I have a question about payments too. I have spent a lot of time online with customer service, all of whom are very nice, but I don't really get an answer.
I used a subscription for Germany - 400 minutes a month and noticed that it cost 3.7 cents a minute. I also saw that cost to landlines and cellphones is 2.3 cents a minute. I continually call a cell phone. But I am charged 6 cents a minute.
I called and was told it because I called a Vodaphone (?) which they said was a cell phone. So why the cost?

Sorry, but this does not help with my question. You are correct that my subscription had run out - but that had nothing to do with my question.
My question concerned the rates themselves. Calling a cell phone in Germany with Skype Credit is 2.3 a minute and calling the same phone via a subscription is 3.7cents a minute. Therefore I thought it would be cheaper to use Skype credit and did not renew my subscription, but instead bought additional Skype Credit. However, upon further research I realized I am paying 6.7 cents a minute when I use Skype credit to call that one cell phone.
Again my subscription ran out and I saw that the rates were actually cheaper using Skype credit (2.3 vs. 3.7). I was informed that it was because the number I was calling was a Vodafone - which is a cell phone. I don't understand. Also don't understand why you had access to my account. But hey -
My second question to the customer service rep I spoke to (very nice person, unable to solve either problem) was why can't I put more than $10 on my account at one time. I wanted to put $25. I can put $10 on numerous times (3 times in a row for example for a total of $30) but cannot put $25 or $30 at one time.

We have Cisco Voip which is currently not intergrated with AD. The data (users) in Call Manager have not been updated, (ie if someone left the organisation the ICT department were never told and the new starter took over) I have been asked to intergrate this with active directory and then look in ad and resolve any discrepancies. Just make sure all the users you want to keep in CUCM are in AD and use the exact same userID or whatever field you'll use for the integration. Those users will just be updated with the AD info and any dependencies they have in CUCM will be there.
Users that do not have a matching ID in AD will be deleted.

Also, can a transaction can be scheduled as a job to run in background with a variant name???

Hi,
To create a job through ABAP program you can do the following.
Go to Menu bar.
In there, go to SYTSTEM> SERVICES> JOBS--> DEFINE JOB.
Then give the JOB NAME and CLASS in the screen that comes up.
This is how we schedule a program.
Now, to create a variant for a program -
First activate your program in SE38. Then execute it .
Now, click on SAVE button. It will open up the variant creation screen. Give the details there like variant name and value for the fields. Save and come back.

wow ok i did not hack or jailbreak i simply put the iphone into dfu mode and downloaded through itunes the 6.1.4 restore and it installed by itself i tried to activate like i normally would and it gave me the itunes linked account needs to be put in i called the guy who sold me the iphone he gave me his info and then it activated by itself now its working perfectly i just want to unlink

What is best practice for calling XI Services with Web Dynpro-Java?

We are trying to expose XI services to Web Dynpro via "Web Services". Our XI developers have successfully generated the WSDL file(s) for their XI services and handed off to the Web Dynpro developers.
The Java developers put the WSDL file to their local PC's and import as "Adaptive Web Services" data models. When the application is constructed and deployed to our development box, the application abends because the J2EE server on that box cannot locate the WSDL file at runtime (it was on the developers box at, say, "C:\temp\" and that directory does not exist on the dev server).
Since XI does not have a way of directly associating the generated WSDL file to the XI service, where is the best place to put the WSDL so it is readable at design time and at run time? Also, how do we reconcile that we'll have 3 WSDL files for each service (one for Dev, one for QA and one for Prod) and how is the model in Web Dynpro configured so it gets the right ome?
Does anyone have any good guide on how to do this? Have found plenty of "how to consume a Web Service in Web Dynpro" docs on SDN, but these XI services are not really traditional Web Services so the instructions break down when it comes time to deploy.

As sometimes when you create a model using a local wsdl file then instead of refering to URL mentioned in wsdl file it refers to say, "C:\temp" folder from where you picked up that file. you can check target address of logical port. Due to this when you deploy application on server it try to search it in "c:\temp" path instead of it path specified at soap:address location in wsdl file.
Best way is re-import your Adaptive Web Services model using the URL specified in wsdl file as soap:address location.
like http://<IP>:<PORT>/XISOAPAdapter/MessageServlet?channel<xirequest>
or you can ask you XI developer to give url for webservice and username password of server

I think you have reached the state of finding the USER to ROLE relationship
Take the output to an excel,
COPY just the roles column exactly in order do not rearrange , use AGR_1251 like other experts have mentioned
insert the roles copied from you buffer and execute, the output will have multiple entries for each role take the output to an EXCEL again , make it unique and match the outputs between both the EXCELS.
It will be a little tricky to do this, but I think you are proficient in MS EXCEL.
This is one of the ways to do , there are many other ways to do it.

