Could not change countries in app store

i live in kuwait and every time i should sign out and sign in again to buy or update in app store and i have change the country to kuwait but i have messages every time you are in the british, canadian, usa store so you should change to you country store and i have already did that and i still have the same messages

  • Could Not Sign In to App Store from iPad

    I am unable to sign into the App Store from both my iPad Air and my iPhone 4.
    When I enter the password, the following error message appears:
    Could Not Sign In
    FATAL::Unable to process your request. Please try again.
    I have reset the password via the Apple web site and can sign in to the web site with no issues. (evidnced by ability to post this).
    I have reset the iPad and no change.
    Get same error in iTunes Store.
    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Reset the device:
    Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
    If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
    If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
    You will have to re enter your Wi-Fi password.

  • Can't change countries in App Store

    I changed my Apple ID from United States to Canada and now I have purchases in both countries. However I can't find a way to switch between the different countries' stores. The FAQ and some forum posts I've seen refer to a flag that is supposed to be in the lower right of the App Store that you can click on to change the country of the store, but it doesn't seem to be there.

    Now I struggled for two days stuck in the Japanese store and couldn't returns to my own country "Canada" until just now there is no red flag or LIL flag to click on not in Japan anyway before I go on and on like I do when I feel like being a smart ***.... LOL!!!
    PLAIN AND SIMLY SIGN OUT... Sign back in!!! This will allow things to reset!!! The right screens will pop up and tell you what to do!!!
    TRUST ME I TRY'D EVERYTHING SINCE YESTERDAY AFTERNOON NOTHING AND I MEAN NOTHING WORKED MY NEXT STEP WAS TO EITHER THROW THE PHONE .... AND SMASH IT .... DuM DuM DuM !!!! Or reset it to the factory SETIngs

  • Your computer could not be verified Mac App Store and FaceTime

    Hi All
    I've been trying through several forums for a long time to find a solution for my problem before giving up, I'll go down to the point:
    I have an iMac Intel 20" early 2008 (I can provide more detailed specs when required). I am using Mac OSX Lion installed from a usb and prior used Snow Leopard. They problem has been consistent thru all versions, same symptoms, same all.
    1. Whenever I try to login to Mac App Store I get the famous: "your computer could not be verified, please contact support for assistance". FaceTime also does not login, promptying a "server error, try later".
    2. Contacted support, and after 16 emails back and forth all I was told at the end was: "I am able to log in into your mac app store account from this side after resetting your account,is there anything I can do for you today".... (!!!!????)
    3. There has been a problem parallel to that, and although I am not sure they are related anyhow I need to point it out. My ethernet port stopped working and there is no way to create any connection through it. I can still use wireless quite well (reason why I still keep my machine). After sending the machine to repairs, diagnose was that it could be a problem on the logic board and to fix it may require to replace LB entirely. So I decided not to go for it and keep the machine only with wireless connection.
    So I have tried every single solution found (so far...) on google and forums to no avail: a) deleting .plist, b) resetting network configs and creating new locations, c) resetting PRAMs (not sure if it solve anything, but tried anyway) and others. The problem still persists with the same symptoms.
    I can login into iTunes store and buy applications from computer, iPhone and iPad, which makes me think that my credentials are valid, alas, I logged into this forum using them.
    I also tried creating a new account at App Store, when I request it through the Application, the "little fan that advises you to wait" appears, but suddenly dissapear with no warning or message at all (!!!!????). It is like you never requested anything in first place.
    Obviously I can still use my machine for internet and stuff, but my ability to purchase/use any Apple software is seriously restricted. I cannot purchase any software anymore if AppStore is going to be the main way to acquire it (which I think it will).
    So, my big questions are:
    1) Is this hardware problem (ethernet, logic board, connection ports) remotely related to the machine authentication process when using MacApp Store and FaceTime through Apple?
    2) Is there a way to fix this through software, before I consider replacing the machine? (Please take into account that I have already tried TS1811, deleting .plist files, resetting network, creating new locations from scratch... I basically searched thoroughly on google, forums and tips and tried all reasonable found recommendations before posting).

