Could not enable GATHER_STATS_JOB

Question

When I am selecting the job state it shows that it has disabled.
SQL> select job_name, state from dba_scheduler_jobs;
JOB_NAME STATE
============ ============
GATHER_STATS_JOB DISABLED
When trying to enable it shows error:
SQL> Exec dbms_scheduler.enable(GATHER_STATS_JOB);

it does not shows any timing schedule when I check now.
