Corporate Sync - way to tell how many people using it?

Hello,
Is there any way to create a report to find out how many users are using Corporate Sync? This is with Corporate Time 5.3.
Thank you,
Mike

One possibility is the "act.log" found among the unison log files. It has entries for each signon that also describe the client used. Example:
DATE = Tue Oct 21 07:52:51 2003
PID = 4907
SIGNON: Doe, John,NA (1000,1587)
CLIENT: Name = "CorporateSync/WINDOWS/CorporateSync for Palm[Lexasaurus Native]"
Version = "03.00.07.1803 [03.00.07.1803 ]"
UniapiVersion = "A.04.00"
Other = "CHARSET=UTF-8"
From = "xxxx.xxxx.uic.edu" (131.193.xxx.xxx)

  • Any way to tell how many GB's an iPhone 4S has without setting it up?

    I just got a new iphone 4S (with no box) as a replacement for a broken one from the Apple store.  I have a new iphone 5C that is already set up on my account.  Is there any way to tell how many GB's the 4S has without setting it up since I just want to sell it and want to know how many GB's it has before I list it.

    The same as the one replaced. What does it say on the receipt?

  • Is there a way to tell how many gigabytes my music in iTunes 11 has? It used to be on the bottom of itunes but is no longer there...

    I downloaded Itunes to my macbook and I am looking for a way to tell how much space my itunes takes up. In the old itunes it told you on the bottom of the player what amount of space your music libray took up. Is there a way to do this with the new itunes?

    Thank you for the feedback. If you have any other questions, please

  • How many people use the testing repo?

    I was just wondering that, or do the devs have any way of knowing how many of us use the repo?

    I only use it part-time, for some packages (especially new pacman-versions). Point is that there are few reliable statistics, and you would probably never hear from the 90% of the testing-users, who don't encounter any problem. It is a little bit sad that devs get so little feedback, but if you don't have any point to complain about ...

  • How many people using JAXM

    I would like to get a feel for how many people are using JAXM currently and any feedback that they could provide to me at [email protected]

    Lots of us were using JAXM as a lightweight messaging infrastructure with all the basic communications stuff built in. In early 2003 I based an entire project's messaging around JAXM. However it seems that this API is destined to die a quiet death. It was included in the JWSDP 1.1 but left out of JWSDP 1.2 and since JAXM release 1.1.2 in about June 2003 there seems to have been no more activity around this API on the SUN site. SUN also seem content to leave all of us in the dark as to the future of JAXM so I went searching on the web to see if it had one and found this revealing comment from EJB guru Richard Monson-Haefel :
    "JAXM is not destined to become a part of J2EE and thus will not become an API that EJB developers can depend on.................... Indeed, JAXM itself looks like an API that was in decline before it ever got started."
    Take a look at http://www.theserverside.com/articles/article.jsp?l=MonsonHaefel-Column3 if you're interested.

  • A way to tell how many hours a computer has run

    Is there any way to tell approximately how many hours (like a car has an odometer) my PowerMac G4 1GHZ MDD has been run in total?
    Thanks,

    Old World ROM Macs used to hold that info, along with the manufacturing date, in PRAM. It could be viewed with an old Demo version of TechTools and probably a couple of other freeware utilities. The problem was that, if you ever flushed PRAM via a CUDA reset or removed the PRAM battery, the info was lost.
    Older versions of Techtools (v3 and earlier for pre-OSX systems) had an option to save that PRAM data before zapping the PRAM or replacing the battery. The function to reload the saved data was labeled "Restore Mandate" if you want to search further.

  • Obvious Way to Tell How Many Files are Selected?

    I’ve been trying my best to love Lightroom, and I get close, but there’s one problem that I just can’t get past.
    Five minutes ago, I tried to export one photo, and I ended up exporting 52 photos.  This happens all the time. If I had a dime for every time I exported 500 photos instead of 1 photo, moved 500 photos instead of one photo, etc, I’d have a lot of dimes.
    Anyway, I deleted the 51 extra exports, synced the folder, got everything where I wanted it, then … exported 52 photos again.
    Sigh.
    The only way I’ve been able to avoid this is in the past is by obsessively pressing Command+D.  When I’m trying to do anything, I pound these two keys like there’s no tomorrow, but of course, I have to re-select the files I do want to perform actions on.
    I kept thinking I’d get used to it, but I’m still having problems to no end.  Unless I look very, very closely, I can’t tell if photos are selected or not, and if an entire screen full of photos are selected, they all look the same, so I really can’t tell.
    That’s the background, now my questions if I may:
    Is there any way to get a dialog box before performing actions on multiple photos?  Something that says, “this action will be performed on 1,871 photos, do you want to proceed?” or something to that effect?
    Ironically, it already does this when I want to delete something, which is great, but no such luck for any other actions.
    By any chance, is there something I can do to make the number of photos I have selected, more obvious?
    I know this is not a bug or program flaw, it’s a flaw with how my brain works with the program, but if I could figure out a way to make them work together , this application would be pretty awesome.  As it is, I spend more time undoing mistakes than I do organizing and editing photos.
    Thank you very much for any help.

