  • Can the cops trace my lost iphone with imei number?

can the cops trace my iphone true imei number ? i lost him

Currently there's little that can be done, but according to the WSJ today there has been an agreement among US carriers to establish a database of lost phones to help prevent registering stolen phones on another account.  This won't help you today though.

  • Hi I lost my iphone 5s, Neither cops nor my carrier arent helping me to trace it back. can anyone help please??

Can anyone help me please?? When I realised i have missed it and started calling it ,, its already switchd off ... Tried to file a complaint at a local police department but they said that they dont take them!!!! and even my t-mobile carrier said that they can do nothing about that.. Really very sad.. I dont have any insurance on it and even Find my iPhone isnt turned on....

There's nothing you can do about it. Change your passwords and get a new phone.

  • COPA authorization by sales office

    Dear Experts
In my COPA environement we have many branches each branch is a cost center and sales office (one to one relation). In my KE30 report I want Mangers of each sales office to see their report only. In KE37 we are able to retrict users by company code but was unable to restrict by sales office. If I select the sales office in KE37, the users will be restricted if (*) is selected for sales offices, but if I choose one sales office the report will not be executed. I tried to develop a report where the sales office will be variable and should be selected in the KE30 report screen like compnay code,  and period but I failed. Any input please.
    Regards
    Ahmed Zain Hassan

    Hello Ahmed,
Please review and implement note 165087.
As soon as you created your own authorization objects in transaction
KE37 or KE97 and assigned it to a certain user the system checks the
user's authorization before he or she executes a report in transaction
    KE30 or KE24.
Please read the description in transaction ORKE: > Tools > Authoriza-
tion Management > CO-PA-Specific Authorization Objects:
    - Define Authorization Objects for the Information System (Text button
       on the left).
Please also review and implement note 165087.
In order to analyze this issue please check the authorizations for the
relevant user in transaction SU01 and which authorization objects are
checked when this user execute transaction KE24 (> run a authorization
    trace; transaction ST01).
Please ask your authorizations guy to check the customizing of the
authorization object again (on the basis of the documentation in
transaction ORKE and the authorization trace in transaction ST01).
    Best regards,
    Ronghua Fan

  • "Error encountered: ERROR: Final installdb run unsuccessful" during firmware cop installation

    Hi all,
Just a heads up to anyone else who encounters this error when installing device firmware cop files onto CUCM.
We were upgrading the firmware on our CUCM cluster (small - consists of 1 x Publisher and 1 x Subscriber) - running 8.0.2.40000-1
    I was installing:
    cmterm-7936-sccp.3-3-21.cop.sgn
    cmterm-7937-1-4-4-SCCP.cop.sgn
    cmterm-7941_7961-sccp.9-3-1SR2-1.cop.sgn
    cmterm-7945_7965-sccp.9-3-1SR2-1.cop.sgn
When doing so on the publisher server - it was throwing the following error output (note that the files actually ended up on the TFTP server but devices were not picking up the new firmware):

I'd read in various places to perform a CLI command "run loadxml" - which we did but it produced the following output:
    admin:run loadxml
This command is processor intensive, and may take a few minutes to run.
It should only be run on the publisher.
Some services may require a restart afterwards.
This is a CPU intensive command and will take a considerable amount of time to complete. Do you want to continue (y/n)?

