What is meaning of this error
Could not parse mapping document from resource user.hbm.xml
log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (org.hibernate.cfg.Environment).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.

at UserClient.main(UserClient.java:39)

I also faced same problem when i wrote my first hibernate mapping file, this error will accur because of bad xml parser design, the parser developer did not even validate and remove blank lines from xml before parsing it, becuse of that if there is first blank line in your xml mapping file then we will get "The processing instruction target matching "[xX][mM][lL]" is not allowed" error.
Solution: Just check is there any blank line at the begining of your hibernate mapping file if so remove that then it will works fine.

WL 6.1 to 8.1 XSL Error SAX Exception, Could not parse xsl document

1)I have an application which is deployed and running successfully on WL6.1. The application uses lot of xsl style sheets. Parsers used were from xalan.jar and xerces.jar
2)Now, I am migrating it to WL8.1, the application is deployed on 8.1 but when I open the login(first page) it gives the following error:

Error - Could not place the document 'IMG_1664.MOV' because no parser...

I am trying to open a video to edit within Photoshop CS6 x64. I am getting the following message:-
Could not place the document ‘IMG_1664.MOV’ because no parser or file format can open the file.
The video was shot on my iphone 4S and ive even tried converting to other formats yet Photoshop still gives the same error. I have checked through Bridge and I have no option to send to Photoshop on the right click menu. Can anyone help as Im desperate to try out the new features of CS6 for video editing.
I am running a 27" iMac with 12gb RAM and 1gb of Video RAM. Any help would be very much appreciated as im at a complete loss and there seems to be very little about this problem on the net at the moment. I am also running Lion if that helps.

I was getting the same error message when trying to instal a simple brush in CS6 64bit, I saved my work and backed out of the program and opened the regular (i'm guessing 32 bit) program and tried to instal them there. It worked no problem. That would be my suggestion to you to see if it is an error in both formats of CS6 and if it works, it might be something to let adobe know is an error that needs be fixed or at least addressed to the general public as to why it won't work. I beleive you should have received both version with your install. I did anyways.

when i checked in ECC system for same quotation it is avaialble there .

Hello
You have to define mapping between CRM and ERP customer. The information which customer is associated with which BP is stored in CRM in table CRMM_BUT_CUSTNO and but0id. Use transaction PIDE on the ERP side to form mapping. Then work with load of customers.
Such error appears when data about BP is entered in document directl but system couldn't find mapping in tables above. Hope it helps.

I am using Taglib in JSP file .
I am calling the AbcTagLib from my jsp Login.jsp file.
The entries for the taglib is there in web.xml file.
Please see the attachments.
I am getting the following errors while running my JSP file:

I checked system priviliges as documented in XML DB Developers Guide, Chapter 8 XML Schema Evolution. No other users were connected. The mapping table RELATIE_DOCUMENTEN_TEMP nor any other object named RELATIE_DOCUMENTEN_TEMP did not exist.
Anyone an idea why I cannot create my mapping table ?

Error in tutorial: Could not create XML document carrying AQ Headers

Hi,
We try to run the AQOutboundCorrelation tutorial. After running the enqueue_reply.sql script the message was placed from the request to the reply queue and read by the AQ inbound adapter.
Nothing happened in the flow. The following error occured in the domain log:
Could not create XML document carrying AQ Headers
Please help!!

The bpel process was build and deployed with Jdeveloper Studio edition version 10.1.3.1.0.3984 on a Bpel server/Application Server with version 10.1.3.1 (NT).

Could not parse Request

Hello Friends,
We have created VC models which has Html iView and form iView in it and
each model is attached to a timer and is set to 30mins.
Than we deployed VC model into the Portal (VC Model -> iView-> Page)
I am getting popup of the error as "Could not parse Request" and the model
is not getting refreshed after 30mins.
Please let me know if anyone has any thoughts on this.

Thanks a lot for your update.
I've changed timer interval in VC to 0.5 min , and got the same Exception.
Now I'm totally out , because I don't have any ideas what else I can do in my case, and how to fix my problem.
Steps to reproduce:
1. login into the system
2. Keep application for some time without any activates.
3. After some time (30--40 min) getting "Could not parse Request" pop up window.
Is it related to VC or Portal ?
If its a portal problem , any ideas what parameters needs to be changed.
Appreciate any help

Flash can not parse this document. - Tried everything: Searching online, Calling Adobe, Online Help

I have tried everything in fixing this problem. I have searched online with no help. And Google does not fix everything.
I have tried calling the phone number on the help site numerous times only to be uselessly helped once. I was on hold for a long time with each one only to be unsuccessful in fixing my problem.
I tried submitting the form on the page when you sign in and 3 times so far I was told to go to this extremely unhelpful devnet, which was all the phone support told me to do which was no help, and they closed all of the support requests.
Does anyone know how to fix these errors:
Flash can not parse this document.
An error occurred opening file '.fla'
Failed to open document..fla.
I have converted it to a zip and went through all the files and did not see any error. The only one I did was MobileSettings.xml, which is blank and a new CS5 made file is blank and gives the error as well.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

you may have a corrupt fla. try creating a new directory that has no subdirectories. move that fla to the new directory. try and open the fla from the new directory. if it fails, you have a corrupt fla and, in that situation, i believe the best you can do is to take your last working swf and decompile it to create a working fla.

