Copy an application with plugins into a new application and change theme...

I copied an application (theme 23) with plugins into a new application and then changed the theme to theme 26. After that, all plugins (skillbuilders super lov, skillbuilders modal, and notification plugin) didn't work at all. However, when I changed the theme back to the original theme, things worked.
I have applications that use theme 26 with plugins and they all work fine. I think the problem is related to copying one application, containing plugins, into a new application. Does anyone have any idea of it?

Hi,
Most plugins have css,images or js files which can be placed on the server.
It might be that you have placed those files on the server in the theme directory.
If you change the theme then the plugin can not find those files any more.

Is there a way to scroll between footnotes in the new pages version and to actually copy an old text with footnotes into the new version without losing them or having them in the text?

Since my update I am no longer able to scroll between the footnotes. I have to klick on each one to change something. Select one of the tracks with a broken link, press ctrl-i to Get Info. Say No when iTunes asks if you would like to locate the track, then look at the Summary tab for the location expects to find the file in.
Now try to locate the file in question. The two locations should give a clue as to what to do next.
Here is an example with a file I've deliberately moved from the new layout to the old pre-iTunes 9 layout.
This means iTunes is expecting to find the file at:
D:\iTunes\iTunes Media\Music\a-ha\Take On Me\01 Take On Me.mp3
but it isn't there because I've moved it to:
D:\iTunes\iTunes Media\a-ha\Take On Me\01 Take On Me.mp3
which is where it would have lived back in iTunes 8 (though the media folder would have been called iTunes Music back then as well).
If you can provide the expected and actual locations of a broken track I should be able to suggest the easiest way to resolve things.

It does not magically appear in a new place. It will only be where you put it.
Copy everything from your old computer, or your backup copy of your old computer, to your new one.

Is it a new drive or do you already have data on it ? If it is a new one, you might just want to format it with the Disk Utility else try to check the partition with the disk utility, your partition could be damaged.

I suspect unless he had some items in iCloud backup then they are gone. Connecting an iPhone to a different library from that to which it was previously connected will result in the device asking if you want to erase it.

If his Gmail account is under the Gmail app and press the app until it wiggles then press the extra deleted. If this account is under the Apple email and then you can go to Settings, mail contacts calendars and then select the account and remove it.

My iWeb image names are incompatible with FTP servers and must be renamed but I can't find the images in iWeb. I can upload to a desktop file and change them there but then I would need to download them to a new site in iWeb to publish them.

Many thanks to responded to my question and sorry not to get back sooner.
Yes, I discovered by this unfortunate experience that the names of photos are a serious issue if the site is to ever go to an FTP server. Apple should discuss this carefully in their "manual".
One more question: I uploaded the website to a folder on my desktop. When I open it, unlike the photos in iWeb, there are folders for each page which have all the photos in them. I went through each folder and changed the names to be FTP compatible. I'm using iWeb SEO Tool which allows one to upload from this local folder to an FTP server but having trouble.
Is this because there is an imbedment in iWeb that uses the old photo names to link to the actual photos and it can't find them because of the name changes?
