Can a person not copy/paste a photo to a doc?

PDF forms created in LiveCycle Designer can take advantage of an image field that's available. It can import JPEG, TIFF, GIF, and PNG. When the user clicks the field, it prompts the user to select an image file.
A form created in Acrobat can user a button that is set up to display an icon (layout someting other than Label only). Acrobat users will be able to choose a page from a PDF or any other format that it knows how to convert to PDF, including the same image formats as above plus many more, and many other formats. You can implement this with the following Mouse Up JavaScript for a button:

When the user clicks the button, a prompt will appear allowing the user to select a file to use for the button icon.
This will work with Reader 11, but the user will be limited to selecting a page from a PDF. It is relatively easy to convert images to PDF nowadays, to this isn't as much of a restriction as it was before they removed this from Reader a while ago. For example, on a Mac a user can easily convert an image to PDF, with Preview for example, or pretty much any other software that can view an image. On Windows, Office users can easily convert to PDF, and there are any number of other freely available PDF creation tools out there. An XFA form with a single large image field can actually be used for this, so that when it is saved the Reader user can import the image by selecting the saved XFA form.
Another option to placing an image on a page is to use a stamp. In Reader, the user can create a stamp from an existing PDF, but prior to Reader 11 the document has to be Reader-enabled so that at least commenting is allowed.
Reader 10 and 11 allow the user to add a signature as part of the new EchoSign functionality, which is implemented as a stamp, and the user can import an image. Adding non-signature images really isn't what this feature was meant for, but it works.

You can do as the followings:
Create a blank form with InfoPath Designer 2010,
Add a Rich Text Box control and Submit button in the blank form
Publish the form to your SharePoint site
Open the form library and create a document
Copy the table with text from word file
Paste the table in the Rich Text Box area, the paste option is Keep Source Formatting

Bolded words, indentions, paragraphs, line spacing, font, and

I'd like to answer this in a slightly different way..
It's a good idea to format anything you paste into RH in RH
using paragraph styles etc. Hardcoded formatting won't be under
stylesheet control which is very bad news.
In fact I generally paste stuff from a word doc into notepad
first to remove any formatting soI have "clean" text to begin with.
That way you ensure consistency when styles are updated etc
as well maintaining consistency with what's already there.

Copy&paste from a file excel to Adobe Interactive Form

my project is based on WDJ and Adobe Interactive Form.
I need to know if it is possible to do a copy&paste from a file excel to my Adobe Interactive Form.
Can I copy an area of data from an Excel spreadsheet (set of contiguous rows and columns)
and paste them into a text field of my form, preserving the formatting (font, size, structure of coloums/rows,...)?

Copy & Paste Photo

I have duplicated a photo and then renamed it. I then cropped it. I now want to move either copy to a new event. I have tried to copy and paste, but it will not let me paste it to the other event. Does this have something to do with it being duplicated or edited. I have even tried to copy another photo from one event to the next with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No. An Event is simply a folder of pics that were +imported together+ and have the date and time range as specified in the preferences. However, you can add any photo from any source to an Event afterwards. There is nothing to prevent you dragging a photo from one Event to another, merging Events and so on. However, changing the date and time of a photo will not cause it to be moved from one Event to another. Consider the case of a family wedding with two different cameras being used. On import they will create two Events (as they are two separate imports) even though the pics have the same dates and times.

Since update, cannot copy/paste from web to doc.

I highlight text from internet, then copy (either by key command or right click), then go to paste in a word doc. and the text does not paste into the doc. Copy and paste from website to website does work - only fails when I try to copy paste from the web to a doc. In fact, the word doc will remember the last thing I copied from a non-web source and paste that.

Note - I have restarted with add-ons disabled, I have restarted in safe mode. I have made sure that about:config setting for javascript and clipboard are enabled.

How to copy ALL photos off of IPhone 4S with IOS 6

Hey Guys,
Here's the issue:
On the IPhone 4S with IOS 6 certain photos end up outside of the "sandbox" (the MAIN album) and the only way to transfer those is to either "jailbreak" your IPhone which I do NOT recommend or MANUALLY transfer them picture by picture on IOS 6 for an Iphonne 4S.
SEVERAL of my customers and on my IPhone 4's had that limitation.
Is there ANY other app or COMPLETELY verified procedure to get ALL (please note I said ALL) photos off of an IPhone 4S with IOS 6? Without having to spend hours manually moving them into the main album.

Please explain to me what kind of photos end up outside the sandbox. Photos taken or saved with the phone are in the Camera Roll. Other photos on the iPhone would be synced via iTunes from the computer. Those pictures are already on the computer and can be removed from the phone via another sync. Importing the photos with import utility on the computer, like a digital camera is how to get the pictures. I'm not sure what these other photos are that you are referring to, or where they are coming from.

Can't copy/paste in google docs

Hello,
I'm using a Mac and I can't use the copy / paste function in google docs with firefox. I know they wan't to prevent websites to do some damage but I need this function and it would be a great help if firefox / mozilla would give the option to change this behaviour.
Any idea how I could achieve this?
Otherwise I would have to switch back to Chrome which I wouldn't do gladly.

How do you bring up Copy/Paste option from touch screen?

Adobe Reader Touch supports copying text only (not images).
Tap on text and move "grabbers" to adjust text selection (Touch) or select text with a mouse.
Press and hold (Touch) or right-click with a mouse to bring up the context menu.
Select Copy from the context menu.
You can paste the copied text to an existing sticky note or text field in Adobe Reader Touch or to other application such as Microsoft Word or Notepad.

I tried copying a photo and pasting it in another event/group within iPhoto but the paste feature doesn't work. This wasn't an issue with both Leopard and Snow Leopard. Do you have any solutions or tips?

I bought a new MacBook Pro with OsX Lion as operating system. I use iPhoto a lot and when I tried copying a photo then pasting it to another event/group, the 'paste' feature doesn't work. This wasn't the case with Leopard and Snow Leopard where the 'paste' feature worked. What I did was to paste the photo first to the desktop before transferring it to the new event/group. I brought my Mac to the Apple store where I bought it and the technicians were themselves surprised that the 'paste' feature didn't work. Chalked it up to glitches in the Lion os. So how do we fix this? I just find it absurd that a feature that used to work in Snow Leopard has been disabled in Lion, and the user still has to undergo an additional step to make it work, when new technology is supposed to make things easier for users.
Also, hasn't anyone noticed that it takes longer for the computer to boot upon opening?

Instead of copy and paste drag the photo to the new event. Or flag it and use the add flagged photos to selected event command

Why I am not able to copy and paste photos from my desktop to my Itouch?

I am not able to copy and paste photos from my computer to my Itouch. I use to be able to do it. Now there is an error message that says my device is wither disconnected or stopped responding.
But when I plugged in the Itouch, it still shows on my computer, still able to see my existing pictures in it. Just not able to paste/drag any new pictures into the folder.
Anyone has this problem and able to solve it?

I don't believe it will open a Word document, but Writepad allows for handwritten conversion of notes to text and then to email. Might help you some of the way...

Do you want to copy some pictures to the external drive, or do you want to move your whole iPhoto library? The latter will free up hard drive space on your start up disk; the procedure is explained here:

Note this is not the same as a Time Machine backup.
If on the other hand you want to copy some photos from one drive to another, you can just drag and drop them from one location to another. This is a true copy, the originals will remain intact.
