Copy of conditions from PO, even if in price adoption - do not copy is ther

Hi all,
Even if i have the settings like in default value for buyers - in price adoption tab - copy of conditions from previous PO - do not copy is there. then also previous PO value is copying , every time when i create a PO.. because of this I am really confused to find out the solution for this.. kindly let me know the possible solution for this..

No here no info record requirement, PO should be created manually each and every time since the price changes each time that has to be entered manually only while creating PO..
Since we are creating PO through BAPI.. it is always copying old po price.. and hence it is giving problem like whatever price manitained in excel sheet is not copying into the PO

I am using Function Module CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN to copy pricing conditions from R/3 sales order to CRM complaint document.
I am fetching R/3 conditions with the help of RFC call to R/3 and then passing these condition records to the FM CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN.
I am populating the importing parameter - IT_PRIDOC of this FM. And filling following internal table of this importing parameter:PRIC_COND, COND_ADD, COND_CHANGE and COND_DELETE.
I am not sure if filling table PRIC_COND would be needed.
Could you please guide me about the exact use of these tables? Do you have any documentation for this function module?

Copying Freight condition from delivery, on order related billing line

Greetings!
My client use Pitney Bowes interface to calculate freight on outbound deliveries, Interface creates condition ZPFR on delivery; It works well, however scenarios such as milestone billing and phantoms are order related billing; I couldn't find standard way to read those delivery conditions and bring over to order related invoice.

Hi Mukund,
As mentioned, Milestone orders and phantom parts are order related billing.
Components (for phantom) and lines on milestone order are shipped, therefore freight is calculated on delivery.
At this moment,
1. Workaround is to manually add freight condition on sales order, after PitneyBowes calculated freight on above delivery.
2. Write some custom solution to copy freight condition from delivery to sales order (may not be best solution, but to avoid manual workaround)
Therefore, freight would carry over to invoice and finance flow works as other delivery related invoicing.

Copying pricing condition from quotation to sales order

Hi,
I would like to know how the following can be achieved.
In quotation, i have two conditions type.
For e.g. a item value
1000 -> PR00
3% -> ZMarkup
Gross Value -> 1003
In the sales order, we are only having PR00 as the condition type. Thus only 1000 is being copied to sales order.
How can i achieve such that the gross value in the quotation can be copied into PR00 of sales order?

Hi Friend,
To copy the pricing from Quotation to Sales order without change you have to maintain copy control settings from QT to OR
Goto the Transaction code VTAA then click on position and choose the Source document as QT and the Target document as OR
Then click on the item in the control tab and choose ur item category and click on Display
Now in the Pricing field change the value To D

Copy Pricing COnditions from Shipment Cost do to Purchase Order

How can I copy all freight conditions on shipment cost document to the Purchase order created.
e.g. In shipment cost document a\I have following pricing conditions.
ZFRT - Freight - $250.00
ZFCL-Fuel Chrg - $25
ZCLN-Cleaning Chrg - $30
Total = $305 on shipment cost
When Purchase order is generated automatically.
I want same conditions on Purchase order instead of gross amt PB00 of $305.
How can we copy conditions from Shipment cost doc to the Purchase order??

First of all I don't think that it is possible in the standard system. SAP only transfers the total cost of shipment to MM as you already found out.
Actually, if I remember well, the cost condition is transfered to a service entry sheet assigned to the purchase order item for the service agent.

Transferring of shipment costs in order to create accruals comprises two functions:
Procedure
   1. In the shipment cost document, go to the detail screen of a shipment cost item, for which costing and account assignment has already been carried out and which you want to transfer to FI.
   2. Select the Transfer indicator. ...
   3. Save the shipment cost document.
When you save, the system creates a service entry sheet with reference to the purchase order determined, an accounting document for creation of accruals and further documents in FI.
IMHO it is good enough to transfer the total cost of shipment. It is the amount needed for accrual, and used afterwards for logistics invoice verification based on the automatically generated service entry sheet.
Why do you want more details in MM if you already have the detailed data in the Shipment cost document?
It is not the answer you want, but I hope it helps anyway.

