Hi All
The User wanted to create new condition records by copying the existing condition records.
For the same, I have maintained coping rule for condition.
After that when I am trying to copy the existing condition record, I am faced with an error
"copying is incomplete because specified condition record key values are not compatible"
Please help me to solve this error. This of severty HIGH.
PLEASE GIVE ME AN IMMEDIATE SOLN

Hi, Is the source key combination same as target key combination? seems like that's the issue.

I am creating proforma invoice for STO replenishment delivery. I am getting error log "Billing type contains split criteria, n invoiced:123456789, invoice not required". But I am able to save it. I used all standard settings for copy control and billing type.
For the proforma invoice the condition records are picking up some times and some times not picking up. In the analysis its showing "Condition record exist, but has not been set". When I update with carry out new pricing some times its updating with condition records some times not. I need a solution urgently. Please help.

The message "condition record exists, but has not been set" tells you
that the condition record exists, but has not been set in the document.
If pricing was carried out again for the document item, then the
condition would be set.
This can have different causes:
The condition was deleted manually in the item condition screen.
The condition record was created later. Please note that order
processing and pricing have buffer mechanisms. This means that a newly
added condition record might only be found after order processing have
been left completely and then started again.
When an item was added, the condition record was accessed with key
fields other than change time. This could lead to different results in
the requirements check at the time of adding and the change time. This
can occur when modifications are made.
In billing (or when copying orders): Certain condition types were not
determined in the source document (this is usually controlled by the
pricing requirements). When creating the document, the document flow
(TVCPF,TVCPA) is processed using a pricing type that does not
redetermine these condition types, although they are supposed to be
called via the requirments."
Please check if any of those reasons apply to your problem.
Note that the condition type is determined just in the moment when
   the billing item is created. And it then that the userexit fills the
   field. When you save the billing document, pricing is called.
   Please ensure that you have any userexits switched off and then test
   this issue again.

Pricing error; ''Condition record exists, but has not been set''

hello friends
we created the order (credit memo req), refer to this created the credit memo.
in the order one line item and only 2 condition records
base price and tax (MWST)
in the order both conditions are coming and in the invoice it is not showing the condition (mwst) and in the Analysis it is showing as ''Condition record exists, but has not been set''
what would be the reason?

Hi,
if both the condition types are showing in the order then you need to update pricing in billing because sometimes when u chnage any condtion value for base price after creation of order then system is not able to find valid condition record at billing document level.

Doing commit operation with adf business components on mysql database. The moment i have inserted a new record into the table i need to get the value of the primary key column for that inserted row.How to get the value of the primary key column.i set refresh on insert and refresh on update properties in the corresponding EO. then iam getting The updated row cannot be refreshed because its key values are unset or modified by database triggers. error.Suggest how to resolve this error and how to achieve this functionality.

Some key figure are not update for movement type 101

Dear All,
I have done load for Inventory and now i am finding that for some material the with movement type 101 the key figures are not getting populated, for these materials the values in characteristics is getting populated fine.
I have loaded the data according to stranded procedure in "How to Load...."
I have checked the values of material in R3 and it is there.
Example of the record::
Material    Plant Movement type Calender Day    quanity Base Unit
10101      01       350                     01.02.2006     20             KG
10101        01       101                     05.07.2006                      KG
10101         01      101                      10.07.2006                      KG
The Quantity is not appearing in second and third record.

Please check whether you have set ''Rule groups'' at transfermation level . There you can set the conditions like materials having movement type X can be updated to one Key Figure and material having movement type Y can be updated to another Key figure.
Please check whether you have set this option at transfermation level.
For example, may be in your case materials from different plants are updating to different key figure.

my 6, 7, y, u, h, j, n, m key's are not working. they used to work but even then i had to hold down one of those unresponsive keys to get the others to work now i can't use them at all!! i have to use the on screen keyboard which is really annoying but is the only way i can use my laptop
i have a hp pavilion g6 4GB i3 core 64 bit windows . i think the warrenty has expired as it is a refurbished laptop

I think you forgot to type in HP g6 1239as because I could not find HP g6 123sa. I would do the reset direction first then do the update drives for it. To see if that fixes the issue. If it doesn't then yout computer needs repairing. frrw.

Excise values are not copied to Commercial invoice in trading process

I have an issue while creating VF01 the Excise condtion values (BED, AED) not copied to commercial Invoice.
Other inputs about the scenaio:
The process is 1Customer schduleing agreement->outbound delivery->J1IJ->commerical invoice(VF01)
We had vendor agreement in which 3 line items were crated with qty of 500, 1000 and 1500 qty
for the first line item when we created total cycle upto VF01 the Excise values are copied where as for the 2nd and 3rd line items the excise values are not being copied to VF01. Here note the only difference beween these 3 line items is mateial code is different.
J_1irg23d table is showing the BED and AED condtion values for the 2nd 3rd line item aswell.
Checked PO also for the 2nd and 3rd line item showing the Excise tab in which Excise values are showing.
MIGO and MIRO were created with correct PO only
We maintan the condtion reocrds for BED and AED as 100%, what ever the Excise values maintained in MIRO the same will be copied to VF01.
Once again just would like to reconfrim the issue is out of 3 line items of the sheduling agreement for the first line item BED and AED are copying to VF01 where as for the 2nd and 3rd line item BED and AED values not copying to VF01.the only difference is material code between the line items.

