Copying Mapping from existing multple mapping to One to one mapping

Hi Experts,
I am having a scenario in which I am doing one to three mapping.
I have a input file and I am tarnsforming it to three files HEADER, DETAIl and FOOTER.
I am using only one mapping for it and it is completed.
Now I need to do one to one mapping for each HEADER, DETAIL and FOOTer.
Is there any way that I can copy my mapping from the existing one and do the one to one mapping.
Regards
Pradeep

Hi,
I guess it should be possible to copy your mapping (3 times) and remove the parts that you don't need.
The problem (in PI 7.0) is that if you have more than one message at the target side and reduce it to one message your field mappings are lost.
You can avoid this if you set the occurence of your target message to 0.. unbounded.
If you don't want to do this you could copy for all fields the last field before the target field (right click on field -> copy) and paste it in your new mapping (this will copy your complete mapping structure).
Regards
Patrick

You may be able to re download iTunes purchases for free directly on the new iPad.
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
Note: Previously purchased music is only available through iTunes in the Cloud in Australia, Canada, Cypress, France, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, New Zealand, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Previously purchased TV shows are only available through iTunes in the Cloud in the United States.

  • Hi there. Can someone please help me with copying photos from my old iPad to my new one? Thanks.

Hi there. Can someone please help me with copying photos from my old iPad to my new ipad2? Thanks.

If you have a pc, when you plug your iPad in you should see the windows pop up window offering to backup the photos. Do that and it will save all your photos and videos to your computer where you can then sync them back to your new one.
If the pop up doesn't come up, double click on my computer and navigate your way to the iPad. Double cick on it an d navigate to the DCIM folder. Drag your photos and videos to your pc, then sync them back onto your iPad.

  • I can't pull music from existing playlists to create a new one with the new update.

I can't find a way to pull music from existing playlists when I create a new one. I make new playlists everyday with my job and this makes it very time consuming for me!

Unfortunately, you can't.  The primary address for your iCloud account must be a non-Apple email account.  The only exception to this is for former MobileMe subscribers who migrated to iCloud when MobileMe closed, which was 18 months ago.

  • How to change the name of the char when we copy macro from existed macro?

    Hello Experts,
I have copied planning book and macro from one planning area to another planning area. all the planning books/Macros are copied. now i want to change of the characteristics as per the new planning area in the MACRO?.
How do i change the char in the newly copied planning macro. i have changed kfs and char in the planning book but i am notseeing any option in the macro.
can you pls. help. thanks in advance.
    VACHAN

You dont really have to change the characteristics anywhere in the macros
When the macros run they get executed for the characteristics of the current planning area.
However if there is any macro which may be reading a value of the characteristic by hardcoding the name of the characteristic, you would need to replace the old char name with the new one..

  • Need help with Resource Mapping from Application Deployment to VC:virtualMachine

    Hi,
I've built a number of vCO Workflows and hooked them up to Resource Actions in vRA. However, the Workflows I've built all take a VC:VirtualMachine as the input and therefore, they only "hookup" to VMs in the Machines list in the Items tab in vRA. Ideally, I want these actions to hookup to the Application Deployments in vRA since that is what my users are deploying - the VM that the App rides on is somewhat secondary. Plus, it's cumbersome for them to find the VM that corresponds to the App they want to run the action on.
So, I looked into creating a new Resource Mapping, thinking I could map an Application Deployment to a VC:VirtualMachine so that I could create an Action for the Application. I was able to create a mapping from Application Deployment to VC:VM using the Map to VC:VM existing workflow and I could add that to the Actions menu for the Application Deployment but if I try to run it, it fails. I kind of expected this since I think the Map to VC:VM is expecting an input of IaaS VC:VM to map to vCO VC:VM. I think what I need to do is write a Workflow that will take in the Application Deployment "object" and find the VC:VM inside it but I don't know how to find out the structure of an Application Deployment such that I could parse it and get the VM.
Does this make sense? Am I going about this the right way? Thanks for any help,
    Tom