    I am so pleased to read your post and realize I'm not the only one that gets tripped up by this! I've bee using LR extensively for more than two years now and even today, just now, I wanted to export ONE file, and the highlighting onscreen appeared to indicate I've selected one file, but turned out it was dozens of files. Now... when I'm simply exporting copies of files to another folder it's not a dangerous situation. BUT! It is very dangerous if one wishes to delete a file or several files and you think those are the only files you're deleting. Many, many times I have caught this in time, fortunately. To me this is one example of how the experience of software designers do not well understand how the end user will understand a program. Professional photographers are very specific with everything they do and don't want a program tripping them up continually. This obvious confusion over which files are actually "selected" needs cleared up.
    I read the responses to your post and find them dissatisfying. Please, Adobe, test your software with actual working photographers and not just Adobe engineers who may also happen to be amateur photographers.

  • Help! how many people using my airport?

    hello
    well i have new neighbors (some college kids) and i was wondering if there is anyway that i can see who is using my airport express? i am sure i put a password to it but how do i check to see if there is one.
    thanx

    To check the security settings of your Airport Express - start the Airport Admin Utility, click on the name of your Airport Express, click Configure, click the Airport tab, click the Wireless Security button. The type of security you are using will be shown. The utility will not (for security reasons) not show you you current password - but just to be sure, enter a new one. Update settings to the Airport Express. You will now need to reconnect to your Airport Express wireless network - and as proof security is working, your Mac will prompt you to enter the new password.

  • How many people use the SQL Resource Governor?

    (Timely Walking Dead joke ahead.)For those of you new DBAs, the SQL Server Resource Governor was released along with SQL Server 2008 as a feature to manage your workload and system resource consumption. With Resource Governor, you can throttle allocating resources to the CPU, Memory, and IOPs appropriately, and free up resources based on importance of the application or the user. Resource Governor also allows DBAs to limit any runaway queries and throttle I/O resources that negatively impact workloads.But of course, there are always going to be limitations to any great tool.For example, resource management is limited to the SQL Server Database Engine, andcan't be used for Analysis Services, Integration Services, and Reporting Services. And there isn't any workload monitoring or workload management between SQL Server instances.This...

  • Can I see how many people are subscribed to my blog via Live Bookmarks?

    My blog has a "Follow me" button that allows someone to sign up for my rss feed via Live Bookmarks. Is there any way to see how many people are following?

    There is no way to do this with the default RSS feed URL and iTunes, unfortunately. If you really want to see stats on your subscribers and stuff, you will need to translate your RSS feed to something like FeedBurner and then advertise that URL instead of the iWeb RSS.
    Here is an example of my feed:

    There are lots of stats available through FeedBurner... http://www.feedburner.com

    Warp Stabilising is a two part process.
    Analysis and Stabilising.
    Both have a banner across the Program Monitor during the process ( unless you have turned that off.
    Analysis start automatically on forst application...but you can rock in there and start adjusting the parameters.
    You may need to hit "Analyse" Button again.
    You should see the number of frames and the estimated duration during this process.

  • How do i tell how many Gb i've enabled for iPod sync?

    Hi!
    Perhaps I'm missing something obvious, but i can't find an easy way to show how many GB of my iTunes Library I've enabled to sync with my iPod, which has less memory than the library.
    Any suggestions?
    cheers
    martin

    I "check" songs that I want to load onto iPod (40Gb iPod, 225Gb iTunes library!), so I created a Smart Playlist called "All Checked" that I can go to and read off the combined sizes of the checked files (File: New Smart Playlist, then check Match Only Checked Songs and Live Updating). Works great, Smart Playlists are very powerful.
    I made another one called "All Unchecked" whose conditions are: Playlist is NOT "All Checked"!