    Failure essentially.
Note that the installation went ahead without issues on the Subscriber servers after we tried on the publisher. I believe this is due to it only copying the files to the TFTP server and not updating the database.
I also noted that the following features vanished from the CUCM Administration GUI (the menus were there but the pages came up blank):
    "Enterprise Paramaters"
    "Enterprise Phone Configuration"
"Service Parameters" (after selecting "server" & "service" drop down options, nothing was displayed)
Within individual "Phone Configuration" - the entire "Product Specific Configuration Layout" was missing from all devices.
I was also unable to export the 'Cisco Database Installation Service' logs from RTMT - it threw an error to the status bar at the bottom stating "Collection cancelled for node <publisher> due to the error" (and there was no error info output...joy!).
I called in TAC and Roman Kramarski assisted me via WebEx to full resolution of the issue - thanks Roman
    After running "run loadxml"
We ran the following command which showed us (after much wizzing by of entries) the list of log files, the 5th or so last file in the list being the log output from the "run loadxml" output -
The command: "file list activelog /cm/trace/dbl/sdi detail date"
Our file in question happened to be called "installdb20140306-230735.log" (like I said, was about 5th from the bottom of the list)
    Next we viewed the file:
    "file view activelog /cm/trace/dbl/sdi/installdb20140306-230735.log"
In the file, fairly close to the top, it showed the following error message:
    "23:07:35.047 |   DOMErrorReporter::fatalError *ERROR* Fatal Error at file /usr/local/cm/db/xml/xml/366X_display_instance-fxo_port_gs.xml, line 56, column 22"
This, along with the output of the run loadxml command, indicated that "/usr/local/cm/db/xml/xml/366X_display_instance-fxo_port_gs.xml" file was corrupted or incomplete.
Roman (TAC) then used the Cisco access to root in order to look at the actual file.
It was incomplete - it ended mid closure of a tag:
    "<name>OutputAttenuation</n#"
(Instead of "<name>OutputAttenuation</name>" plus a whole bucketload more output.
Luckily I had a fresh install of the exact same version of CUCM just installed on in a dev environment - so Roman was able to get into that one, TFTP the file out, and then TFTP the new file in.
We moved the old corrupt file into another folder (as we renamed it initially and then ran "run loadxml" which produced the error again) - copied the new complete file into the folder - then "run loadxml" ran successfully.
    admin:run loadxml
This command is processor intensive, and may take a few minutes to run.
It should only be run on the publisher.
Some services may require a restart afterwards.
This is a CPU intensive command and will take a considerable amount of time to complete. Do you want to continue (y/n)?
    Starting loadxml
    disablenotify  dsn[DSN=ccm_super]
    disablenotify  rc[0]
    xml DSN=ccm_super /usr/local/cm/db/xml/xml
    installXml  rc[0]
    enablenotify  dsn[DSN=ccm_super]
    enablenotify  rc[0]
    installdb Success[-x]
    loadxml function complete
NOTE that the running of run loadxml did not take that long and didn't cause any outages to my system.
After we did this - the installations went ahead successfully.
After a restart of the TFTP service on each server - firmware upgrades went ahead successfully.
Basically - you can do the initial troubleshooting of checking logs of run loadxml and then pass that detail to Cisco TAC to get them to use root access to copy a fresh version of the file across.
    Hope this helps.

Hi Thanks for the information, this help me a lot, I have the same issue but with some differences, because when I search the error on the log file, I saw
    08/25/2014 06:14:49.911 installdb|   DOMErrorReporter::fatalError *ERROR* Fatal Error at file , line 0, column 0
message: An exception occurred! Type:RuntimeException, Message:The primary document entity could not be opened. Id=/usr/local/cm/db/xml/xml/ICS77XX_MRP2XX_display_instance-bri.xml|
    08/25/2014 06:14:49.911 installdb|<--DOMErrorReporter::fatalError |
When I search the file I couldn´t find it, so I think this could be because I made a booteable ISO from an upgrade from the Cisco Page, so I go to the production server version 6.1.2 and copied the file missing into my lab and run the command "run loadxml" sucessfully, after that everything works great!
Thanks in advance for your time to post this.

  • Production variance in COPA

    Hi All,
We are settling production variances to COPA and We have 3 values fields in COPA,Material Variance, production labor variance and Other variance.
Variance categories are mapped to material, labor variance and others value fields.but i dont see any labor variances in Variance value field.i have reviewed and this is becuase of Variance categories.which are not one to one mapping to value fields.
we have 9 Variance categories mapped to 3 value fields.
client requirement is labor variances to settled to Variance value field, material variance to Material value field and Overhead and other variances to settlement others value field.is this possible?if yes.how can i do this?
    Any help is appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Anusha

    Hi,
As explained earlier by other forum colleagues, variances captured at production can be assigned to COPA under value field. This assignment is happening through PA transfer structure for variance settlement.
Normally this can be defined broadly into 2 categories : 1.Cost element and 2.Variance categories.
After looking at your requirement, your main interest is in cost element based production variance push to COPA for reporting.i.e.Labor variance.
Production order shows this variance under secondary cost element labor and difference between target/actual.COPA transfer structure doesn't push 2 seprate values (target/actual) ,whereas only delta gets posted.
I feel your requirement is not possible through PA transfer structure.
I would suggest, you push cost center specific labor expenses under new value field, capture cost component wise break up of standard cost udner different value field.
Comparision of cost center expense and labor part of standard cost will provide you expected value.
I know this complex thing to do,so discuss with client do they really want from COPA?
Same reporting they can get from cost cente i.e.expense posted(labor ) and absorbed on product under secondary cost element.

  • Removing alert logs and trace files

    Hi everyone!
I noticed that in all the oracle databases, the trace files are piling and alert log is growing like anything ....
Thought of making a copy of the trace files somewhere and remove them from the hard disk excluding the most recent ones.
For alert log, thought of making a copy and renaming the current file so that Oracle can create a new one.
Any advice if there are better approaches in handling this?
    Thanks in advance.

