Drawing a marque around multiple keyframes is easy, too. You can select a property and all of its keyframes will be selected. You can performa sophisticated choices of non-continguous keyframes with command-select. You can also do lots of editing in the graph view.

Copy/paste multiple slides??

How can I copy/paste multiple slides, from one presentation to another with keynote(on IPAD)?

Two ways:
Touch and hold the first slide, then, with your finger still on the first slide, tap each consecutive slide to add them to the selection. Cut and paste as above.
Starting with the SECOND slide in the series you want to copy, drag each slide to the right so that it indents under the first one (this is all done in the slide sorter column, on the left of the screen). Tap the triangle to the left of the first slide -- the slides will all collapse into one group. Now tap the slide that is showing and you will have selected the entire group. Copy the group, switch to the other presentation, and paste the whole group into the new presentation (touching and holding a slide in the slide sorter column opens the cut and paste menu)

HOW CAN I COPY & PASTE MULTIPLE LINES

I AM TRYING TO COPY AND PASTE MULITPLE LINES ON TO SEVERAL OTHER ACCOUNTS/DOCS AND IT WILL ONLY LET ME HIGHTLIGHT/COPY/PASTE ONE LINE AT A TIME

You can move the same data to a temporary internal table while copying and check that while pasting.

Copying/pasting multiple Notes at once

Can't find an answer to this... I have tons of notes made in Apple's Note application on my MacBook Pro. I run Yosemite. Is there a simple way of moving them to another document like say Word or Excel? Copy/paste not working. I must be overseeing something simple. Thanks all

Should have made it clear. I would like to move/export them all at once. Not copying and pasting over and over again.

How copy/paste layers with frame animations?

I have a movie clip (mc1) with 6 layers (under 1 mask) and
some tweens. (It's just a continuous transition of pictures.)
I have another movie clip (mc2) that is the same layout
(different layers.)
I want to combine the 2 into 1 movie clip. I tried to select
all layers and copy from 1 and paste to the other, but it doesn't
paste correctly.
How can I do this? It seems like it would be easy.

instances will have different
center point so option like this, especially while moving

Copy-Paste Multiple Cells in Cell Editor in BI7 at once

Dear all
I am using Cell Editor in Query Designer (BI7.0).
There are around 200 Rows. And each Cell has got some specific restriction.
Now, I need to copy a complete column to another column - so all restrictions/formulas of all cells in that column need to get copied to another cell of next column.
I am able to copy single cell by cell. But, I want to copy the entire column at once and paste it (For example select multiple cells and paste).
Is it feasible? I am unable to do this.
Plz help.

As a alternative you might check out Yoink in the Mac App Store (MAS). When you drag a item, a shelf will slide out on the side of the monitor. You drop the items on the shelf, navigate to the destination then drag item to new location. Fast and simple to use.

Copy/paste multiple fields is broken Acrobat Pro 9.2-9.4

I've been updating contract pdf forms for over a year now using Acrobat Pro 9, lots of forms with many fields. I copy the fields from the previous pdf contract, then paste them into the revised pdf contract, and then arrange the fields a little here and there as needed. Up to 30 fields at once per form.
Something has changed in the last week, on Acrobat Pro 9 for Windows and also Acrobat Pro 8 for Mac, both only allow me to copy and paste one field at a time now.
Both Mac and PC versions worked a week or so ago. Someone please tell me this is a known issue and in the queue to be fixed.
Where can I submit this bug in addition to this forum?

This is still an issue, one thing I was just informed of by the graphics department are some initial installations for the new Adobe Livecycle system they are setting up. These will be generating pdfs based on the department's InDesign forms.
Every form they have created after 10-5-2010 has the issue where text fields can only be copied from one form to another one at a time, checkboxes however can all be selected at once, then pasted all at once into the new pdf document. So text boxes no, and check boxes yes.
This happens on my PC version of Acrobat Pro 9.4 and also the Mac version 8, that leads me to think the problem has been introduced at their end, and posibly since the Livecycle installs, something like a form/fragment management app I was told, still investigating. We all use the current version Acrobat Pro 9.4.

In Final Cut Pro X, I would like to copy many markers from a clip and paste them onto another clip with the same intervals, but I cannot find the way... Would it be possible?

Both the markers and the content will travel to the new position on your timeline. Then use the replace edit to insert the new content, The markers will remain in place.

For example, suppose I set up a generic set of events for the second day of making bread.
8AM take pre-ferment out of fridge to warm up.
9-9:30 make wheat dough.
10-12 dough rises.
12-12:15 make loaves
12:15-2:15 second rising
2:15-2:45 baking
2:45-3:30 cool loaves
I'd like to be able to copy those events and paste them into a new day.

Can you create a button that will go to multiple key frames?

