Corrupted iTunes Store Video Download?

I've tried downloading an episode of Scrubs five times now that I bought off of the iTunes music store. But, every time, after it starts processing, it stops downloading and a message pops up saying,
"There was a problem downloading "My Intern's Eyes/Scrubs, Season 5/Scrubs". The file seems to be corrupted. To redownload the file, choose "Check for Purchases" from the
store menu."
Then in the iTunes download menu it says "235 MB of 235 MB Stopped (err=100008)"
Help please! I don't think I'm doing anything wrong...

I tried that email form, and I got this as a reply:

And the website offered no help at all, and it can't be my internet connection because I just also downloaded a different episode of Scrubs off of iTunes. I think it may be something wrong with the file they're sending to me, not my internet connection, because it works just fine.
So, I went to my Purchase History and sent a message to them specific to the episode, and I think I may get a different response there, who knows.

HT1373 I have a new Ipad with retina display but two issues with itunes 1) I can not syncronize films&music with the library on my mac and 2) When I download music or films from itunes to my ipad from itunes store the download never finishes. Any help??

I have a two problems with my new Ipad 2 operating system iOS 6.1.3
1) I can not syncronize with my itunes purchaces that I have on my mac book pro (operating system mountain lion)

I have tried starting and re-starting. Resetting the Ipad to original settings and non of this have worked. Any idea to what I should do?

That's one of the weird things.. it recognizes it maybe 10% of the time. And usually, only after I do the two-button reset. Problem is.. since it won't charge above 2%, anytime I try to do a restore or anything like that using iTunes, my device shuts off and I lose whatever progress I'd made.
So, an update... after reading through a bunch of similar complaints (there are literally 1000's of them so there's NO WAY this isn't somehow ios7 related, thanks a lot APPLE ) I decided to try a restore in recovery mode. After 3 hours and several disconnections... I ended up having to just set it up as a new iPad, as the restore did nothing. Weirdly though... as I was doing the restore in recovery mode.. I noticed I'd gotten up to a 10% charge.. higher than it's been since September, so after setting it up as a new device, I turned it off and plugged it in using the wall charger. 2 hours later and I was up to 38%. Still not great, as my iPad, before ios7 could've fully charged twice in the amount of time it took for me to now get 28% more of a charge. And that's with a fully cleaned out device.. so that really ***** and I'm now more confused than ever.
But I'm gonna leave it overnight charging and see what I come up with tomorrow. Sadly, when I paid $600 for it in February, I never expected to have to play "wait and see" with it...

You can only buy content from your own country's store, to buy from the US store you will need to be in the US with a US billing address on your account. You can try requesting that the film be added to the Australian store, but unless the film studio/rights-holder agrees to it then Apple won't be able to sell it there : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html

You should see an app called app store on your iPhone, or you can connect via your computer using iTunes.

it will not let me sign out to sign back in...when I try to sign in it wants me to verify, , then it says this apple ID has not yet been used with itunes store, review information. Perhaps the reason that your username and password are not recognised is because you have caps lock on.

An't see itunes store video previews

I can't see any video previews in itunes even though I hear the audio (either in the artwork window or the itunes store window). Anyone able to help? Thanks!

I could not find processor speed requirements listed anywhere.

Note that there are two sections, one for the basic specs and one that says "additional video requirements", the second being the one that applies to videos from the iTunes Store.

Problem viewing several purchased itunes store videos.

I purchased several videos (episodes of lost)and they show up in the movie download section as gray boxes and I'm unable to play them. in the itunes download folder they show up as a file titled "download" with an info file. the other videos I downloaded and ca view are a single video file so I know something is wrong.
I think the download process was interrupted or not completed successfully. can anyone offer some advise on how i can correct this problem?

Yes. In iTunes, click on Store > View My Account... There you can log in, and go to Purchase History.
The Purchase History has a list of everything you have purchased using that account.
If you have used more than one account, you will have to log in separately to each.

Wifi itunes store and downloading movies

I'm not sure if on some thread posted in the last two weeks, someone hasn't already answered the question: Can you download movies [even Pixar shorts] directly to the iTouch?
Or is direct downloading only permitted for getting music from the wifi iTunes store?

Be patient; you know they'll add that eventually, just like how iTunes took awhile before it sold movies.
However, when you think of it, many folks would have a lot of trouble downloading a huge movie file on the Touch without some kind of dropoff or other connection problem...there's been a lot of talk about the Touch's internet connections being spotty.
In short, I don't think the Touch (or the WiFi networks) are ready or robust enough for downloading whole movies, although I agree with you that short films should be available. I would bet that they add music videos first, then shorts...movies probably not for a good while...wait until we start seeing 40GB Touches, and see what that brings...