Today I did a lab and see this note at Authentication Policy Interface. This note is:
Note: For authentications using PEAP, LEAP, EAP-FAST or RADIUS MSCHAP it is not possible to continue processing when authentication fails or user is not found. If continue option is selected in these cases, requests will be rejected.
Then I thought that the best way to configure authetication policy for Flex Auth: Dot1x (with Active Directory) > MAB (Internal Endpoint) > CWA (Guest and other user) will be using EAP-TLS authentication protocol.
Is this possible using another protocol instead of EAP-TLS (which is required client certificate has already been installed)? Would you mind helping me to reslove the problem? And the network authentication method at end user side will be?
Any help will be much appreciated.

Maintaining sub element Costs for the Service Activity

Dear Experts & MM Gurus,
Requirement is to maintain the Sub Cost Elements for the activity and to maintain different unit & Rate for the sub cost elements .
Scenario is explained below.
1. while making Purchase Requisition for Services
in Services Tab at item level i maintained Service Activity and for that activity i had maintained sub cost elements (Such as cost estimate for the activity) like labour cost,material & consumables cost,Transportation cost with the help of Pricing MS0000.
2. My Concern is i need to maintain different unit and rate for the sub cost elements ,but system is not allowing to maintain different unit from unit available with activity unit.How can i maintain different unit for the Sub cost (pricing elements like PRSO,PRS1,PRS2) .
EXAMPLE :1. Activity is Laying of Road where unit is AU and price will be combination of all Sub cost elements .
2. Sub Cost Elements like labour cost where unit is man days,system doesnt allow to maintain this unit.
pl comment /suggest on the above scenario.

For services, U create activity group in AC03.
U can have upto four levels.
And Model service specifications u maintain in ML10.
Then mainatin service conditions in ML33 / ML 39 based on with or with out plant.
Then create the document, the price will pick it from the conditios u maintained.

Thanks, my wife is the one serving I am retired and trying to follow her as much as I can.
I will schedule an appt for my next time stateside. I have spent too much time on many Apple web sites trying to get an e-mail to communicate with anyone at Apple to no avail, only phone numbers. I guess if you are overseas with no international access you are out of luck communicating with them. I did find one e-mail address but the reply was computer generated and provided useless links.
If anyone has any e-mail address for anyone at Apple I would appreciate it.

Unfortunately, that will not work. if a U.S. customer travels to Germany (like I did last year and will again next year) then they have to activate international calling, which is easy to do, and pay roaming charges. I believe when I took my Razr with me last year the roaming charge were $1.55 a minute (U.S.).
The question you asked has been asked many times before in the old Pre release iPhone forum. The way that Apple and ATT have tied activation to iTunes and the SIM card tied in with the firmware on the phone prevents other SIM cards from working right now.
It would probably be to your advantage to wait until the European release of the iPhone and see how they handle SIM issues there. European phone activation and use is a lot different then in the U.S, some would argue that it is better, and so what marketing techniques work here, may not apply in Germany or other countries.

FYI, many carriers can not unlock an iPhone if it is not active on their network. They probably don't recognize the IMEI because it's not registered to an account that's active on their network.

Costing for activity types in CS

Hope you all are doing well.I want to perform costing on service order based on activity type for Customer Services. These activities should be assigned to service material. How can activities assign to service materail? Currently I have configured valuation catagories , assign cost elements to value catagories, define activity types,Price planning for activity type and assign these activity types to work center.

Really sorry for late reply! DIP Profile helps a lot in Configuring Quotation and Billing document. What I did was
1. I create activities with the help of CO consultant and give price to the activities type.
2. Setting performed for DISPLAY OF COST in Maintenance and Service       ProcessingBasic settings for these activities.
3. Assign Cost element for these activities.
4. Assign these activities type to the work center.
5. Define Services Materials for each activity type so that they can be displayed in my quotation and billing document.
6. Assign services materials to DIP Profile as such:
u2022     Define planned cost u2013 Total Record as source.
u2022     In Material Determination for profile I assign each of my service material to Transfer cost and Quantity and assign respective cost and revenue element of that activity type to the Service material.
When I create a service order with revenue u201CSM02u201D.I do not specify service material. I assign my activities types in operations and when I calculate costing it sums up all the revenue in costing for planned costs but when I create quotation and billing document for the service order it shows individual material for each activity type and its amount on item data and total is displayed in header data against EK01 condition type moreover planned and actual cost are displayed in service order.
The problem is, I have not create any condition record nor assign these condition type to my pricing procedure as value is arising from activity type.
Which condition types can be assigned to pricing procedure so that they can pick up the value of the activity type?
