Corrupted file won't download...
One of the songs I downloaded will not download correctly. I keep getting the error that it is corrupted and download it from Store. When I do, the file looks like it downloads, but then the error pops up again. I can't go and re-purchase the song because it says it is already sitting in my Store. What do I do?

Exe file won't download when trying to install firefox
I'm trying to install firefox on a windows 7 laptop and the .exe file won't download. Whenever I click the link it says: failed - network error. I've tried rebooting and downloading form other sites and get similar issues. Any ideas on what's causing this?
The full setup. The exe file did work at times yesterday but as I said above it kept saying the download was interrupted after it had been downloading for about 20 minutes. I tried again today and the exe file won't open or download again.

I purchased a song at the iTunes store yesterday and after multiple tries it still won't download correctly and the error message I see says the file is corrupt and to try again later - but still no success

Thanks for your time!Have you actually checked your Movies folder ( Users > YourUserName > Movies ) just in case there are backups in there? Worth a try.
What happens if you launch the app with the external media drive disconnected - if it happens to be a corrupt media file, the app should launch fine with no media connected.
If it doesn't I suggest you fully delete FCP X and reinstall it - if you're able to do that.

Corrupt File Won't Let Me Start FCPX.. PLEASE HELP!
I've been working on this big production with Final Cut Pro X for a Tv company here in Panama. Suddenly after I finished my edit one day and went back the next day to check if everything was good to turn in, FCPX wouldn't start or work at all. I've been doing research for the past few days. So I downloaded "Pro Maintenance Tools", which helped me found what the error was by reading the crash report FCPX gave me. It appear that the problem is related to a series of corrupt files related to Audio, Plugin, and Effects Rendering. So I scanned the whole Project and Event folders with the "Corrupt Clip Finder" tool from the ''Pro Maintenance Tools'' Application, but it couldn't find a thing.
Ps: The program only works whenever I move the project folder out of the movie carpet, and won't when putted back in again. So the problem is definetly within the project folder somewhere.
I'm attaching a copy of my error report so you guys can help me!

White Wall - Photoshop CS6 corrupted files won't zoom
So my Photoshop CS6 is slowly corrupting files. I open psds to find nothing but a giant whit wall. I zoom out and the white disappears but then I can't zoom in any further than 50%. My rulers however, show that I'm zooming in. Then when I select another layer... it snaps to % I should be looking at. (Also... this particular file won't give me a preview in the icon on my desktop. Related?) This is not happening with all my files. Just the ones surrounding this particular project. Please. Help. Me.
Welcome to the forum.
With display issues, the first thing that I recommend is to check the installed video driver, and if it is not the latest, update that from the mfgr's Web site.
What OS are you running?
What video card (make & model) is installed?
What is the video driver version?
Is that the latest on the AMD/ATI, or nVidia Web site?
Good luck, and if that does not help, at least we will have gotten that out of the way early.

I've downloaded over 500 songs from the itunes store and never gotten the message I got today that says I have a corrupted file and need to just redownload my purchase but that doesnt work. I dont know what to do. Can anybody help?
I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not downloading properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entry, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.
(Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.) -
Corrupt File Error when Downloading TV Episode
I will always get to 330-40 MB of downloading the season finale to Deadwood Season 2, and I will get unable to download part of the file is corrupt. Is there any thing I can do to download the rest of the episode? Or is this a problem on Apples end?
I'm having the same problem with the second episode of "The Venture Bros." season 3. It makes it to 80.1 MB, then tells me there was an error in downloading and that the file may be corrupted. The dialog box tells me to choose "check for purchases" from the "store" menu to re-download the file. When I do this, iTunes starts downloading the file again, from the 70 MB point, and when it gets back up to 80.1 the same error message pops up.
I've tried deleting the file in the downloads window, but this doesn't seem to have any effect. It does not actually get rid of the content that has already been downloaded. I think that if I could find the file that contains the partial download in the Finder and delete that then iTunes would (maybe) restart the download from the beginning and (maybe) it would get all the way through. Does anyone know where those files are stored?

Itunes recommended updated to newer version-which I did, tried to sync with ipod, these two alerts came up. I can still play music files on computer but cannot transfer to ipod. I dont want to lose the music files. otherwise I would uninstall itunes and reinstall it. ThanksWith luck this will help:

App updates are corrupt and won't download?
I can download music and movies just fine on my PC. When I try to download updates for my apps (about 14 updates pending), I get an error message telling me that "the file is corrupt and to go to "check for available purchases" again to download the update for each app needing an update. I get the same "corrupt" message when I try to download it again and again? How can I get these apps to update? What's going on?
Are you downloading them all? Try downloading just one.

Corrupted File Error when Downloading Movie
I have tried numerous times to download "Sweet Home Alabama" in the past few days and each time it gets to the end I get an error that the file appears to be corrupted. In the iTunes download window, it shows error -100008 under Status. I have reported to Apple and they have not been alot of help.
I have tried:
-reinstalling iTunes (yes, latest version)
-the firewall is off
-no web acceleration software
-I have Comcast cable for ISP
Just a few days before I had downloaded another movie with no problem. The only thing that changed after that was I installed the latest iTunes update and set up my TV. I tried unsyncing the TV so it wasn't listed to see if that made a difference, but it didn't. Any suggestions on what to do? I don't want to spend money on movies, if I can't be certain of downloading them.

BarbaraI am having a similar problem downloading the Men's Single Final from 1980 Borg vs. McEnroe from the iTunes Store. I tried purchasing the file a few months ago and had the same problem. Apple credited the purchase and I was hoping they had solved the problem, but no luck this time either. I guess it is the curse of John McEnroe.

Corrupt file message when downloading song
I keep getting an error message that the file may be corrupted when I try to purchase from the itunes store.
It appears that the recent itunes software update is not working right with my computer. I have even tried to download after I shut off my internet software. To no avail.
Can I get a refund if I keep having problems and not getting my songs? Any help appreciated.probably the best thing to do with a #10008 is to report it directly to the store. using purchase history or the email form at the bottom of the following FAQ would both work fine (use "other" in the message number field, and cite the number in the text of your message):