I cannot copy and paste from email to word processor in microsoft 7, not Office

why can I not copy and paste from Yahoo email into Microsoft 7 word processor. I don't have Office. I used to do this all the time using Control C to copy and Control V to paste but recently AT&T installed Firefox and I think that's when the trouble started

There are a range of different kinds of forms. For example, this site uses very simple controls that don't automatically convert Word's formatting to an online format. The site where you are trying to paste your resume probably works differently.
What methods have you tried using to paste? Typically one of these will work:
* Ctrl+v
* right-click > Paste
* Edit > Paste (from the menu)
Some sites offer their own buttons to paste, but for security/privacy reasons, Firefox usually disables those.

Why won't the copying action stop? How do i quit it so i can shut down? Items i tried to copy to either my hard drive or my USB memory are not copying - why? And now can't quit them either!

I have a Western Digital My Book hard drive which i use to store my media/data/back up. I tried to transfer some files on my desk top to it yestrday and it was taking forever so decided to stop it. Now it just shows under the Copying box, stopping but it isn't? I tried then to down load the same images t my USB memory stick and now that is doing the same. I wonder if i is to do with upgrading to Mavericks as no problems before?
I have check my WD My book on another computer and thankfully all mmedia is still in tack!
How can i quit this copying so i can shut down my computer?

option discovered in preferences. Really this and any feature that moves deletes or edits a users data should as far as possible be OFF BY DEFAULT. It shouldn't by default and without the users specific say do this dangerous and unnecessary thing without even letting the user know what it's doing!!! And then cause me a few hours (as i'm new to mac) searching for the option so as to switch it off. If i hadn't noticed the status cage declaring that it was copying files then i might never have twigged that this insane thing was occurring. And if i hadn't of noticed i would have been left maintaining the contents of the folder i copied the files to, the folder which as far as i was informed and so believed was also the location of the music files i was playing. How does Apple justify this 'genius' piece of software non-design? Surely it will hurt no one if this was off by default for new users - overall at least i dare say it would cause a lot less distress in the future for the unsuspecting public at large. Copy Header Condition from contract to order

I have a question,
In our scenario we have contracts that are neither value based nor qty based. They are mostly dummy contracts which hold some data in custom created views of the contract header. We have copy routines that fetch this data and transfer to the header of the sales orders.
Question is:
In Pricing, when a header level condition is created at the contract level for an item and when the item gets copied to the order what happens is:
e.g Item 10. header condition: 5% VAT (500 Rs)  when it gets copied to SO  at the header level of the order it shows VAT (500 Rs).
The percentage does not appear. Would you know why this occurs.

FIRST OF ALL YOURS SUBJECT AND THE DETAILS ARE ENTIRELY DIFFERENT.
coming back to yours query:
In item level only you'll get the entire detail pertains to item conditions, check whether you have the condition type with header level? if yes then it will show the details in header level.
Your e.g shows that you have item level condition not header level.

I cannot copy and paste from Word 2007 into Firefox (gmail), and I cannot copy and paste from Firefox (URLs) into a word document.

Starting two days ago, I can no longer copy and paste between Firefox and Word 2007. I can copy within each program.

I had similar issues starting about the same time or within the past week. However, I can copy and paste, it just takes considerably longer than it used to before. Copying something from a web page into Word could take up to 30 seconds now on my computer but it shows a busy mouse pointer while it is loading, then clicks/pops when it loads into the Word document, but then actually takes about another 5 to 10 seconds to appear in the Word document. I have no idea why it is delaying now when it did not do it before, but since it is still going into the document I am living with it for now. Are you waiting long enough to see if it appears?

most comments which I know say, the best would be to copy all your photos into a directory (with corresponding subdirectories) by help of a file manager. From there LR should find all your photos.

Copied itunes library from one ext HD to another - some music not playing

Hello,
I copied all my itunes library from one external hard drive to another. I backed everything up first then reimported into itunes. About 100 of my MP3 files are in Windows Explorer and the files appear Ok but they are not adding to itunes. The songs is listed in my library as if its there in my playlists but I click on it and nothing happens in tunes. The song won't play if any format from what I've tried. I have researched on itunes and looked on the boards here and I think it is something to do with the encoding of the files, as when I click on 'get info' for the song everything comes up the same as the songs that are working only there is no profile/channel/encoding on the first summary screen. I have tried to import again from my windows folder after changing the encoding 'Import Settings' but it does not work. I also get that (-50)Error when I try and change the settings on the file. Any help is much appreciated.
