HI , i need a Report as like a standard Tcode report and as well as some additional fields.
so how can i proceed for this can any one pls help me regarding this.

To Know the Program name for Standard Tcode..
Tcode(eg. MM03) --> Enter --> System --> Status
Now in PopUp window...
SAP Data
Repository Data
Program(Screen) ==> this is the program name...
OR
Go to SE93>Give the standard t-code->display-->Get the program name for that T-code.
Now
Go to SE38
--->Enter the program name
--->Copy (Ctrl + F5)
--->Give ZProgram name.
Again From SE93 create new ZTCODE for ur new ZProgram...

I have copied the standard program GP49GVYDGHSFRBGM9CYT2E1I1S2 (assigned to the transaction code S_ALR_87012168) to the custom program ZFI*****, Could you please let me know how to configure the custom program to the node FBRD01RFRRD20 0SAPDUEAN-01 report type RE, with the new Extended Program Name so that I can use the same (i.e. the node report type and Extended program name) to assign it to new Transaction code (to have the same functionality as the standard transaction S_ALR_87012168).

Once you have copied the Standard report to ZFIxxxxx then proceed as follows:
1. Go to SE93 and input the Z TCode name and click on Create
2. Provide the Description and selelct the radio button Transaction with parameters (parameter transaction) and Press Enter
3. Under Default Values for there is an input field Transaction. Input START_REPORT
4. In the bottom of the screen you can see two columns Name of screen field and Value
5. Input the following with out any change
*Name of screen field*                         *Value*
D_SREPOVARI-REPORTTYPE             RE
D_SREPOVARI-REPORT                    ZFIxxxxxx "(Your custom report which you copied from standard)
D_SREPOVARI-EXTDREPORT            FBRD01RFRRD20                       0SAPDUEAN-01
6. You'll be presented with another selection screen. Here simply press Enter
Here you go with the same functionality as that of the S_ALR_87012168. Hope these steps resolves your problem. Reward accordingly.

Copied standard report shows error.

i just copied the standard report RM07DOCS TO YRM07DOCS
AND EXECUTED.
IT SAYS LAYOUT /GR VKP DOES NOT EXIST FOR YRM07DOCS.
and if i execute without giving any layout , it shows only few fields of output
PLEASE tell ME TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM to get the layout , and complete output..

Hi,
How did you copy your report? Check if there are includes in program RM07DOCS and it is copied in you Z report.
Also, check if your selection is made thru Screen-painter?

Duplicate pagination part of standard report

Hello,
Is it possible to duplicate the pagination part of a standard report so that the pagination links appear both at the top and bottom of the result list?
I tried to copy the standard report template and put the #PAGINATION# tag in the "Before Rows" section but this doesn't seem to work, the tag is not replaced and just shows as "#PAGINATION#"?
Oh yes! APEX version is 3.2.1.
All ideas are welcome!

FD10N - standard Report

Hi all,
I am working on the standard report for tcode FD10N.
The only issue with this standard report is it includes all entries done related to a customer, such as reversal and adjustments. Basically customer is looking for a real time sale and collection which should not include reversal and adjustment entries.
Exclude the following Doc type
Doc Type (BLART/BKPF) = YV is used for reversal from finance
Doc Type (BLART/BKPF) = RE is used for reversal from SD
It means any main or clearing entry which have document type YV or RE, should not consider for this report.
Pls help me as how to do it....

u can do one thing copy the Standard report in Z report first
then when u r fetching the record , just after that write this statement.
DELETE itab WHERE blart EQ YV.
DELETE itab WHERE blart EQ RE.

Modifying standard report

The standard report within transaction IW29 (see below) does maintain every field, except the long text. The long text can be looked at through button .
The report without long text is standard available.
In the report printout the long text must be printed under each notification line using the total width of the page.
report there must be NO maximum to the number of characters if this is technically possible.

Go to se 38-> give the standard report name-> select copy -> give z report name.
save it and activate it.
At the time copying the standard report care has to be taken for Includes exists in the standard reports.
Those includes also have to be copied to the z includes.

Copy and add standard report

I have a request to add few column in the standard report (T-code F.19, program, RFWERE00), so i copy the program and proceed modification, when i check the code, it has error. I would like to know can I have any solution to add column into the report. Thanks!

Copy of standard SAP MC1 Report

Hi All,
I copied the standard SAP MC1 report i.e. RMCB0100. In this report they show the data according to month for that they have select option o selection screen i.e. MONTH I want the report according to period. for that I replace the moth by period but still I ma getting the data according to month. In our organization fiscal year is start from April. and current fiscal year is 2008.
So where I need to change in standard report.

