Copy HR Standard Form for Payslip

Hi, I had copy the SAP_Payslip HRFORM to ZSAP_Payslip_MY. After I copy and activate, there is an error occur in the smartform - wa_result-interiod_oc_key not found. Then,I had replace the wa_result-interiod_oc_key to wa_result-interiod_key. So the error has solve.
Next, there come an error in print program. There is CL_HR_PAY_RESULT_MY not found. So, I create the CL_HR_PAY_RESULT_MY by copying CL_HR_PAY_RESULT_JP to it. I had do some modification on the natio attributes to paymy_national.
After all this done, I run my print program, the payroll result is nothing and nothing show in my smartform except the title. Why the print program cant retrieve the payroll result? Is there any alternative to do my own payslip? Thanks.

I have did the changes in Smartform and its been activated.
Next, when creating the print program. There is CL_HR_PAY_RESULT_IN not found error have come.
and i ur conversation u have specified u have copied and created a new CL_HR_PAY_RESULT_MY, can u plz guide me how did u do that.. ?

Modifying the format of standard form for transaction PP40

Hello gurus,
I want to modify the format of the standard form HR_ALL_BUCH for training and event management section of HR. For this i know that i have to copy the standard form into a z-form. So i copied the form and named it as ZH_ALL_BUCH. Now i am able to change the contents of the mail but i cannot reposition the windows. The section where we put the height and width of window is looking grayout even if i open th form in change mode. How can i reposition the windows?

I solved my problem myself. The original form was in german language. so while opening the form in change mode, the language of the form should have been 'DE' and not 'EN'. So i set the language as 'DE' and the form windows were repositionable. Thanks.

There is no standard transaction code for quotation printing.
we can get the print through va22 or Va23, from menu bar------->select sales document-> issue output to.
You want mass printing , go through Z-Development.

If it is PM module then no need to go for that long path you can configure it in the OID1 transaction .
If it is PM module you cant develop smartform you need to go for script only.
As Wing mentioned try PM_COMMON script . Even I have worked on PM module but developed my own form

How to use copy of standard program for direct input in LSMW

currently we're using object 0085 Purchase Orders and and method 0001 for standard direct input, which is processed with program RM06EEI0
now I want to set an additional flag and avoid creating it by means of BUS PurchaseOrder.CreateFromData1 method (coz the structure is quite different and more complex).
so my question is now how can i assign a copy of the standard program for processing?

Global Variables passing from standard form for use on custom form

I'm trying to grab a value from a standard form, and pass it to a new custom form, which I am opening automatically from the standard form via personalizations. Is anyone aware of a way to send a value from one form to another? I was going to try using a global variable, which it looks like you can set through personalization. I tried doing it by passing the value as a form parameter, which works if I hard code a value, but it doesn't work if I refer to a value from the standard form.

in your E-Business-environment may exist some special codings, which you have to think of, when passing parameters through the application.

    I heard that there will be a standard form available in Out of the Box SAP.
    Can someone guide where can i find the Standard form in SAP system.

Add Logo in HR Forms for payslip

Hi Experts,
I need to inculde logo in HR froms, my consultant suggested that copy the satandart HR form and create a Z-form.
i dont have that much idea on HR Forms, is it possible to include the logo in HR Forms?
Based upon the input given by the user the logo should change dynamically.
Client has many companies, but they are having common payroll so when they are running the payslip based upon the company the logo should print.
could any one please suggest how to so this?

There are two possibilities either create a 'Z' one or go through standard one. I prefer you to try the standard one.

Question: using links in report to copy data into form for update

I have a report that selects data from one a table, and i want to populate a form to update the report info and more info that a user will enter into another table. With alot of help I have managed to get the first 3 column fields across by editing the report link, under report attributes -> column link. The values of Item 1 to Item 3 work fine, but how do i get the rest of the info in the other 5 columns across??

I think you're trying to reinvent the htmldb wheel.
Have you tried looking at the wizards that help you do this?
Anyway, as an example, to populate the form using the pk
1: create your items on the page, including the PK
eg P2_EMPNO (PK), P2_ENAME, P2_SAL,P2_DEPTNO
2: create a page process "on load" that runs if the PK item is not null
begin
select ename,sal,deptno
into :P2_ENAME,P2_SAL,P2_DEPNTO
from emp
where empno = :P2_EMPNO
end;
3: You now need to write a process that does an update
after submit
begin
update emp
set ename = :P2_ENAME,
sal = P2_SAL,
deptno = :P2_DEPTNO
where empno = :P2_EMPNO;
end
You need to consider how to handle new rows, optimistic locking and a few other things.
I would suggest that you have a look at the existing form wizard that does all this for you. We can then work around any "limitations" you find.