  • Copy-Paste From Other Apps (like PPT 2004) Into CS5 Broken ? -  OS 10.6.3

    Hi,
New Mac, so to avoid problems went for the new post-Snow Leopard Photoshop CS5. Oops.
Copy-Paste From Other Apps Into CS5
Pasting images/photos from Powerpoint 2004 to CS5, I experienced the exact problem posted slightly off topic by james norrington in the thread "CS5 does not let me copy & paste file names."  It was not answered and is quoted here:
---"I am using CS5 Photoshop and Office 2004 on 10.6.3. I was using 10.4 until a few weeks ago and it worked and still works with other macs in the office using CS4. I can copy and paste from powerpoint but it cuts the pictures in half and does not know what the res. of the image is. Also when I go from photoshop to powerpoint the image res. is also not preserved."---
Besides that, I also found copy-paste from a digital camera photo.jpg from Preview to CS5 doesn't respect the resolution either. Directly opening the photo into PS CS5, fine.
From the earliest PS, always was able to copy any image to clipboard, have a new document dialog box come up pre-filled with correct original WxH pixels, original resolution, color mode, etc., and just paste into the new document - perfect fit (even the oddball PPT 576 ppi). Now a shift and cut-off.  Don't have PPT 2008 to test pasting from there.
I have also found that a similar but less severe image cut off happens when copy-paste from PPT -> Preview, or -> TextEdit, or ->  drag and drop picture clipping.
    Opening Image File in CS5
Even an original 300 dpi tiff file wrongly went to 72 ppi etc. when opened directly into CS5. Converted the file to a jpeg in Preview - that jpeg file could be opened into CS5 correctly, reconverted the jpeg to TIFF in Preview, still opened OK (not counting loss of image quality). Still couldn't copy paste from either document into CS5 correctly. One difference I noticed in the converted files was that more information was available in the Preview file info. Maybe that made the difference in opening the file correctly.
    I'd welcome any suggestions. Thanks.

Thanks to Chris for the explanation of the dueling clipboards.
It's still frustrating, but since I still have a CS2 license from the dead G4 the current Mac replaced, I can try that (wonder if they can coexist), or maybe I could use an older Mac for this particular situation.
As for the .tif file, it was generated by a Mac OS 8.5 era image capture program that we are forced to use, and the analysis was that the app does not properly encode the TIFF tags to acceptable standards. Preview 5.0.2 just guessed right from the little information that was included - but it didn't work when tried with Preview 3.0.9 on an OS 10.4 Mac. So this was a unique situation.

  • Copying tunes from my iPod to my computer.

I recently built a new computer, and therefore the songs that are on my iPod are not on my computer. Is there a way to copy songs from my iPod (not the library!) to a folder on my computer?
    Thanks.

If you are using iTunes version 7 or later, then you can transfer purchased iTunes store music from the iPod to an authorized computer by using the "file/transfer purchases from iPod" menu. Note that the maximum of 5 authorized computers applies here.
For all other non purchased music (your own CDs etc) try this method which works on some Windows PCs.
Enable your iPod for disk use.
    See: iPod Disk Use.
Open iTunes and select edit/preferences/advanced/general. Put a check mark in the box marked "copy files to iTunes music folder when adding to library" and also "keep iTunes music folder organized", then click 'ok'.
Connect the iPod whilst holding down the shift/ctrl keys to prevent any auto sync, and if you see the dialogue window asking if you want to sync to this itunes library, click 'no'.
Then go to file/add folder, open 'my computer', select your iPod and click 'ok'.
The music files should transfer to your iTunes.
If this doesn't work (and it may not because officially it's not supposed to), check out the instructions/suggestions here.
Music from iPod to computer (using option 2). This a manual method using "hidden folders" and although it works, it can be messy.
Much easier ways are to use one of the many 3rd party programs that copy music from the iPod to the computer.
One of the most recommended is Yamipod. This is a free program that transfers music and playlists etc from iPod back to the computer. However, it does not transfer playcounts/ratings etc.
Another free program is Pod Player.

I have a new PC (old PC was stolen). I would like to copy music from my 30gb iPod classic to the new PC. • Can I copy library from Ipod to my hard drive ?

I lost most of my library and all of my playlists from ITunes. All of the music is still in my hard drives and still on my IPod. Can I copy what's on my Ipod back into my ITunes library ? If so, how ? I've got a 80 gig, 5th gen, video, and can't stand the possibility of losing all of the playlists. The computer I want to copy this data to is the only computer that was ever used with this IPod.
