Cost details not displaying in MCI3 for particular Month.

Hi,
In MCI3 report cost details are not displaying for particular month, for example Jan'09 to Jul'09 is appearing but Aug'09 is not appearing but Sep and Oct'09 is cost appearing in MCI3.
Let me know if Costing variant configuration are changed in the month October (and revoked late october) means it will not appear? Or what is the root cause for not appearing in particular month.

Header and Item text details not displaying in Capital and Import PO......

Hi Abapers,
           I copied the standard PO /SMB40/MMPO_A to ZForm, and customized like changing logos,address,footer etc.., after activating the form and while print previewing the standard purchase order all details displaying including header,item,terms of payment,delivery schedule.
         But for Import and Capital PO, the header,item,terms of payment,delivery schedule,etc.., details not displaying nor printing in the form.I didnt changed or customized the above windows in the form, but the above details want to display in the form for Capital and Import PO.
         I am getting all the details for Standard PO, but not for Capital and Import PO.
Let me give some suggestions for the above issue.

I am using only one form for all the PO document types, and there is no codes with conditons blocking for Capital and Import PO's.
I am using the standard Purchase Order for this.
I checked the standard smartform, and their is no condition for blocking import and capital PO texts. The below is the code written for retrieving header text in smartform header window..,
* read IMG setting -- table T166K
* append texts allowed to GT_HD_TEXTS
* Head Text Part
CLEAR LS_TEXT.
LOOP AT LT_TEXTS INTO LS_TEXT.
SELECT SINGLE * FROM T166K INTO LS_T166K

MIGO not displaying GOITEM-SGTXT for new posting

MIGO not displaying GOITEM-SGTXT for new posting
last year postings SGTXT is visible,
while checking in customer exits there is no no code.
I want to make it visible GOITEM-SGTXT.

I have similar issue with MIGO Material Doc display,
The screen field GOITEM-SGTXT on the 'Where' tab is not displaying for current year ,
Previous years the Text field is displaying with the data.
GOITEM-SGTXT is getting the data from ML18N , ESSR-TXZ01 as the text is not entering through MIGO.
I checked the customer exit and the BADI's for the MIGO , but not activated for manipulating the
GOITEM-SGTXT.
Please give me an idea what makes this issue.
System Details:
ECC 5.0
SAP_APPL - 5.0 Logistics.
SAP_ABA - 6.40 Cross-Application Component

Hi,
S_alr_87013611 is a report where we can see the planned and actual costs in cost elements in cost center wise for a specific controlling are for a given period.
Please check if your GL accounts are assigned with the cost elements in FS00.
If not create them.
You can assing all cost elements to many GL at a time using
OKb2_ Give the range and the cost element for each range eg, expenses range - cost element 1, incomeange _Cost element as 11 etc.
OKb3 _Create the batch input session
SM30_ Run the batch input session created
Also please check if you have given the cost center group costt senter range while you entered the ranges in the selection screen in this report.
Similarly please check the cost elements and cost elements group also.

yes, you can locate and copy a file from your HD to a USB key using UNIX commands. If you know the exact name of the file which you’re trying to locate, try this:
find / -iname filename -print
This command will search your entire internal disk for the particular filename. If you know that it’s within a particular user account, then you can save search time with this variation:
find /Users/username -iname filename -print
Either variation of this command will print all files found which have the given filename. Presuming that you’re able to identify the correct file, you can copy it to a USB key using the command
cp -p filename_returned_by_find /Volumes/USB_volume
If you’re not sure which volume name your USB key has, this command will show you what the possibilities are:
ls /Volumes
Please let me know if you have any trouble with these commands.

You must be having Month Object right in your Webi?
User will be given opportunity to Select his/her required [Month]
Create variable as =Userresponse("Enter value for Month")same text as you are giving in the Prompt text....Name it as [UMonth]
Go to analysis tab..Filter..Add filter...[Month]=[UMonth]
always this report will run for the month user require

Actions not displaying in Overview for ONE user ID

Hi Frnz...
For only ONE user ID Actions not displaying in Overview tab.
For this User ID Overview details are visible for some Employee IDs and for some its not visible.
Already checked Roles & Authorisations and IT 0302 & 0000 are active. Have also run RPUEVSUP.
Just to add.. this query is happening while a technical upgrade has happened from 4.6 to 6.0.

