Could not connect to this iPad. An unknown error occurred (OXE8000024).
My iPad 2 was acting a little funny so i reset using home & power buttons......now all that is displayed is a white apple or a bluish screen.
When connected to iTunes via laptop either it is not recognized at all .... or .... iTunes error message---Could not connect to this iPad. An unknown error occurred (OXE8000024) is displayed. When disconnected and reconnected sometimes it is recognized and sometimes it isn't.
It has been charged for over 8 hours with no change in status.
Various USB ports have been used with no change in status.
iTunes is updated to the latest version.
Laptop updates/windows are current.
It seems to be stuck in a vicious cycle. All help is appreciated!

Hello i'm facing problem i downloaded itunes version 11 32bit for windows 7 and after i installing the set up when i opened the iTunes a massages occur saying i tunes could not connect to iTunes store an unknown error occurred (-3212) even though my internet is on
Try this...
Triple click anywhere in the line below to select it and press Ctrl+C to copy it.
cmd /k netsh winsock reset
Press the WinLogoKey+R to open the run dialog, then Ctrl+V to paste, then press enter/return.
You should get something similar to this:
Reboot the computer and the problem should be resolved.
If it doesn't work then perhaps a full tear down and rebuild of iTunes will fix things. See Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates for details.

thank youHello Embassykw,
It sounds like your iTunes Store page does not load and instead gives you an error code. I found this error code in an article that will be helpful for you named:
Apple software on Windows: May see performance issues and blank iTunes Store
http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4123
The cause for these issues is a program that monitors the Winsock protocol for Windows conflicting with Apple software. These programs usually use a Layered Service Provider (LSP) that can help identify the particular program installed. The programs that monitor this protocol have a variety of purposes, including security software, content filtering, and optimization of network traffic.
Following the instructions should resolve the issue for you.

Itunes could not connect to itunes store - an Unknown Error Occured (502 )
PLEASE HELP !!!!!
For the last 3 days I have been trying to login to the itunes store, but have recieved the message "Itunes could not connect to itunes store - an unknown error occured (502)" each and every time. Can someone please tell me why this is happening and what I can do to fix the problem. I would really like to download some games onto my Ipod, but am having no luck.

Windows XPI have been getting the "cannot access" result for several days, even trying again repeatedly throughout the day and night. It may have started after the last Windows security update. I have not changed anything else on my system prior to this happening, nor have either of the ISP's I use. I agree "something" must have changed, but there seem to be a lot of other people experiencing this same problem. If you are one of them, did it start after applying the Windows update?

TS1424 itunes could not connect itunes store. An unknown Error occurred 3212
HELP PLZ
Welcome to the Apple community.
Alerts with codes in the 3000 range generally mean that iTunes cannot contact the gs.apple.com server on ports 80 or 443. This may be because out-of-date or incorrectly configured security or firewall software is interfering, or due to your Internet proxy settings. If you are using a proxy, try removing the proxy settings, or using a known-good network. If that does not resolve the issue, follow iTunes for Windows: Troubleshooting security software issues. -
