i bought my iPhone almost a year ago in Apple store in SOHO ,
i need a copy of my lost receipt ,can Apple send me one on Email?

Yes, you can. You just need to go to add A/P invoice and click on Copy From button. Then select multiple GRPO to copy. However, you will be warned that only target FX rate can be used if you have BP currency instead of LC.

In current version 2007A there is no Copy to Goods Receipt PO function on Goods Return document. There is only Copy to A/P Credit Memo. This list should contain all available target documents.

Can you please elaborate on what you mean by "unable to obtain a receipt"? Are you not able to see the invoices for your payments? Or are you unable to print them? It sounds like you have followed the steps outlined here: Print a payment receipt or invoice | Creative Cloud--can you tell me what you do see when you look at the subscriptions listed on your account?

To update my computer for OSX Lion and to show that it is qualified, do I need to send in an electronic copy of my receipt?

I purchased my new MacBook Pro on July 9th. I was recently sent an email saying that my computer was qualified to upgrade to OSX Lion. When I went to the link, it said that I need to send in an electronic copy of my receipt. Do I need to do that or do I just continue and put in my computer information?

I need a copy of the receipt for our TV. The location we bought it from has us in their system multiple times and did not want to look through them to help. I have to send my PS4 back to Sony for repairs and they need a copy of my receipt. I can find the order number but when I click on it it shows it was $0.00 I'm just not sure they will except that it was a Black Friday GTA5 bundle promo and I do have the order number its {removed per forum guidelines}. I’m sorry to hear that the ink has faded enough on the receipt your partner has to where you can no longer read it.
Since it was your partner that made the purchase, we are unable to send you a copy of the receipt due to our Privacy Policy found here. However, it sounds like your partner can still see the Customer Service Pin on it, so they can take that set of numbers to any Best Buy store in the US and the Customer Service desk should be able to re-print the receipt for them.
Alternatively, they can create a profile on here and contact me directly via private message to request a copy. They can private message me by logging into the forum and clicking on the button across from my name on this post.
Hopefully one of these options will work for them!
