Copy 3-button controls from earphones to iPhone

Hi! I have a small suggestion. Do you know the 2 buttons on the left side of the iPhone, the ones that control the volume? I think these 2 should be replaced with 3 buttons, the *same as on the standard earphones*. So you'd get two volume up/down buttons and a third button, which would be used the same as earphone buttons - *press to play/pause, double-press for next song* etc. This would make the iPhone much more usable as a music player, since you wouldn't have to take it out of your pocket even if you're using 3rd-party ear/headphones.
Additionally, the new button could be used as a *camera shutter button* - for example, press and hold it in any app to launch the Camera app, press the button while in Camera app to take the picture. This would also greatly improve experience for people who dislike having to press the on-screen shutter button, which often moves the iPhone and causes blurry pictures.

How can i copy a url playlist from itunes to iphone

i think i understand the basics of the music library but can't seem to figure this one out.
i want to add a playlist of url to my iphone. works fine in itunes but for some reason i can't get it on my phone. the phone and itunes have no actual music in the libary. all the music is on my personal server.
i create a playlist of music that is on my server. add that playlist to my itunes and then hit a wall. i tried doing a full sync and manualy adding the playlist but no luck.
is this even possible? does the iphone have to have the music file stored to have a playlist with the song in it?

that ***** i will try to find an alternate media player that will support url playlist entries. any one in particular that you recommend?
i am able to trick itunes into thinking it has the music. drag n drop the playlist into the music folder and the tracks are there. but still cant get them on the phone..

How do I make a radio button control change automatically with time?

Hello everybody
I have a radio button selection with 4 options (Line A, B, C, D) which controls a number of valves depending on which line is sampled. Right now I have to do this selection manually but the proccess requires that each line is sampled for 15 seconds.
Is there a way to do this automatically, meaning when I press a button (e.x. START) radio selection goes to Line A, after 15 seconds to line B, after 15 seconds to Line C, after 15 seconds to line B, after 15 seconds to Line D, and then from the beginnining to line A, B, etc..., until I press the stop button.
Any help is appreciated

'tst' is right. The "Radio Buttons" control from the "Boolean" palette
is basically an Enum. You can add or remove elements as you want and
only one element can be TRUE at any time (just as the Enum only can
have one selected item at any time). Just copy and paste the radio
buttons within the frame to add more choices/elements.
I created a small example that takes tst's example a little further. I
implemented the four choices and added an Event Structure for better
timing. Give it a try and let me know what you think, thanks.

Copying photos from PC to iPhone

I was to copy a few pictures from my PC to my iPhone. I have them in an album in PhotoShop Elements, so it should synch. It doesn't however: the box to do so is unchecked. When I check it, it tells me that it will delete all the photos and albums and replace them with the ones from the PC. I don't want to lose my camera roll photos, and I don't want ALL the photos from my PC on the iPhone. I have no ability to check the radio button that says to synch to selected albums only; the other button is checked, and it doesn't give me the opportunity to change it before that warniign box appears. When I try to open the iPhones files, it won't let me copy the photos over, either. Can you give me aany advice?.

I am unable to copy or Sync songs from my iTunes library to my iPhone

I took a new IPhone 5 on the 2nd Nov in India; I am unable to copy or Sync songs from my iTunes library to my iPhone ( The IPhone symbol appears on my ITunes screen , But when I drag the songs my library to IPhone I am unable to Sync songs ) Can anyone help me with this issue and the main reason for me to take an IPhone 5 is for it would be handy for me during travelling as I can use it as IPod too

Connect your phone to itunes as you have been doing.
In the sidebar, select you phone and then on the main part of the iTunes window, select Music.
Check the Sync Music box and then you can either sync all music, or select the tracks/albums/artists/genres as you wish.
Once selected, at the bottom right on the maon iTunes window, select Sync.
Music will now be copied to you phone.

Connect the iPhone to your Mac, launch iTunes.
If you haven't done this yet, go to the iTunes menu bar click Store / Authorize This Computer
Now from the iTunes menu bar again, click File / Transfer Purchases From...

What may work is to restore the iPhone fom the backup of the iPod. However, if the two devices ahve different apps that come with the device, that may mess up some of the folders.

If you add music videos to Up Next playlist, then go to look at the album cover playing screen, then go to add another song from different playlist, you no longer can see Up Next, just go to full screen mode button. Using remote app iPhone 5 to play out of iTunes. It looks like it works fine for regular music, but for music videos you can't see your up next unless you go back on the computer to change once you've left the screen. When using the remote app, you shouldn't need to go to iTunes on the PC to view or edit Up Next already added. See first image, you can hit upper right and get back to Up Next (second image). Third image is music video, where you can't get back to Up Next, just swap between full screen and not. I hoped 3.0.1 would have the answer, no luck!

How do I copy all of my messages from ipad to iphone?

I foolishly deleted all of my messages from my iphone5 when the imessage problem occured in OS 7.0.1. I also have an ipad (3rd gen wifi only) which has all of my imessages synced. They appear to be syncing correctly now but only new messages...I want to get the message history back on the iphone. Synching is not doing it unless I have a setting wrong...I don't have a great way of testing this. Also, I tried backing up my ipad on itunes and restored that backup to my iphone but the messages did not come accross. I have my apple id, phone number, and emails exactly the same. I'm not sure what else to try. Is there a step by step process to get messages (with message history) back on an iphone? Is there a way just to copy or send the full message history from ipad to iphone?

Messages are not synced so syncing with iTunes won't help. They are, however, included in the backup. There are some limitations on what will be restored when restoring an iPad backup to an iPhone but there is no documentation indicating that messages would not be restored. All I can suggest is try backing up your iPad and restoring the backup to your iPhone again.