Thanks in advance.I would include the alert log file in my backup strategy as it includes many important information; database parameter values, when and how the database was shut down, the important database errors and when they occur , etc ... I usually backup the alert log file once a month and keep 1 year of alert log file copies..

  • CallManager Trace Analysis Application

If it’s helpful to anyone I created an application to analyze a “Text based trace log” within CallManager. You can see a few screenshots and download the application for free at http://www.aaronsoftware.com/products/win/TraceTextParser/default.asp
I found the application to be very helpful while analyzing the call processing and haven’t seen anything else like it. Currently other Telco professional use NotePad to search for dd=. Within this application you can search for dd, cn, ip, device and many other fields. I would appreciate any feedback to enhance the application.

    hi,
value fields are defined in KEA6. Also goto SPRO IMG, Controlling / Profitability analysis for the whole COPA customizing in R/3
I don't know about a "mater data" table neither texts for value fields. Texts are maintained in their Data Element (RKE_VV215 for instance).
You can get the texts by creating a view on DD03L and DD04T
    Join
    DD04T     ROLLNAME     =     DD03L     ROLLNAME
    DD04T     AS4LOCAL     =     DD03L     AS4LOCAL

    SCRTEXT_S

  • Can Absorption costing transfer in COPA?

    Hi All
I would appreciate your help. Please provide me details explanation over.
    1) Can we transfer Absorption Costing in COPA?
    2) What is the procedure?
( It is my request please use full form rather than short words).

    Hi Shobhi,
Absorption costing is charging all fixed and variable costs of production to sales effected in a period. To major extent it is possible to transfer Absorption costing to COPA. I am not sure about how to give effect of difference in openeing and closing stock.
The procedure for costing based copa is as follows.
You get Revenue as well as cost (standard cost) of goods sold through billing documents. The sales which cannot be effected through billing documents can be accounted through Financial entries having real cost object as "PSG" i.e. profitability segments.
Now coming to production order variances, at the period end, you can transfer all these to COPA.
Your production cost centers will have some debit/credit balances which can be assessed to COPA. So variable cost is abosrbed to COPA.
About fixed cost ,service cost center balance and cost related to HR , Marketing etc  can be assessed to COPA. So this way you can absorb all the cost to COPA.
Following example will help you in understanding.
Assume the standard cost consist of Rs 100 for material and Rs 20 for Activity totalling Rs120 .Consider a production order where it is debited with Rs 100 for material and Rs 40 for activity totalling 140 Rs. Now credit is Rs 120 (standard cost) so the balance Rs 20 is transferred to COPA after variance calculation and settlement of variance.
Consider a production cost center where activity cost is absorbed and the debit to this cost center is
Rs 60 and activity cost is Rs 40 which is credit. So the balance of Rs 20 can be transferred to COPA through cost center assessment.
The balance of Adminsitration, marketing cost center is Rs 10 respectively which can be assessed to COPA through cost center assessment
Now COPA report will look like as follows
    Sales Rs 200
    less Standard cost Rs 120
    Gross margin Rs 80
Less Production order Variance Rs 20
    Balance Rs 60
less Cost center balance Rs 20
    Net margin Rs 40
    Less Admin/Mktg Cost Rs 20
    Balance net profit Rs 20
You see the Profit and Loss account as follows
    Sales 200 Rs
    less
    Material cost Rs 100
Other cost Rs 60 (Debited to Production Cost centers)
    HR /Mktg cost Rs 20
    Balance Profit Rs 20
In the above example, how to account for difference between Opening stock value of WIP and closing stock value of WIP is not clear to me. May be experts can throw some light on this.

    10 - Print method entry/exit
trc:in:2 Trace the interpretation of method invocations and exception
    handling
    2 - Prints entry/exit and exceptions

    Hi Eric,
You can find on http://perso.club-internet.fr/dnguyen/ a little tool called CodeAdd which adds Entry and Return trace. I fact, you
can use it to add any kind of code at the beginning and the end of your methods.
It also allows you to add a pre-formated comments header in you code.
In a further version, It may be possible to replace a code sequence from your methods. For instance, you may add a trace class and
change a task.Part.LogMgr.Putline by a call to your own class, or need to suppress some lines.
Just be carefull to use the tool on a local backupo of your repository : CodeAdd updates your methods directly in the repository.
    Hope this helps,

  • Business Area in FI Doc Differs in COPA Doc

    Hello,
In an FI document, business area was different against the business area recorded in COPA document. We could not trace how this happened.
    FI Doc   BA1
    PA Doc BA2
To correct, we reversed the FI document. But, reversal did not meet the objective. Business Area in PA doc was then the same with FI doc.
    FI Doc   BA1
    PA Doc BA1
So, there's now misstatement between the two.
We adjusted the PA via KB41N (Manual Repost of Revenue). And it was then balanced.
    PA Doc BA2
    PA Doc BA1
But KALC was ran at month end. CO is always reconciled with FI at month end. Hence, the adjustment made via KB41N was made with FI doc. FI & PA is again, not balanced. As if KB41N was not posted.
How do you handle this difference as to business area in FI & PA?

