Copiar Items a distintas Bases de datos

Jovenes expertos, necesito de su ayuda con la siguiente consulta me han solicitado lo siguiente hay una corporacion de 11 empresas por politicas de la misma solicitan que al momento de crear un item en una empresa sea creado en el resto de las empresas, hay alguna forma de realizarlo.
Espero me puedan ayuda y de antemano muy agradecido.

Como dice Mauricio, necesitas una Integracion entre empresas. IBOLT es una solucion pero debes asumir el costo de la licencia.

Hi,
Based on this error, I suggest to manually seed the databases by copying the databases over to the passive node.
Or try the following method.
Remove the server from the DAG with this command:
Remove-DatabaseAvailabilityGroupServer -Identity DAG -MailboxServer ServerName –ConfigurationOnly
Then did a node eviction from the Windows Failover Cluster:
Import-Module FailoverClusters
Get-ClusterNode EX2 | Remove-ClusterNode –Force
Then mounted the DB's outside the DAG
Then built a new DAG from scratch, made new DB's and started a migration of the users from the evicted node to the new DAG.

How to track Service Item in Install Base

Hi,
How to track a Service Item in Install Base. If I'm right, when we define the item as Service Item in Inventory, Install Base Trackable cannot be enableed...
Scenario:
Customer is doing some services to its customer which has a contract for 1 Year. So we are creating service as Service Item in Inventory and then we create a contract for this service item.
How do we track this in Install Base?

Hi,
A service item by definition need not be tracked in IB. The service may be provided on a machine or asset which will be tracked in IB. Since service item is not a tangiable item, it is not IB trackable.
Kindly explain the business scenario to track the service item in IB.

Problem in automatically clear open items on FIFO basis

Hi all
My requirement is like that I want to automatically clear open items on FIFO basis with only one condition on Customer Code should be match.
Is there is standard program or BAPI for that except sapf124(f.13). Or I have to write a new program . Because my configuration does not allow me to do so by SAPF124(f.13).

Automatic status heritage from parent item to child item in Instal Base R12

Hi,
Do you know please how to deactive automatic heritage of status from parent item to all child items of instal base when updating parent item status in R12?
When I update status of package in Instal Base, statuses of all child items are updated automatically with same value.
I am using R12 standard API's and I don't see any parameter that can help ...
Must I see the Ebs parameters ? Profile options?

Did you check if the serial ABN656 is the parent and has child components under it? Check the below query for the same. Additionally you can also navigate to Oracle Installed Base Agent User responsibility, search for ABN656, click on the record, navigate to Configuration tab and see if this serial has any child components.

How to process a transaction where a customer needs an Item on Trial basis?

How to process a transaction where a customer needs an Item on Trial basis.
It essentially means that the item should not move to customer's stock. It still has to be the part of inventory valuation.
Couple of options i tried out but i did not find them satisfactory. Such as:
1) Create an Internal requisition (eventually an Internal Order) and receive the item in the diifferent Warehouse (Same OU) in locator enabled sub inventory. and Locator would capture the customer address to an extent.
2) Create Consignment Subinventories for customers and store the items in those Subinventories. Although items have been shipped to customer. This way we can still have the item as a part of valuation.
If at all you have done similar kind of stuff or if you could think of better and logical solution, can you please guide me on this?

Lived through that couple of times.But nothing out of the box. But here are some question:
1. What would you do when you physical or cycle count for this stock? This is physically not here, but you are showing that in your inventory valuation account and showing quantity as well.
2. What do you do at the end of demo/trial period? What if the customer wants to buy instead of returning? Are these serial controlled items?
3. Do you use installed base also?
To overcome the first question what we suggested is to park it in a temporary account (say Demo or Trail account) instead of COGS account when you ship. Can be easily done with account generator and a different order type.
If your process is to return no matter what (at the end of the trial period), you may want to create an RMA and book it against the original order as soon it is fulfilled (extension). This helps you to see how many products are out there that are yet to be returned. Link these two orders line_id to line_id (as we do in copying).Keep the original order line status in In Demo or Trial and do not close the line. Once you receive the product against the RMA close the original line.
What about the cost (assuming std cost)? If you are shipping new products on trial basis, they are going out at full cost. When the customer returns them the value is not the same (probably). If yes, do you receive into a different organization where the cost is different or to the original organization? If it is different, the demo account may have some value left out.
Originally when shipped
Cr Inventory 100
Dr Demo A/C 100
If you return into a different organization where the cost is say 50% (assuming you are using std cost).
Cr Demo A/C 50
Dr Inventory A/C 50
You can see there is a balance of 50 in the account.
If the customer wants to buy, do you bring the goods back (logically) and ship them again? This is a clean way system wise but pain in neck process wise.
In order to achieve process efficiency not to involve people, you can do this. You can just create bill only order line and invoice the customer. But what about the relieving value from Demo account recognizing COGS account? You have to perform a logical inventory transaction and account for this to cr Demo A/C and Dr COGS A/C at the original cost.
Also demo may be shipped to customer X but they may want to you to invoice to parent company.
I wish there is a clean solution available in Oracle as a standard, but could not find one. Hence a lot of extensions. Still there are lot of more questions, but I limit to these here.

GL Line Item with Tax Base Amount Posting

Dear Expert,
I have a GL account with tax and CO object. And, I am using BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST to do the GL posting. I would like to post the GL line item with tax base amount as it will show in FB03 line item, the posting is successful but no base amount is in GL line item in FB03. (I can manually post it in Tcode FB50).
Any idea on this and what is the problem? Appreciate if can help..

I also looked on SAP notes.
There is a note with much information about Tax Postings with accounting BAPIs and it's a consulting note. The note number is 626235.

Non DB item in a base table block, gives frm-40202 error.

Dear All,
We are using forms6i as a front end. To simulate the error, consider the following example.
1.Create a multirecord emp block.
2.Add a non database item in the base table block.
3.Assign any value to the non database item, in the when new record instance trigger.
4.When i say F7 or F8, my block asking me like, field must be entered. Which means, my record status changed to Insert. But there is no change in base table record, since i modified only in the non base table item.
Please validate, whether i am doing anything wrong in my technique.

If you have a value to be used as the default value then you can use "Initial Value" property in the item level for the Non Database Item. If you do this it wont give you any problem during the query. If you create a new record then the value which you have put as the default will come automatically.

Soa suite con bases de datos

Al momento de pasar una base de datos a en sql, y pl sql a soa suite me genera un error jca y con sale que no debe existir datos nullos y ninguno esta null en sql y sigue apareciendo el mismo error no se que debo hacer por favor solicito ayuda

No sé si ya intentaste que al momento de que te pide id usuario y password dar en la opción de modificar empresa, te aparecerá la opción de servidor, servidor actual y allí te deja escoger, versión mas el nombre del server al cual te conectaras, si no entrando a SAP, en la opción generales, seleccionar sociedad GL y te aparece la opción de servidor actual

Un saludo de antemano, queria consultarles si hay alguna forma de tener en una PC corriendo procesos de Lookout (Hypertrend) sin que guarde nada en la base de Citadel y en otra PC una base de datos que almacene la base de datos. La idea es tener una PC que almacene datos solamente y la otra PC grafique por medio de Hypertrend los datos que estan almacenados en la otra PC. Cualquier ayuda se las agradecere mucho.

Lo que puedes hacer es desde una computadora estar corriendo el Hypertrend de Lookout y que este haga referencia directamente a la base de datos en la otra computadora (donde se estan almacenando los datos), para esto las computadoras tendrian que estar propiamente conectadas por medio de una red.
