Copy SAP Access Menu

Hi All,
We are working on a custom built software which will communicate with SAP.
There are certain requirements where we cant find any solutions.
Any answer to the following questions will be very helpful.
1. How to copy the SAP Menu? Including the sub-nodes & description.
2. While creating PO or any in any other transactions, how to capture the Error image shown? or How to copy the contents of the message shown?
3. In the PO creation screen (ME21N), there are lot of TABS (as shown in the below pic). Is there any keyboard shortcut to shift between these tabs?
Will give more description if required.

Hello Deepan,
Follow the below path to download the area menu.
1) SE43 display menu S000 and then explode it all, then: Area Menu -> Print -> Print List -> Save to PC File -> Spreadsheet - done.
3) You can use above option said by Manish, but the cursor has to be in the tab while using it. When u switch the tab using Ctrl+ page up or down, the cursor position goes to the top of the page, again you have to place the cursor in the tab and press ctrl+ page up or down to move to net tabs.

Hello Akin,
In EA-PS the Funds Management is an Extension Set. If you want
to use the FM you have to activate the extension set
IS-PS "Public Services" in SPRO under
"Activation Switch for SAP R/3 Enterprise Extension Set".
This is the activity in SPRO.
When you save your changes, the FM-enhancements are made to the
Menu and Implementation Guide (IMG). In the IMG the FM is named
Public Sector Management.
If you have activated the extension Set IS-PS and
the Public Sector Management is still not in the IMG then please
review note 544035.
Please also have a look to the note 536040. The note contains
important information about the upgrade from an older release to
EA-PS 1.10 or higher.
Apart from that you also need to activate the functionalities
as described in note 535003. A number of transactions, such as FM3I or
FM3U, have also changed to new transactions in the meantime.
In case you have already used standard Funds Management in a previous
release and now want to continue using the functionalities, please also
check note 429225 carefully for a detailed description of the upgrade
requirements.

How to disable sap easy access menu for SAP GUI HTML

hi,
in our portal i created an iview, which calls an SAP-ERP-Transaction, and displays it with the SAP GUI for HTML (webgui). well, i have a big problem: when i got a timeout, the user has to log on to the its and then i get the sap easy access menu.
the users should NOT be allowed to see the sap easy access menu ! they ONLY need to see the called transaction.
any ideas ?

i have set the 'singletransaction'-parameter in sicf for the webgui-service to value 1.
BUT: as soon as i click on the iview to display the transaction i got the message
Logged Off Successfully
You have been logged off from SAP Web Application Server.
what is wrong there ?

SAP Query-to be saved on Easy access menu

Dear All,
This is regarding the SAP Query that I have created on Production. Pls help me out with the way to save it on sap easy access menu. At the moment, i have saved the t-code SQ01 in Favorites but it is not serving the purpose because everytime an end user logs in, he has to go through the T-codes SQ03, SQ02 and SQ01 in order to get the usergroups, infosets and the Query in sink inorder to execute the report.
Points would be awarded.

Hi Deepali,
Go to SE93.
Create a transaction & select the last option of radiobutton -> Transaction with parameters.
Transaction : START_REPORT
Skip Initial Screen : Clicked
SAP GUI for Windows : Clicked
Default values:
D_SREPOVARI-REPORTTYPE = AQ
D_SREPOVARI-REPORT = /SAPQUERY/HR -- HR is the user group name
D_SREPOVARI-EXTDREPORT = Report name
D_SREPOVARI-VARIANT = Variant name
D_SREPOVARI-NOSELSCRN -- if no sel sc asked for.
After creating the transaction you can easily attach it to Easy Access Menu.

Adding of Custom Report in SAP Easy Access Menu

How can we add the Custom Report in the SAP easy access Menu.
Transaction code can be added thru Favourites, but not the Reports.

If you want to add Z report to esay access first of all you need to create T-code using Tcode se93.
here you need fill some details your progroam name what kind of program it is etc.
Then come to easy accees click on favarities and add that T code.

Including adhoc query into SAP easy access menu

My query is can we include this in to SAP Easy access menu instead coming to SQ01 every time to run the query.