    Hi
There are 2 things to it
    1. 1st to rectify the situation, you can post a adjustment from KE21N.. where in you post a -ve posting for wrong BA and then normal posting for correct bus area
Or, you can use KE26 also which will repost in one shot...
    2. 2nd is to identify the cause what triggered the wrong bus area in COPA... Check if you have some derivation rule in place which dictates a business area.... Or try to create the same scenario again and check whats the business area...
In order to put a break point and check the derivation rule while posting billing document, use Function module KEDR_COPA_DERIVE.
Set DEBUG-SHOW_TRACE to 'X' in order to get a trace list at the end. I think you do this in your user id in SU01 parameters
Set DEBUG-BREAK_AT to the step number, say, 0035 if  you want to analyze step no 35 of KEDR. The system will stop in the process loop for that step.

  • Help..Oracle could not trace my WDP hands on course for OCP 10g

    Dear All,
Can somebody on Oracle (OTN team) could help me to validate & check my WDP hands on course as below detail :
    Class Name :
ORACLE DATABASE 10G: ADMINISTRATION WORKSHOP II RELEASE 2 - WDP (D17092GC31S)
    Location : CV Informit Indonesia
    Student Id : 62156
    Student Name : Zulfirman
    Schedule : 25 March 2011 - 10 April 2011
    (10 sessions @ 3 Hours)
I have put above information on VUE, but then come up an email response from oracle asking my hardcopy certificate course.
I have contacted the INFORMIT, they said it takes 2 up to 3 month to get the certification from OU indonesia.
Since it take long time to get the training certification, I come back emailing the oracle to ask for speed up, then they said they need to check further about my training detail.
FInally they come up with an email that asking me to ask INFORMIT to email the oracle confirming that i have already completed that course.
Worstly, i have not in that city anymore where the INFORMIT located, but i drop informit an email just now to forward oracle request to them.
    Question :
    1. Can someone help me to validate my training instead of waiting oracle with the emailing back - forward ?
2.Why ORacle unable to trace my detail WDP class above ? Is it because of a cheap WDP training so they dont provide a connected server between WDP training provider & OU or Oracle headquarter ?
    3. The Hardcopy certification for WDP student take too long. What is the std lead time for WDP student to have thier training certifiaction ?
    Thank You,
    Zulfirman,PMP,OCA

    Hi Brandye Barrington,
    No,
they didnt provide me an exam voucer. For your info, i have already passed all the exam required for OCP track.Which is an indicator of something not right. Mabe not your fault. Maybe the Institution. Maybe WDP.
My goal to get this training is to refresh me about the topic & to claim my OCP status.
you can check my exam history using my ORacle Testing ID (or Oracle Certification Program ID): XXXXXXXXXXWell you've just 3.2 (iv) No Misconduction of the http://education.oracle.com/education/pdf/ocp_candidate_agreement_V0810.pdf of the agreement you make before taking this exam by disclosiing your Oracle Testing Id to another person ... aka the whole internet!
    >
    For your info,
I hve just got confirmation from my WDP training centre (Informit). They have emailed "[email protected]" to confirm that i have officialy registered with WDP training centre by showing to them (them = oracle) the screen shot or print screen of regsitration form from WDP website, where my name alrady been registered inside the WDP system.
Ho Ho Ho !! The WDP training center are well enoughton the ball to know that email address have been withdrawn. ( http://blogs.oracle.com/certification/2011/03/email_alias_ocpexam_wworacleco.html ).
Perhaps that document does show a registration number.
Now i can only wait, wheter oracle still could not accpet that email from INFORMIT as a proof or i have to wait for my certification hardcopy (take 2 or 3 months ahead)
Emails can be faked. And I am reasonably certain a percentage of WDP Training centers would not apply the rules properly if they could get away with it.
If i still have to wait for the scan hardcopy certification, then for sure, i really upset with ORACLE, due they could not manage best communication & sychronization database between ORACLE - WDP TRanining Centre, & me as a unlucky candidate due to their bad communication on both system.
IMHO I can see from this and other threads that WDP or the training centers fail to publish clear and precise information of what is involved so the students can authoratively check on an oracle website. IMHO The WDP Traiing centers have a degree of control which they can use to mislead students.
And I assume you have access to the following :: https://workforce.oracle.com/pdf/html_rd/wdp_stu_reg.html?wdp0 ... and if not why not ? ( I dont .. i am not WDP).
If ORACLE is a great database company, then they must already predict such issue in early as possible instead of waiting such complaint raised in.
Oracle is Great. Larry is Great. Any Oracle RDBMS version with a zero in it may be a bad vintage.
But IMHO you may be right wrt WDP.
Again, Pls help me on this..
    Besr Regards,
Zulfirman,PMP,OCAWhen one does training at OU the attendance is properly recorded and there are nless real issues with attendance not being recorded.
With WDP institutions as far as I can tell this is not perhaps as well auditted and there is perhaps room for shenanigans; faked attendance, etc.
As far as i know when WDP was started (oracle 9i) the students used to have to attend the whole track of a specially constructed coiurse to get the credi ( I used to call it a never mind the quality feel the width training). And the training was spread to ensure the pupil had time to absorb the training. And it might be taught by non Oracle Professionals. WDP can however now be used for a single session set of part of track being sufficient for the training requirement (This may be simply a never mind the quality appreciatethe cheapness approach).
This may all seem off topic for you.
However please realise Oracle Certification (whcih operates independently of WDP who do there own thing) need to establish training has been properaly attended. And if there is a loophole many WDP candidates wll rush towards it.
This however does give me a chance to kick Oracle to ensure WDP has its house in order.

