how much does it usually cost to get an ipad mini fixed by apple?there has been no liquid damage or cracked screen,but i have multicolors all up and down on screen and cant use it at all,does anyone know ?

Unless you have apple care plus (and I'm not sure if it's an option in India) screen breakage is considered accidental damage and not covered by the warranty.

I Pad mini jumps from program to program and sometimes freezes

If you have a tool, try removing the battery cover and chech out. Some times the camera pin may have been misplaced. If so, you can fix it yourself.

Check the outgoing mail server setting. Make sure that your username and password are in there.
Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>Your email account>Account>Outgoing mail server - tap the server name next to SMTP and check in the primary server and make sure your username and password are entered and correct - even if it says that the password is optional.

Apple Stores won't directly support issues with your Windows PC, even if the issue is iTunes which you need to configure your iDevice.

You formatted your computer's hard drive? If so, it's like starting with a new computer unless you restored all of your content from a backup but it does;t sound like that's the case.
