Copy requitsitions into one PO line with many schedule lines

Hello Experts,
If you have two or more requisitions with the same material and the only difference is delivery date, is there a way where you can copy them into a purchase order and get one item in the po for the material but one scehdule line pr requisiton?

It is possible. Please try the below steps.
1) Create the PO manually with the total qty of both PR.
2) Go to the delivery schedule tab and there is button to split the delivery scedule, select and split with the required qty
3) Assign the relevant PR to the respective schedule line.
Also you can use the option suggested in the previous message.
Now the PO will have 1 line item but 2 schedule lines

I have a problem to post Invoice for Service Entry with many Service line item. The problem is as follow:
I have created 1 Service Entry which has 5 Service line item in it. Three of the service line item are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), the others aren't. Then, i wanted to post Invoice for the Service Entry, however, it just display 1 item which amount in total. How can i segregate each service line item in Service Entry thus i can post Invoice for all Service line item with subject to VAT and all service item with not subject to VAT, if just 1 Service Entry created for it ?

Hi Ganda,
If you mark the 'service based invoice verification' checkbox in your PO item, your service items will be in your invoice as seperate invoice lines. Then you can modify the taxcodes on service item level.

Help using /AFS/BAPI_PO_CREATE with multiple schedule lines

I'm using /AFS/BAPI_PO_CREATE to create POs and everything works fine until I pass an item with multiple schedule lines.
When you pass multiple schedules it is giving each of the schedule lines under an item the same grid value! So if I want to order one black, one white shirt... both grid values are changed to black when the PO is created.
I'm wondering if you need to pass some sort of sequence value into the BAPI when you have multiple schedule lines for an item. Does anyone know?

Please make sure that you are specifying the item number while passing the ITEM Details and their correponding SCHEDULE lines.
Though i couldnt find FM: /AFS/BAPI_PO_CREATE in our system, i guess it is similar to BAPI_PO_CREATE.

Several PR clubbed to one PO but with several Item lines?

Hello SAP gurus
Is it possible to merge several Purchase requisitions in APO into one Purchase Order but with several item lines in ECC?
If I have 50 PR in APO and CIF them to ECC, I want them to show as one PO with 50 item lines in ECC.
And I also need to know if it's possible to transfer PR from APO to ECC and set it to "blocked" before it is "approved" in ECC.
Like an approval workflow would work in MRP.
I would jump for joy for some answers.

Permission Error when copy files into cmsdk using NFS with non admin user

We are using CMSDK with NFS protocol and we have created different users with ACL to control different access for users.
When we copy files into cmsdk folders using one of the admin user this works fine, even a multiple copy works fine. But when we use any non admin user , some time copy commands works but some time it throw a permission deny error. and this is happening very intermittently.
when we use ftp protocol and ftp file it's all works fine for the both admin & non admin user. Is there any limitation in using CMSDK NFS protocol
Did any one encouter any similar issue. Any pointers would be of great help.

It's not about "linking two catalogs". That's Siebel Marketing stuff. Forget about it. Just create your models and put them in their respective presentation catalogs.
Whatever you fire from answers will hit that specifc presentation catalog and search its way through the metadata to contruct the query.
Hence conforming dimensions as a technical concept are definitely the thing you want...not the rpd object type "conformed dimension links".

Converting Multipule Reqs to a Purchase Order with Delivery Schedule Lines

Is it possible to convert a multiple Purchase Reqs for the same items to a PO that has one line but multipule deliver dates in the Schedule lines - Where the Purchase Reqs have been generated by MRP
Example
I have an SAP Contract 46***** that runs via MRP and creates 3 Reqs for item number 12345. All from the same vendor
             Req 1 delivery date 2/4/10 QTY 50
             Req 2 delivery date 6/4/10 QTY 20
             Req 3 delivery date 10/4/10 QTY 30
Aim is to have 1 PO with line 1 having a QTY 100 but the Delivery Schedule Tab to show the three seperate delivery needs
            date 2/4/10 QTY 50
            date 6/4/10 QTY 20
            date 10/4/10 QTY 30
Any Help?

When i try that the QTY in line one does not alwasy update to the total qty of the reqs and infact the qty on the req doesnt always appear in the schedule line....
This works for me perfect, I never encountred that the item quantity was not updated if I added a new requisition to the schedule.
ME59N should work, do not select per requistion and per delviery date in the New PO section in the selection screen. But set a flag into box create schedules.

Issue on Purchase order creation with Delivery schedule line items per PR

Note->Developed inbound FM to create PO's in SAP through IDOC.
We are creating purchase orders from vendor which is coming from Inbound IDOC. Here we are using as BAPI_PO_CREATE1
to create PO's. before that i am passing all the inbound data of the IDOC and getting some Purchase requisions for plant and material wise from EBAN table where we have open PR's and split the inbound line item qauntity as per Open quantity in Purchase requisions. Problem here we are modifing schdule line data as per purcahse requisitions and post the all the shehduline data into above functional module, we are using creation date as delivery date in the scheduling line for each line.
Set1- If we have multiple requisions for each material and plant in the inbound IDOC item , while creating PO using above BAPI
creating PO with delivery date is taken from Purchase requesion date, this only will happend in the first schudle line item always, second line scheulde has taken correctly from creation data as delivery date.
Set2-If we have one requisition for each line item, it will creating correctly for schulding line item as with correct delivery , whcih is not taken from requstion delivery date.
Set 2 is working correctly, but Set1 has problem with delivery date in the scheduling lines particulary for first schduling line item.
Please help me on this issue.

Thanks for the reply.
I checked the parameters and it is creating 2 PO when the Indicator Ordering address is set.If I uncheck this Indicator then only one PO is created.
But now my question is from where is the Ordering address taken because for both line items Vendor is same and ordering address is also same.
Then why the system is creating new PO?

The statements in the program that does not use a header line are easier to understand. As a further measure, you could have a further work area just to specify the key of the internal table, but to which no other values from the table are assigned.
Internal table with header line
you can use anywhere except obkect oriented concept.
Internal table without header line :
You should use in Object oriented concept..
Always try to use without header line,performance point of view it is best..
Example :
Without header line.

itab with header lines are obsolete, anyway it will work but not recommended. instead use work area or more effiecient is field symbols. so donot use itab with header line.

-The area must have the same structure as that of internal table. An internal table consists of a body and an optional header line.
-Header line is a implicit work area for the internal table. It depends on how the internal table is declared that the itab will have the header line or not.
a) Data : itab like mara occurs 0 with header line.

As already explained Sh. Line Catg. is determined with Item Catg.of the item + MRP type automatically . As per your assignment in ( SD-sale-sales document-Sh. line-Assign Sh. line Catg.) system automatically propose the Sh. line Catg of your entered item
Now for three Sh line - in VA01 create the order with your item , give quantity -now select the line item, click on the Display item Details ICON extreme left bottom of the screen, than click on Sh. line tab here you maintain as many sh. line as you required.
Actually these Sh lines are nothing but the Requested Delivery Date And Quantity which is ultimately pass on to (Transfer the Requirement) MRP

Hi all,
I try to develop a report for sales orders and delivery info. I need sales order quantity, delivery quantity and the quantity in the scheduled line. But I faced with the problem of several scheduled lines.
I could not find the relation between delivery information and the scheduled lines of sales order.
Any function module or other way to find out a delivery belongs to which cheduled line of the sales order ?
