Copy Japanese text without dots: why can't I copy the text in reader without having actual text copied, not dots?

I have tried to download japanese adobe, yet I can only have one adobe file, as the computer stops download. Is there a way to allow multiple adobe for each language you need? I read about OCR and DRM, yet the apps on the itunes store are only for ipads or iphones. I only have a mac book. Does Ipad include mac book and is it worth buying for one copy? I also thought that Adobe would allow for such copy of simple text with multiple language adobe. However, the only reader available is the one from 2011, so it is not up to date and is rejected by my computer as well.
Any thoughts or recommendation? Is there a website or google that has simple copy paste for japanese into a readable file for adobe reader in English?

The Haven is my husbands phone and he calls me from work every night and we talk about 15 minutes. He calls my verizon phone so there is no charge but the problem we have is the phone will not stay charged. We took it in and had it tested along with the house charge and the car charge. If we buy something from Home Depot or Lowes and that product is not working right, they replace it and they go back to the companies that supply it. I am willing to bet Samsung would take Verizon,s complaint more seriously then they would an average consummer. Please tell me Verizon is finally listening to their customers.

We definitely don't want you having a phone described as a lemon so let's work on getting everything back up to a peachy status. What you've indicated is certainly an issue. So, let's fix this.
First, when it comes to your calls not ringing or registering in your log, my recommendation is to update your phone. To do this, simply dial *228, choose option 2, wait for completion and for your phone to restart itself. This will have it resync with our network for optimal usage. Regarding the battery, personally I like to pull my battery every now and again for up to 60 seconds before reinserting (all while the phone is powered off). If you don't notice improvement, we may need to look into a replacement if life is shortlived below what was described prior.

Why can't I use the free Adobe reader?

I just submitted a question and all this pops up. I couldn't afford the full subscription. But when the trial period ended, it won't let me open pdf documents. So I downloaded the free adobe reader. It still doesn't let me open pdf files. I have become less and less impressed with Adobe. It has be a real pain to work with. I'm glad I CAN'T afford it because I think it would be very aggravating to work with just from my experience with the trial subscription. Is there a way for me to use the free adobe reader?

What is your operating system? What is your Reader version? What exactly means "doesn't let me"?
You had a trial of what - Acrobat? Did you uninstall it after the trial ended?

Why can't I get the "duplicate" pull down to give me a copy of a photo? I have done this for years and suddenly, it won't work.

I want to make a duplicate of a photo to edit, while keeping the original as it is. In the past, I have pulled down "Photos" to "Duplicate" and it gave me a copy. This no longer is working. What should I do? Thanks.

What happens when you try the menu? Have you tried the key combination Shift+Command+S?

Why can I only write the samples to read during continuous acquisition?

I am acquiring analog voltage signals and attemting to write to a text file when condition is true, thus there is continuous acquisition. However, the written files only contain 100 samples (the size of my buffer).. I need my files to read samples until the while loop is stopped. How can I go abotu doing this?

I have been able to make this work, but it only writes the buffer size. I am new to labview and programming in general and I have tried to make a producer and consumer design however I dont seem to understand the concept properly and fail to run my program properly... So here's my code before any attempt to producer/consumer design which only writes 100 samples to file. Advice on how to modify it to producer/consumer because Im not even sure where to start.

1 - on wednesday of this week
our son noticed the fan was going on almost continuosly,
After that trouble started - -
2. - When we put the new HD in - -same things happened,
which is ? mark in folder (start-up items)
3. - His computer will not see my wireless even if I put it next to my I-mac
It sees several networks but not mine - -and if we type in my netwokr
info - -it will not take. He wanted to try a network start-up .
I forget how that is done.
4, - The bottom of the computer is getting hot - -much hotter than i think it should.
any ideas why his computer won't see my router?
I think he may just have to take it to Apple Store on Newbury Street.

Why can't I add TV shows to ipod without wiping every thing else out?