It's copy of standard program in this for getting period field on selection screen I have to pass the period table only after that it's it replace the month by period and take care of all select quries.
In standard program they are passing the table S039 which is taken from TMC4 table and it's table for month. Now I am passing Period table i.e S001 from TMC4 only.

Copying standard report transaction selection screen

Hi everybody,
How can we copy standard report transaction's VI05 selection screen to my custom report transaction's selection screen some zprogram . The problem is that when i am copying the selection screen into my programs screen, it is getting copied, but not as selection screen rather as normal screen. I have defined a transaction code for the same with the custom screen no as the selection screen but its giving a message that selection screen 9001 doesn't exist. However if i keep the selection screen as 1000 the screen in the standard transaction VI05 the transaction is executing fine.
But again the problem was that although it seems that the screen 1000 of the standard program for VI05 has been copied to my custom program but its not showing in the object list of my custom program. so I cannot do any changes which i require.
If anybody requires any clarification u can raise your doubts i will try to make it more clear.
Can any body help me with this?

Hi Prem,
Even if the GUI Status is active, you cannot see two components of Standard Selection Screen.
1. All Selections - Push Button
2. Categories - Screen Block in the first with two options
2.1. OI_STAND
2.2. OI_BULK
This is becoz, there are enhancement spots included in the Standard program and the enhancement spots will not be copied, unless you copy them manually.
Check the same.

( not all end users) with different user names.

Standard report for client copy

Hi All,
is there any standard report exist to copy all the infotype data from production client to development client for a perticuler employee?here we r facing the situation that dev client is not updated as production so the errors which we gets in the production to solve them we have to create the same data in development manually and it is very time consumming.so if anybody knows then please tell me .or is there any other way to do the same?

Though above solution will work, it will need lot of efforts and more than that extraordinary knowledge of SAP tables. For each problem scenario, the Infotype & Spro tables will vary drastically.
To send a dev request / transport request and to tell the abaper what needs to be moved can be huge task. Thats where a tool helps

How to add new fields to standard reports

hi friends,
im into ABAP and working across all modules..the basic thing is users and functional people are not satisfied with the standard reports..they need some logic change or to add some more fieldsinb the standard reports.For logic change we have to copy the standard to zprogram and can do or create a new program itself..but in many cases they ask for extra fields.how to achive it ..
for example my requirement now is adding vendor name field to the report FAGGL03 ....i found a badi and have make changes to it ...now the vendor name will be coming in sgtxt over writing the text ...but they need text also...now what shall i do???
append structure vendor name field in faglposx table ....???how to find out the final internal table from where the output is coming ????
?when we check the standard rewport codes...there are lot of include statements perform statements etc ...how to find out the final structure or internal table which has the output values..???

it would be better if u giv full name of the report
if ur displaying the data in alv then search for the
word REUSE_ALV_LIST_DISPLAY REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY from which u can get the final table name
then check the data that is comming into
try using implicit enhancement or any other exit in the declaration and declare a new structure with the field and append it to the field catalog
if ur displaying the data using write statement
then create a zprogram and add a write statement
fi ur unable to find here the final table then after displayign the report start the debugging and double click on any row to find out more easily

How to add additional fields to zreport which contains standard report code

Hi Experts,
In order to add additional fields to standard report i copied the code into zreport but i am unable to add additonal field into report because the code is looking so complex.
standard report:AQZZ/SAPQUERY/FKF1============
     or
sapmenu->accounting->financial accounting->accounts payable->information system->reports for accounts payable accounting->master data->S_ALR_87012087-Addresslist.
Additional feilds to add is :Region,company code,country
Please let me know how toidentify ALV and guide me how to solve this.

First check whether these three fields are available in the text elements area.
Please write your code in the subroutine %comp_ldesc.
Repeat the code for your three new fields
perform ldesc(rsaqexce) using 'G00010000X010       00 A1'
    %txt1 %txt2 %txt3 'LFA1-LIFNR' LFA1-LIFNR 'LFA1-LIFNR'.
read table %textpool_langu into %textpool_langu_line
                             with key ID = 'I' key = 'A01'.
if sy-subrc is initial. %txt1 = %textpool_langu_line-entry.
else. %txt1 = %txt_unknown.
endif.
So this subroutine will give you the basic list. Now Program is creating ALV with this basic list. So I think you don't need to worry about that. Please have a thorugh look at the code over this perform, and write accordingly.
I think this is enoogh.
