when i am using SAP001 i am getting orders "REL" status but only i am able to display some orders one order
And When i am using SAP011 i am getting two orders and date range is same
How to achieve this i want to extract orders with "REL" status with combination of Work center
And i am using sys status CTRD Exclude enable & execute it will display only order release but its throwing an error in sys status is not unique
What is SAP001 is Dispatched means what?
Is there any BUG in the COOIS or need any sap notes
Please help me i am in great need

Go to BS42 and configure your own Z profile if the standard profile didn't meet your requirement.
The reason SAP011 is displaying two orders may be because one of the two order is not dispatched.
SAP011 display orders with operations =REL & ≠LKD.
SAP001 displays orders with operations = DSPT

Urgent:Regarding COOIS transaction

Hi Experts,
I've to add two columns in the output of the COOIS transaction. There is no enhancement available for this....
So, I've copied the standard program into a Z-program. I've found out the fieldcatlog where the New fields should be added.
But I'm getting some error ..like Main program not found for....some of the includes..
Please suggest.

Note that as of Release 4.70, you can add additional fields without
modification using customer includes and you can fill them in the
WORKORDER_INFOSYSTEM BAdI (You can find examples of this in Notes 615176

For Releases lower than 4.7, you can only carry out the enhancement using a
modification. During an upgrade, it is possible to transfer this
modification to Release 4.7 (or higher).

Plan v/s actual materail consumption report for production order - urgent

Is there any report or T code from which i can get the plan v/s actual material consumption for a production order or wbs element after completion of order, please suggest / help, the requirement is very urgent.

You can get that in COOIS tcode
Select components again List
then give the plant,Order details
execute
You can find 2 fields reqmn qty(nothing but planned) & qty Withdrawn(Actual consumption) in the report

Production order : urgent

Production order :
Hi PP guru's,
I am getting a error message like this when i release the order and the same is not visible in COOIS
production order information system . What could be the reason since we need to produce the material
urgent.
The status of the order is REL MSPT SETC
and below the order a pop-up message is coming like this
ZPP_EXIE_MSG:000 No of production orders are more than 3
Asper User exit 3 open orders we can see in COOIS but only 2 open orders are there not able to TECO
it since it is in DLV status.
Anything can be done in system status for this order.

What is your exact problem?
Is it that you are not able to view the released orders in COOIS or you are not able to proceed with the released order?
What is that User Exit?What for you have used the User Exit?Can u explain briefly about the same?
Sol for the first Query
In COOIS under Sys Status Field select REL & execute then check
Check whether you have ticked the prodcution order or planned orders ,normally it will be ticked against the production order

List =confirmation
Profile =std profile
selection -> sys status =CNF
Resrict ther report with Dates with Order header level.
To get activity values use change layout option inside the report.
Select the field like unit/activity. from change lay out menu.

COOIS Field Catalog Modification

Hi Everybody,
I have a requirement to add new fields to COOIS report so that additional information can be shown.
I have found a BADI to manipulate the data.
Does anybody know if there is a BADI or UserExit for the same?
Creation or Enhancement point or something?Can someone suggest some way where we can do that?

COOIS - Editable additional fields

I'm intending to extend COOIS structure IOOPCOMP to add in additional fields but what I'd also like to do is make these fields editable and perform functions with the field values when the user presses a push button. I have BADI WORKORDER_INFOSYSTEM but this won't let me play around with the ALV fields to make them editable. Can anyone recommend a way to do this?

Logical command in ABAP.....Urgent

Hi,
i am pretty new using ABAP program so i neeed help urgently. i am trying to move a file on the application server from one directory to the other and i was using the open dataset function to do that. but the file i am trying to move is pretty big and because i am using internal table to store, it is causing problems with the space.
i have consulted the basis guys and they have managed to create a logical file for copying from one directory to the other on the application server. to help you furthter. i am enclosing the mail sent to me.
I have created a logical command which should copy the file from one location to the other but you need to pass it the source dir and file name and the destination dir and file name.
The logical command is ZCOPY and uses cmd /c copy
Copies one or more files to another location.
COPY [/V] [/N] [/Y | /-Y] [/Z] [/A | /B ] source [/A | /B]
     [+ source [/A | /B] [+ ...]] [destination [/A | /B]]
source       Specifies the file or files to be copied.
/A           Indicates an ASCII text file.
/B           Indicates a binary file.
destination Specifies the directory and/or filename for the new file(s).
/V           Verifies that new files are written correctly.
/N           Uses short filename, if available, when copying a file with a
               non-8dot3 name.
/Y           Suppresses prompting to confirm you want to overwrite an
               existing destination file.
/-Y          Causes prompting to confirm you want to overwrite an
               existing destination file.
/Z           Copies networked files in restartable mode.
The switch /Y may be preset in the COPYCMD environment variable.
This may be overridden with /-Y on the command line. Default is
to prompt on overwrites unless COPY command is being executed from
within a batch script.

Confirmation of balance - urgent

Hi,
We are using print program SAPF130K and SAPF130D for vendor and customer respectively.
My query is can we bring even the cleared items alongwith the open items in the same print program???
Now we have line items of open line items only?? As per our exploration into the program... we get only open items..
Also we are using SAP10 and SAP11 as the correspondence type.Kindly advise as to correspondence type should be changed so that it can print both the open and cleared items?
Please reply ASAP as it is very urgent.

FUNCTION IS NOT WORKING WHEN RUN IN SRW.RUN_REPORT, URGENT

I have a report. it has got 1 Query and 2 groups.

The Query looks like above. Now In the report I have a 3 User parameters . For Each record in G2 the functions Func4,Func5 and Func6 adds the value to the user parameters at the report level.
Now the Func1,Func2,Func3 takes the value of last 4 record for each item at each G1 Level and devides it by 4 and prints . As an example given below

This report takes an parameter which is part of the Where condition of the Query Q1. If I run this report from the report builder and provide the value for the parameter then the report runs fine printing the exact values. If I run the report from another report(which I have to do, due to circumstances) using SRW.Run_Report and pass the parameter in the same command. The the function FUNC4, FUNC5, FUNC6 does not do the addition, as a result the Func1,Func2,Func3 returns 0. I dont know why this is happenning .
This is very very URGENT, My project manager is on my head to finish it ASAP. Please help.

One reason that I sometimes get 'NoSuchMethodError' is when I make a change to a
java class that is imported into another java class. When I go to run the
importing class, it will throw a 'NoSuchMethodError' on any methods that I've
changed in the imported class. The solution is to recompile the importing class
with the changed classes in the classpath.