Yes it was defined as depo plant in configuration of plant settings.
Actually i should have mentioend total cycle before. However, i have mentioend in my OP as
MIGO and MIRO were created with correct PO only
But anyway please check my total cycle as below.
ME31L (vendor agreement)
MIRO(customer custom vendor payment)
MIGO(with ref Vendor agreement/PO) here the excise duties are captured as well, we will not do seperately JIIG.
MIRO( actual vendor payment)
VA31(customer agreement )
VL01N(outbound delivery)
J1IJ(with ref delivery) here we sellect the MIRO invoice
Vf01( commerecial invoice)
Upto J1IJ all the values calculated and copied ok. Only during VF01 the BED and AED values anot being copied. Even i tried the update button but not updated.
For time being we are entering the BED and AED condition values into VF01.

Key value does not currently exist in the primary key table error

Im testing out a form and creating a new insert once all the fields are filled in it wont allow me to move on and comes up with this error message;
key value does not currently exist in the primary key table
Is this becuase the form contains foriegn keys which reference different tables which fields are not dispalyed on this form?
If so how to I link the other forms together so that when i create a new record in this form it will automaticaly create the primary key entry in the other form to allow the insert of the referenced foreign key in this form?

It seems that it has the table in which you'r inserting is a foreign key table.
Take the emp& dept table example in the schema scott/tiger.
Say we have deptno 10, 20, 30, 40 in the dept table.
We make a form for emp table and insert into this form.
Now, we'r bound to insert deptno 10, 20, 30, 40 into this emp form. This form will not allow us to insert deptno 50 as it doesn't exist in the primary key column in dept table.
Obviously if a department doesn't exist in the company, it doesn't make sense to assign the employees to that department.
So for this purpose, we need to add a department in the dept table then we can insert values in the emp table for that department.
For this purpose, I suggest to make a button on the mp form and invoke the dept form and add a new department to it and then insert into emp table.
The same scenario can be applied in your case.

I don't know if this will help someone but I am posting this for that purpose. In the past when I first had this problem, I'd read a post somewhere (sorry, long ago, don't have the link) where an individual was having the same problem and they stated that when the MBP got heated, that's when the keys would stop working, and they went into the MBP and jiggle some stuff around (a specific wire, I'm not electronically inclined so I know NOT of what they spake!). Well I didn't want to do that but it always stuck in the back of my mind. I had given up, really, and was planning to take my MBP to the apple store. But by chance one night I left my MBP on the floor where it's cool, and when I turned it on, the problem went - poof! It seems there was some validity to the post that spoke about heat, because my problems started when I would stream foreign dramas on my MBP for hours at night, and I would hear the fan going off all the time, and in the mornings, my "p", "enter", "0", ";", and all the function keys would stop working.
So, maybe try keeping the MBP in a cool place when it's off. Since I've started doing this overnight every night (keeping it on the cool floor, out of reach of any big feet), I have not had a single problem with my keyboard.
Hopefully this might help someone.

Qualifier values are not part of a qualified lookup record

     I am getting the exception "Qualifier values are not part of a qualified lookup record" when I serach for a record in the Qualified table. The Table has both Qualfier and non-Qualifier fields, but all are of type display fields.
My question is If the filed is of type Qualifier then is it mandatory that it should be non-display Field?
if not can any one suggest me to get the record.
If we make Qualifier fields as NON-Dispaly fields in repository then it is working fine.

Hide Repeated Key Values Setting Not Saved

Hi Experts,
We are working on BI7. Currently we are changing the Query Properties to display Repeated Key Values. However, whenever we execute the reports, all repeated key values are still hidden. When we return to BEx Designer, the setting is reverted back. Please advise on why this is happening. I am pretty sure we have saved then execute the query.

Its some problem with Bex I guess.
Go to RSRT, give your query name and do "Generate report".
Execute it in RSRT and check if its fine.
If its fine in RSRT it should reflect in your analyzer too.

I have tried all those things I even updated the software to the new iOS system and it still did fix my problem.
What happened is that my garage band looks like it will open then it shuts down.
I have lot of important things on my garage band and I'm afraid that if I uninstall it deleting it then reinstalling it all my work on it will be gone and I can't have that happen.
Everyday I am hoping that when i go to open the app that is will work but it doesn't it gets ready to turn on then it shuts off , the app doesn't even open all the way and turns off.
I really hope I don't have to erase it.
It'll say it's ,lading my songs then it shuts down .
If I waited for the App Store to come up with an update for garage band should I wait till then to update my app so it doesn't get damaged . I don't want to erase it and all my data get erased . I figured if I wait for an update then my garage band will reset itself but won't delete my data. I'm not sure if that will help. Is there anything you or anyone else might know that can help me with this matter ?