I'm a newby so forgive me. But I've already lost all the apps I purchased for my ipod because I wanted to update my music library (transferring from macbook pro itunes to my ipod touch). It said to do so would wipe out all my apps. I said yes thinking I could go back and add the apps later—because I still "see" them in itunes. But when I tried to select and transfer the apps they're all grayed out! I can't find a way to select and reinstall them. Same with tv shows purchased on itunes: I want to put them on my ipod but it says to do so will wipe out my entire music library. At least it gives me an option to select those unlike the apps. How frustrating! It seems I can't add one thing without entirely wiping out another.

Yes. Same computer. Yes. The computer is authorized. I am able to move my music to the iPod so assume it's signed in to the account. The iPod actually came with the Computer. It has never been synced to other computer. Am I just doing something wrong? Why can't it update my music library without copying over my apps? And finally, I see ghosts of the apps I used to have installed on my iPod in iTunes but iTunes won't let me selected them to move them back to the iPod.

It's because you have a paragraph text box and it doesn't automatically resize text. This way you can change the margins of the text without resizing it which is how paragraph text functions by default.
I'm not seeing the new text paragraph/area indicator on your text box, which is what you get in Illustrator CC, so the only way to convert this text so you can resize it by dragging on the corners is to copy the text, deselect the text box, use the text tool to click once in another part of your document, and then paste the text. The text will then come into your document as one long line if you don't have hard returns in it, but after reflowing the text manually you'll be able to drag the corners to resize the text.
I would recommend not going this route as any text you remove from the area type means that the rest of the text has to be manually adjusted to maintain correct margins. Instead just resize the bounds of the paragraph text and adjust the size of the font in the Character panel.

If it's in the Spam mailbox, then Spam Mailbox would show there.
In my example above, I'm looking in the Sent Mailbox as a whole (main mailbox, not the subfolder account) and it's showing the account I sent from. If I had sent messages from my other accounts, it would show those also. The only purpose of showing the mailbox in the message list is to know which of your accounts it's to or from when you have multiple accounts. If you only have one mail account, then it provides no use to have Mailbox shown in the message list.
When you are looking at the Sent Mail, then the message list shows the person who it was sent to.
All other mailboxes show the person who the message was sent from in the list.
Unless you're moving recieved mail and sent mail to a common mailbox, then it's not a big deal.
Maybe Apple will change it in the future to show the actual Fields in the message list.

I have an iPad 2 with iMovie installed onto it. I just want to know, why can't we do the things that you can do on the Mac version of iMovie on the iOS version? I have got myself in a real mess, I installed the new iOS 7 onto my iPad and I don't like it so I imported all my new photos to my mac, then I reset all my settings on my iPad thinking that it would go back to the original settings but alas didn't work.
Then I thought I would put up with it but now I cannot put my photos etc back onto the iPad because my mac needs the version of iTunes but when I try to install the new version I get a messy come up that iTunes cannot install this new version on my mac which is a 10.5.8.

Put simply, the minimum system requirements for iTunes have changed. You need a Mac running at least OS X 10.6.8.
It's best you look online to see if your model of Mac can be upgraded to at least 10.6.8 "Snow Leopard". It should still be possible to order a copy of Snow Leopard if so.

If you can't edit the file once it's converted to Word, it could be that the PDF was created from a scanned page, and then image text wasn't converted to searchable text. ExportPDF should perform Optical Character Recognition by default, but it can be disabled in Reader. Do you know whether OCR was disabled when you converted the page? If it wasn't, make sure that the correct language was selected for OCR. This option appears at the bottom of the ExportPDF panel in Reader, and in the Document Language (for Text Recognition) pop-up menu that appears after you select your file to convert in the ExportPDF online service.
If everything seems to have been set correctly, and you still can edit the text, please try triple-clicking to select the text in Word. Did that do the trick?

You should be able to see normal layers, but PSE doesn't understand layer groups/sets or comp layers. The inexpensive add-on elements+ from simplephotoshop.com will let you expand layer groups. (If you also have Premiere Elements installed you should be able to see layer groups in PSE without adding anything.)