  • [ID CS2 Win]How do you remove entries from the debug TRACE menu

TRACEFLOW is really useful, and over time the entries for have grown but don't shrink automatically.
They have now reached a point where there are too many for indesign to cope with "TRACE menu has overflowed allocated action ids".
How do I clear the menu? I've tried deleting the Version 4.0 folder from Application Data\Adobe\InDesign, but even without the plugin loaded it still finds all the old entries.
    TIA

Thanks Marco - I edited the file instead of deleting, and now have a sensible menu.

  • Mail - Can't trace mail.plist

    Hi
My internal HD packed up on me a couple of months back.  I've replaced but now I'm looking to rebuild my mail (folders and emails).
The old HD is now in a USB SATA Hard Drive docking station and I can access (what seems to be) most things.
I cannot trace the com.apple.mail.plist file which I presume I'll need to rebuild things.  I've reviewed other posts on here and noted the usual location of this file but it is not showing when I search.  I have seen conflicting info - one which says that I need to access 'Users - Library - Mail' and it'll be located in there (but I can't even find the Library folder under 'Users' as below:
The second option is going through 'Library - Preferences' and locating it there but, again, I can't trace the relevant file.  All I can see is the following (and it won't open to allow me to see what is in it):
Am I looking in the wrong place?  If it's not showing there should I presume that everything is lost?  I hadn't moved or altered anything prior to the HD failing so one would presume it should be there.  Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks

I'm not convinced I'm looking at anything other than the same folder in library.
This is what I've done so far:
Accessed my OLD HD, gone in to Library and then option-clicked 'Go' and clicked library.  The mail folder has shown up and, on double clicking it I am shown a folder called 'V2'.  On accessing this folder I am presented with the following image:
It has the mail plist and a selection of blue folders.  On checking the blue folders (each relating to different email accounts we have) I have noted that the email copies stored in there are ones we have sent / received since the new HD was put in.  I just cannot understand what I am looking at but it appears to be the files and folders for Mail on the NEW HD.  I presumed, having gone in to the OLD HD library and carrying out the instruction to option-click on 'Go' and then library that I would be looking at folders relating to emails etc that were sent and received on the OLD HD - not the NEW HD.
I have repeated the exercise on the NEW HD and they are indeed one and the same!  I'm more baffled than when I started.
In a nutshell I simply want to extract the mail plist and, if possible, any stored emails from the old HD and merge with the newly set up Mail on the new HD.
    My problems are as follows:
    1) I can't find the mail plist on the the old HD.  What I seem to be viewing after Linc's kind help above is the NEW plist for the Mail set up post new HD.
    2) I cannot locate the folder(s) housing my historic emails (sent/received).  A similar issue to above  I seem to be viewing only the NEW folders housing copies of emails since the new Mail was set up on the new HD.
    3) if someone does give answers to my queries, what I then do with the plist and folder(s) I've extracted from the old HD?  Is it a case of simply placing these files in a particular folder?  Do I need to action anything?
I'm not particularly 'technically-minded' so responses in plain, concise language would be appreciated.
    What am I doing wrong?
    Anybody.