There are two sloutions for query
1. Ad Hoc Query already exists in SAP Tree Menu
SAP Menu > HR > Information Systems > Reporting Tools > Ad Hoc Query
Else
2. Take the Adhoc Query to Favorites, So that u dont want to Dig down every time. U can access it directly

PFCG push button, not appearing on the SAP Easy menu screen in CRM 7.0

Hi Experts,
PFCG push button is not visible on the SAP GUI, Easy Access menu screen in CRM 7.0.
But I see it appearing on the CRM 2007 SAP Easy Access screen.
So how to make it appear on the SESSION_MANAGER screen, that is Easy Access Menu screen.
I tried the 'Customize Layout' options, but I don't see anything there to make the PFGC button appearing.
Please let me know the settings.

i´m on CRM70 SP05 and i have the pushbutton to PFCG in my easy access on top.
I´m not sure why you won´t see it.

SAP Standard Menu Text missing while Creating Role in PFCG

All:
I am having a weird issue to where the "SAP Standard Menu Text" is missing when creating a role in PFCG and using the "Copy Menu > From SAP Menu" function.
When I click the button I get the following:
1) Popup of the SAP standard menu tree
2) The area for the folders where there should be text is missing
- appears as the " [ ] " symbols
3) "[ ]" symbols appears through entire menu tree for folders and transactions.
Any ideas?

1) Can you see the Menu? Or is everything greyed out?
2) Adobe Reader 7.0.8 is suggested to use for the end users. We had a lot of problems with older releases. Please note that in case of Netweaver 2004 you cannot use Reader 8 or higher yet. Adobe and SAP are working on this issue. (The ACF - Active Component Framework) cannot install properly with Reader 8.
So the only fix is using Reader 7.0.8. - The problem is client side related, not ADS or PCR related.

How to Launch a Query from the Easy Access Menu

Hello Experts,
Once I have created, saved and tested my query how can I set it up so that my users can either type in a transaction at the Easy Access Menu or select my query from the Easy Access Menu and launch the query input screen that displays fields for:
Reporting Period
Selection Criteria - Personnel Number, Employment Status, Personnel Area etc.
Program Selections - company code
Output Format

Actually SP7fix1 fixed a security gap in FF. It would have been better if SAP did not require this auth check. In the redesigned process when FF session is started the FF ID is unlocked and password is reset. Now no one needs to maintain the FF passwords anymore (even though this was not the security gap), as the security button in FF overview screen is not in use anymore.

Actually this fixed a few security issues - I agree it should be documented better.
You now no longer need to know the password of the FF ID User, so noone can misuse it.
Also, you're no longer limited to service users and can use dialog users for FF IDs. This has been a requirement by some customers, as the "Services for Object" Menu Item will only be possible for Dialog users.
You should assign all FF IDs to a Firefighter user group and limit S_USER_GRP to that user group in the SPM roles.

I have also found a way to invoke menu item Tag but it just don't do anything with "APP_PRINTER_SETUP" <=> "Page Setup..." !!!

Extending SAP delivered menu (S000)

I have read many topics about how to extend custom menu structures on the default SAP menu (S000). However, I have some questions about the correct wat to do this.
1) Is it better to copy S000 and then add your custom menu structure?
2) Is it better to enhance S000 with your custom menu structure?
_My concern deals with upgrades. If I copy S000 and a patch is applied (scenario
1), then my custom version will have to be rebuilt using the newest S000. This seems like it could be difficult to maintain.
2) On the other hand, If I "enhance" S000 directly with my custom menu structure, and a patch or upgrade is applied, will my custom additions be wiped out? Is there a user exit for menu maintenance?
Anyone have any experience or tips with this?

Detail: I am having a HTML from, having text box, displayed using UIWebView. If user types in text box it shows the keyboard. Now If user tap and hold on text box it shows a popup menu. Now while keyboard and pop up are being displayed user scrolls the view. At this time it shows pop up over the keyboard which I need to hide.
I tried setMenuVisible of UIMenuController when popup rect and keyboard rect intersects each other on viewDidScroll but it didn't help me.
Any clues will help a lot.