Cost element not display in grr3

Dear Experts,
I have a new cost element assigned in cost elemnt group zzz in KAH2
While running GRR3 the new cost element I have assigned did not display there.
Characteristic value for our report in Grr3 is taken from cost element group zzz.

Transactional details not displayed

Hi,
While testing the data in QA server, the transactional details is not getting displayed in the cube as well as reports but the keyfigures are displayed. But in the ODS, we are getting all the data with the transactional details (for eg:, plant, material etc).
While taking the presnapshot of this cube, all the data is displayed and in the post snapshot, these details are missing. I have checked the data by simulation and I can see the details inthe target also.
Please let me know wat would be the reason.

After the RSRV check, I have got the error as
Record with the DIMID 30 contains non-fitting time characteristics
Time characteristic 0CALMONTH value 200401 does not fit with time char 0CALYEAR val 2003
But for some records, all these details are displaying properly. All the data is getting displayed in the staging ODS, after that delta to cube and if I checked in cube, the material, vendor etc detials are missing.
Can I go ahead and select Correct Error button in RSRV...Will it solve this issue.

LSO Booking details not displayed in Manager's Desktop

Hi,
I have enabled the function codes for Training on Manager's Desktop(PPMDT). But the attendance details made on lso(eg:LSO_PSV1 etc) are not displayed in under this. Only the old bookings from 'Training and Event Management' are displayed.
Any clues?

You have not mentioned whether you are using LSO or TEM. I guess integration is not there.

ADC for Domestic Purchase not flowing in MIRO for particular MIGO Document

Hello Experts,
    We've a scenario in which we pay ADC to domestic vendor. The procedure we follow is as below:
          1. Condition record for JAOP with 0% rate maintained in FV12.
          2. PO created with JMOP 10%, 2% ECS, 1% SECS & 4% VAT.
          3. During MIGO (also excise invoice capture), AED value is maintained
          4. After J1IEX, at the time of MIRO this ADC along with other duties flows in simulation
    Now in my case, there are number of GR documents for which MIRO is performed, but for particular GR, ADC is not flowing in MIRO and also excise duty is incorrect, it's not flowing from GR.
   So what is the probable solution for this, I've already checked MIGO & excise invoice documents & found to be ok.

If yes then check whether you have maintained JAX1-100% or not?
I think this should be treated as a dealer purchase as you are maintaining 0% amount for JAOP.

I can not run the depreciation for particular asset which was not acqustion

Hi Masters,
                 I have created asset master in july 2010 when i did purchase that asset, but i did not post the asset aqusistion in f-90 up to january. but on remianing all assets i did run the depreciation job on every month. Now in january , i have openend the posting periods from july to march and post that asset aqusisition f-90 in july psoting period., we are using april to march fiscal year.
                  when i am trying to run depreciation job repeat run in afab in test mode from july to december   it showing the error message that, depreciation already done for that proper periods. But in janauary when i am trying to run in test mode, It showing total depreciation amount from july to january , and it hit to only in january month but not to july to december each months.
Now i want to psot the deprectiation for each month of july onwards to january 2010.
    pelase reply how to do run deprecaiton for that particular asset for each month for july to january

Hi
Repeat run you can do only for the last depreciation period. For the asset which you are tryin to post depreciation from July to Jan, please check the asset value date which you have given while posting the transactions or in the asset master.
If the asset value date is in July, then deprecaition from July - Jan will get posted in the current month depreciation in total. You will not be able to post depreciation individually month wise using AFAB.

FS10N - Not displaying line items for Archiving document

Hi Experts,
When we are double clicking on the FS10N accont display balance report to get line item reprot, it is not displaying archived document data. We have also deleted secondary indexes for those archived document.
We are able to get same report while using FBL3N with Archive info structure loaded with data.
Please suggest how to do FS10N archive enabled?

TDS Certificate item details not displayed in printpreview in qualitysystem

Dear Experts,
I have been working on TDS certificate in SAP script and able to display the item details in the developement system. but while testing the same TDS certificate in Quality system the item details are not displayed in the preint preview.could any one tell me what exactly have happened and how to solve this issues.

Cant help with this input. Just make sure that all settings are same in both the systems.
