MSIE
" A connection failure has ocurred."
Opera - couldn't connect
Is it a System problem or what?
Using Asante FriendlyNet ethernet hub, neither a G4 desktop or an iBook can connect to these sites:

http://206.210.18.59/
http://206.210.28.59/
<newyorklife>

My ISP provided the DNS information to try (Of course, the ISP can access all the sites on PC and Mac. And other Mac users with this same cable ISP can also access these sites.)
But in my case, these actions were all unsuccesful:
Used 4 browsers
Bypassed hub and connected Mac to cable modem directly
Disconnected power from cable modem 2 minutes
Disabled Norton Firewall
Used different hub port
Restarted
Signed out
Deleted Safari plists
Deleted Cookies
Emptied Safari cache
Deleted Safari cache folder
Dragged InputManagers from their folders
Repaired permissions
No duplicate fonts found
No Network Proxies enabled
TCP/IP setting of the computer is set to DHCP - obtaining IP
address and DNS server IP address automatically.

I am having the same issue. Its says that the server has stopped running. THis has gone on for three days straight. First time it fixed it by powering down the unit, the next time it worked resetting the network settings. Now its happened again and these two options do not work either. What do I do or what could be wrong??