Hi, I am trying to make a rpg style character select interface. What i am trying to do is very similar to the picture below. How do you create a button like the stats, gear, and supplies that will each show a different image or text depending on which character you choose. If noone have played this marvel facebook game before, if you choose for instance Ironman, then the buttons on the right change to stats, bio, and gear. Each character will show a different bio when the bio button is clicked. Do i create a different screen for each character with the same button layout in the same place? I think i just answered my own question but i want to make sure that is possible. Should each character portrait, stats, bio, and gear be on its own layer and have the buttons go to those specific keyframes? thanks

While you could create a different screen for each, a better way to do this is via some form of database. The buttons cause functions to be executed and the functions utilize data resources based on the selections that are established.
So if you pick a particular character, a variable is a assigned a value that indicates that. That variable is then utilized to extract the data associated with the character and to build the screen elements related to the options for that character.

Copy and paste multiple texts from Word to Indesign

I would like to simplify multiple operations where I need to copy multiple text boxes from a Word doc into multiple boxes in Indesign, and be able to specify the exact location of each box in the Indesign doc. For example, I would like to take 7 text boxes from a Word doc and copy them separately into 7 boxes in the Indesign doc, rather than have to go back and forth into the Word doc. 7 times and pasting each text box one by one.

That looks a lot like case for Data Merge. It won´t give you any tools for copy/pasting multiple textboxes but with little work, you could make a template where you could drop multiple Items like you have in your screenshot. It won´t work with docs, but if you can convert your stuff to excel, then it would be quite nice solution for you.

Copy/Paste/Clipboard Problem; Pastes only as SVG Code

I have Illustrator CC installed, as well as Illustrator CS6, running Windows 7 x64, latest patchlevel. When I try to copy and paste objects in Illustrator CC, I always get a SVG code. I draw a simple rectangular, copy it, paste it, it's not pasted as a rectangular, it's pasted as SVG code. Same with an embedded JPEG. Copy it. paste it. et voila, SVG code...
In Illustrator CS6 everything works as i would expect it. Highlight object, cmd+c, cmd+v, ok.
In CC, highlight object, cmd+c, cmd+v => svg code [ etc. pp.] This always happens, no matter where (copy in illustrator cc, paste in the same illustrator document, word, photoshop, etc) or what (drawn object, jpeg, embedded, linked, gif).. I've tried different clipboard settings in Illustrator CC, it makes no difference.

Need Help Pasting Key Frames from one still image to others, and Changing the duration of multiple still images.

I'm working on a stop motion project, and I have at least a thousand still images to work with.
I have adjusted several Key Frame settings on the 1st still image in my project, such as
Brightness
Cropping
Scale
Position
I now want to apply these exact settings to hundreds of still images at a time that make up one scene in the project (but not all still images in the entire project).. Is there a way to paste or easily transfer them?
Also, there are scenes I'm working on in which I want to change the image duration of hundreds of photos at once, but not change to duration of all images in the project, is this possible?
I've looked at several different web-links, but none of them have what I'm looking for. If you can please help me, I'd be willing to send you $10 through paypal. Knowledge is power; the solution to these problems would save me hours of time. If you don't fully understand my questions I can send you a pictures or a video, pointing out my needs.

When the project is created, I don't recall seeing the preference settings until after the project opens the first time. In that case if certain media was imported into the project panel but not in the sequence, after the duration was changed, it would be necessary to remove the media from the project panel then re-import again. If there is a workaround to this please let me know. It also doesn't appear that creating a new sequence would prevent the re-importing. Could you confirm?
Thanks for the link on automating to sequence--I remember that from CS4.
The application of identical effects to media on the timeline in a sequence was something I had learned back in CS3 or maybe earlier CS4 where the effected, in this case a transition between images was applied then copied then using the paste or (Control V) command, applied to all other stills. That worked fine but with lots of images, it ends up being a lot of "point and clicks" since the CTI must be moved to each transition insertion point before the paste is applied.
I actually thought that I had seen someone select the remainder of the images in the sequence then apply the paste command but I was never able to make that work. Have you heard of such a short-cut?

Copy and past key frames?

I have 2 sequence that are the same.
Is it possible to copy and past the video filters from one clip in one sequence to same clip in the other sequence? And have the key frames in the correct place?
I’m trying to do this but its not staying in sync with the sequence what I mean is the key frames are in the wrong place. I’m opening the clip in one sequence going to the filter tab coping the filter with the key frames and then when I past in to the second sequence the key frames are in the wrong place.

I only was getting confused by you saying:

- 'click on clip', I do understand
- 'Control-C' does nothing on my keyboard (standard layout).
So I supposed you meant 'Control-Click' which brings up a pop-up menu (or what's the good name for that) which gives me a variety of options ('open in viewer', 'item properties', 'send to...', etc) including 'paste attributes'. And because that's the next thing you advised:
- Select 'paste attribute'...
...I assumed you meant to say 'Control Click' (Or Right click on a 2- or 3-button mouse.)
edit: This pop-up, I think, is called 'contextual menu', not 'pop-up'
So If on your setup Control-C does the same as Control Click, then you've probably set up your keyboard for that. If this is the only 'problem' you have I wouldn't even consider trashing prefs...