[CS5] Flash can not parse this document..

I sat with my flash document open for 12 hours straight actually.. and when I closed it and opened it again I got "Flash can not parse this document".
So I googled for a solution, found that I could rename the .fla to .zip and unzip it and after 2 hours I found the XML-file that caused the problem, and I even commented out the lines in that XML-file, so I could re-zip it and rename it to .fla again and open it.
Anyway this happened again and again.. and I got frustrated.
I think I found out why this happened to me, I copied text from Photoshop into Flash CS5, and this made the document unable to open again after I closed it. It appears that the text I copied contained a "line break" or something, so I copied the text to notepad removed that character and then into flash, and this seems to have worked for.
Anyone else had this problem?

We had another user report about this issue where an ETX character in a TLF TextField was causing Flash to corrupt the FLA on save. I will contact you privately to see if I can get your FLA file to investigate if it's the same issue.

Flash can not parse this document. - CS5 Issue

I've been working on a project for a couple days now and some were along the line the project file became corrupted. I read this posting: http://forums.adobe.com/message/2812314#2812314 but the problem does not seem to be because of an empty frame.
The error is the same and says:
Failed to open document. Name and location of document.
Flash can not parse this document.
I was able to go back a few versions and start over but the same thing happened 2 times after this. I've even done some version control but when it gets corrupted there is no way to tell unless I close the file and reopen it. But then its usually too late.
This last time it happened I was saving it out as a different name and reopened it when I noticed the error. Luckly I still had the original version opened. I knew if I closed it I would've lost hours of work so instead I opened a new document and copied over all my library assets, saved, closed and reopened and it worked fine. I don't think this has anything to do with an empty frame on a movie clip because I checked all library assets and the new empty file I created worked fine.
The only thing I can say that is different with this project and the previous projects that I have worked on (just trying to give ideas of what it could be) is that I am using FlashEff and some of my text are TLF Text which I have never used those before and I've never encountered this before.

Is anyone else having this issue or figured out how to solve it? Its really bad to have to keep saving the file out every 10 minutes and testing to see if it will crash when I go to open it.

When installing Server 2008 Datacenter from disc, I get the error message "Windows could not parse or process the unattent answer file for pass [specialize].

This is a clean install from s disc onto a 3TB GPT drive. This is for testing. I'm not concerned with finding a more practical solution for this installation.
There is no image or answer file involved. But at the "Completing Installation" phase, I receive this error message about an answer file.
Has anyone else expecrienced this problem? The only results I find here are regarding actual imaging with answer files.

EDIT 2: Since this now happens with every single installation of Server 2008 on this system, I feel the need to keep this open and elaborate on my situation.
I originally installed Server 2008 on the 2TB partition of this 3TB drive. The partition type was MBR. I reinstalled it (there was a false alarm for malicious software) since it was a fresh install without updates or anything else installed. And for the
second time, it installed fine.
I decided to make the most of my 3TB drive and try GPT partitioning. So I went into the command prompt > diskpart > ran "clean" on the disk, then "convert GPT"
That is when I tried another install of Server 2008 and received this error message about an answer file.
I decided to convert it back to MBR and get on with what I wanted to test in the first place. So I went into Diskpart again, ran "clean", rand "convert MBR" and started the install. But this resulted in the same error message about an
answer file.
I went back to Diskpart, "clean"ed the disk, ran "convert dynamic" to make sure it was dynamic, then tried the install again, with the same result.
Now, I've tried installing on the disk as GPT, MBR basic and MBR dynamic. I've tried a different installation disc, as well. I got the same result. At this point, I'm going to switch hard drives, but I'm still open to input. Thanks for reading!

As you swapped the hard disk, whether the same issue occurs again if you redo the same steps?
I asked "OEM or retail" because of this known issue:
"Windows could not parse or process the unattend answer file for pass [specialize]" error message when you perform an in-place upgrade in Windows 7 or in Windows Server 2008 R2

An answer file may already contain in the disc which causes the issue.
If issue still exists you can click Shift + F10 during the installation process to see the log. Check if the installation error for detailed information.
