Correct Serial Number

I just purchased Elements 13 from Costco.  I'm trying to install it but the serial number that is on the sticker on back of the box has 18 digits and the installation screen is asking me for a serial number that is 24 digits long.  I tried other ideas for the serial number like the little sticker on the disc sleeve, but it has only 8 digits with some letters and the install screen will not accept letters in the boxes.  I see a PN also on the box sticker but that number is only 9 digits long so that doesn't work either.

I still can not register and use my new Elements 13.  I went to the redemption code help link that you sent me but it still asks me for a code that is 24 characters long.  On my disc sleeve is a sticker with an 8 digit number then under that number is a string of letters and numbers.  I tried to enter this string of letters and numbers but it keeps coming up "invalid".  One of the characters is a "/" (slash) and if I don't use that as one of the characters then I don't have 24 characters to put in the boxes.  Also, part of that string of characters on that sticker are the characters 13.0 which is the version that I bought.  I even tried to put in or leave out the period between the 13 and the zero but I still can not get that code to work so it will show me a serial number. On the back of my box is a hologram Adobe sticker with a barcode symbol that has an 18 digit number so I figured that is not the right code number.  Also on the sticker is a string of letters and numbers that are separated by dots/periods but that string also has 13.0 in it and even if I leave out the dot between the 3 and the 0 I still have 25 characters which is one too many for those code boxes.  I also looked in our email to see if Costco sent me a code but I have nothing from them either.  I think you're right- I obviously have a redemption code instead of a serial number on my product because nothing starts with 1057.  But I can not figure out what they want for the redemption code......Please help.......Thanks

    It is not clear to me what your issue is with not being able to sign in to your Adobe account to find the serial number.  You should still be able to sign in and find your serial number if you registered the software.
    If your first PC is a Windows machine you might be able to extract the serial number from it using the Belarc Advisor

    This is bad and I am sorry to hear that you are running into these issues.
    Let me connect with you, so right now, the current state is that you have installed copy of PSE 8 in trial on your windows 7 machine, and when you are trying to enter the serial number from your PSE 8 Box, it is saying the serial number to be invalid?
    It might sound pretty obvious, but please make sure that you are entering the serial number correctly and of PSE 8(in case you bought a PEPE box)?
    Have you tried the steps mentioned below by Barbara?
    If possible, you can send me the serial number through PRIVATE MESSAGE and I can check it on my end that whether the serial number is indeed invalid or that the issue is with your machine?

    "Acrobat has a separate installation process and needs to be activated with your Adobe ID I think. The question on CC is really one for the folks in the CC forum (Adobe Creative Cloud), not the Acrobat forum".
    I could resolve things with Adobe CC. I don´t need my old Acrobat 8, but I could finally install Acrobat XI Pro - and this time it seems to work, without permanently crashing down.

    Typed in my correct serial number when doing a restore, but it is not being accepted, so I cannot open Adobe Photoshop CS3.

    Hi.  I'm trying to reinstall CS Production Premium on a machine that had to be restored.  It acknowledges the serial number as correct, but says no qualifying product exists on the machine despite me having installed it and currently using the trial version to get work completed.  In the product drop down box, it only lists Production Premium 5.5.

    If you registered the device with Apple, then the serial number is in your support profile. Simply look it up on your Support Profile.

  • I don't have the product box, thus I don't have the serial number. I cannot get hold of a warm body at Adobe or even an real onlline contact link. How am i supposed to find the correct serial number to install my original Photoshop Elements 12 product ?

  • Getting an Error Message on PS Elements 13 when entering correct serial number. How do I get Adobe to help me? I have sent emails and tried to chat over the past month, with no response.

    I purchased Photoshop Elements and registered it on November 1, 2014 with a Windows 7 machine. A couple weeks later, I decided to jump to a Mac, and have tried to enter the serial number for PS Elements 13 on the Mac. I get an error message that it is an incorrect serial number. It is the same serial number used with the Win 7 machine, and the same that shows on my Adobe.com profile. I thought I had to transfer the license from Win to Mac, so I emailed asking for help. No response. A couple weeks ago, I tried the Chat function. It was assigned a number, but Chat was unavailable and no one responded. Just tried Chat again, which says it is available 24/7, and it is unavailable. What can I do short of buying a new license, which I will not do.

    Please tell us if you are installing on Windows or Mac.
    Do you have any other Adobe Product installed on the system?