    In a nutshell, I haven't been able to solve this. I gave up on Apple support after they proved useless.
    As Huevoos suggested, and I confirmed it time and again after browsing thru endless forums, it seems that the user validation routine for the Mac App Store is done by looking into your network settings, which in my case are either incomplete or erroneous due to the broken-down ethernet. (I am still waiting for somebody more experienced in this forum to contradict or explain this).
    So, because I still have wireless connection, I can use my machine for day-to-day chores, have not been able to purchase anything up to this date in the Mac App Store though. I'm waiting for either a software update that could correct this (Mountain Lion??? there's no guarantee only hope) or the moment when my machine will need to be replaced by a new one with a functional ethernet.
    I'm sorry I can't be of more help. But I'm pretty much in the same situation as you guys.

  • Could not download Lion from App store after buying it... Forbiden

    I Have the following error when trying to download:
    The server gave an error during download: 403 Forbidden.
    I can download other (free) apps ... Only this one not working

    I have the same error 403 forbidden error, even though it is showing as purchased in my Mac App Store, but I cannot find any trace on my MacBook Pro.
    I even went into an Apple store to try to get it installed today using their internet, but all I got is the same error message. Teething problems or something more serious??? Hmm
    No doubt Apple will sort it out before long, but maybe they should have also kept the old disc option too, at least until all the OS downloading problems are fixed, 2nd Lion release / update? It's a new way of getting the OS, & maybe this option is not good enough yet.

  • Can not change country in App Store

    I switched to the other country in the app store before,
    but I can't switch back to my country now.

    Easiest way, MUST use USB wire to connect to computer's iTune.
    (1) Connect your iphone/ipad to computer
    (2) Make sure you sign in  to iTune and first authorize the computer you are using [ie. Authorize This Computer].
    (3) Click Store > View My AppID > Change Country or Origin
    (4) Select the country you want, follow through all the instructions
    This way should allow you successfully change the country default on your iphone/ipad account.
    I don't know why it only works this way, but if connecting to computer's iTune will help you reduece frustrations, take some time to do it, it will save you hassles.

    Changed my apple I'd (added email address). Now every time I pull up the apps to upgrade it shows my old I'd and I can't access any upgrades. I can buy new apps with my new I'd but I still can't upgrade any of my present (already purchased)apps

    Content purchased with an Apple ID are permanently tied to that Apple ID.
    Did you change the email address or create a new one?
    If the former, simply sign out and sign back in with the correct credentials.
    If the later, simply provide the password for the correct account.

  • Wifi not working with iTunes, apps store and some, but not all Internet sites....why???

    Yesterday I noticed while browsing Internet that some sites would not open and that some games I regularly play would not open. I also found that I could not open either the apps store or iTunes. Everything seemed to be working the day before and I have not recently upgraded ios (been on version 6.1.3 for a while) or changed any settings on my iPad (2).  With Internet research today I found suggestion that if I switched to 3G I would be able to access these apps and,sure enough, under 3G connection everything works fine. Some other forums suggest changing wifi router settings to fix the issue ....I have not tried this as I wouldn't  like to mess with my router and end up effecting other peripherals/pc's connected to it that are working fine....especially when I am not terribly IT savvy when it comes to hardware settings.  But as I haven't changed anything on my ipad why would my wifi suddenly stop connecting to some apps on my iPad, but not all??? Interestingly I can access many Internet sites (forums) with wifi connection but not the apple forum! To get to anything apple related I have to switch back to 3G ....that includes checking the iOS version I am on via settings!
    I also mention that I have done all the other suggested fixes found on various forums, such as rebooting iPad, renewing wifi lease, clearing cookies, closing all apps etc etc, to no avail. Seems the only suggested fix I have not tried is mucking around with my router which I am very hesitant to do given the **** I went through with my telco when my home Internet connection suddenly stopped working last year. Took me weeks of phone calls to get my internet connection back and being forced by the telco to a more expensive plan, hence very reluctant to start mucking around with that side of things, but why should I need to when it does seem to be working ok with other devices in the home?
    I have started this as new discussion as, even though I am not terribly IT savvy,  I cant see how this could be related to the wifi issues that many on the newer devices (iPhone 5 and iPad mini etc) are reporting as I haven't recently upgraded anything on my ipad and all was working perfectly up until yesterday.
    Any other suggestions on how to get wifi working correctly again on iPad or do I really have to risk the working of every other device in my home and chase it from modem/router side?
