Could someone tell me the difference between MD510B/A and MD510KN/A model numbers please? Thanks.

?

The KN/A number indicates its the Danish sold version of the iPad.
While B/A is the UK version.
They will be the same internally and functionally.

  • Could someone tell me the differences between ipod 4g released in January and the new iPod 4g released other than iOS5 ?

I just bought an iPod touch from NewEgg which said it was the latest iPod. When I opened it, I couldn't find iMessage. So when I checked the version, it was 4.3.5. Just want to know the differences between both iOS5 and earlier one, other than of course the OS. Wondering whether to return it or upgrade the OS to iOS5.

The OS really is the only different thing.
An iPod Touch 4th generation will still be an iPod Touch 4th generation no matter what OS you have running on it.
If you want to know more of the feature of iOS 5 then you can check here: http://www.apple.com/ios/.
You also don't need to return the product if you want the latest OS. You can do it yourself through iTunes.

  • Can someone tell me the difference between a MC774ll/a and a MC958ll/a.

Can someone tell me the difference between model numbers MC774ll/a and a MC 95811/a?

This is not a difference between your Macbook Pro, but the keyboard key cap type (the small plastic squares for each on your keyboard) I think it has to do with what is printed on the modifier keys, but the difference is minor and the both seem to be compatible with the same models based on the links you posted.

  • Would someone tell me the difference between PS13 and Elements !

what are the differences between elements 13 and PS 13

I'm sure there's a link somewhere which lays out the differences explicitly.  But from a top level, Elements is a slimmed down version of Photoshop that is geared towards a quicker and easier user experience.  It has more "one click" options for optimizing color, reducing redeye, etc - the main, basic edits that most people want to do to their photos.   Photoshop, on the other hand, is an advanced photo editor and comes with a learning curve; it's designed to be a full fledged digital editor from the "film" photographer, to the digital artist, compositors, layout, etc.  Even basic edits can be difficult to figure out until you know your way around the program.  It' more powerful, but more difficult to learn.  That said, some people don't want to spend the time learning it, they just want some basic, quick editing tools.
I can't remember the list off the top of my head, but Elements had a couple restrictions that made it a non-starter for me.  First and foremost, Elements won't let you edit multiple layers in 16 bits.  Something that won't affect many, but for any high level compositing it's a not go.  On top of that, they removed features like the pen tool, paths, curves, channels, smart objects, etc.  These probably don't mean anything to you, but to those of use that use PS these are the basic building blocks of our work.

  • Could anyone tell me the difference between SCWCD: CX-310-083 vs 310-080

    Guys
I got 1.4 book for the exam, just wonderring what is the difference between
new SCWCD java 5 and old java 1.4 version?
    Thanks
    Steven

    Hi All
I got the answer myself, so share with you guys
    ===================================
The SCWCD 5 exam (CX-310-083) is merely an update of the old SCWCD 1.4 exam (CX-310-081). No objectives were changed. The new exam is solely based upon the J2EE v1.4 version of the serlvet (2.4) and JSP (2.0) and JSTL (1.1) specs and it has nothing to do with Java EE v1.5. The SCWCD 5 exam is more "performance based" rather than "knowledge based". A performance based item asks the candidate to evaluate a scenario and "create" the code that implements a solution. Of course, in a multiple choice exam it is impossible to ask a candidate to write code, so you get four (or more) different code snippets one in each option of the item. It makes the exam harder, more about thinking and problem-solving and less about fact memorization.

  • Who can tell me the difference between MDM,BW and ODS

What's the difference between MDM/BW/ODS,and what aspect/domain does each of them emphasize.

Thank Dirk,Anil for your wonderful answer.
After study these docs on sap.com and your reply,I have other questions to ask:
    1. If I use MDM as a Enterprise's Data center repository,Is that mean I can give up other database such as Oracle,SQL Server, and build new application or shift those regacy non-SAP applications on MDM gradually, you know,if I retain these DB,I should syncharonize them cautiously, and it can not avoid "dirty data" between heterogeneous systems.
Consider such a scenario, application A request data from MDM to modify, application B request the same data from MDM to query, then "dirty data" happened?
So,I think if I use MDM as center data repository, then I should give up other DB,and these non-SAP systems should reference these data and deal its own business matter.
2.When I implement MDM,Would the data in SAP R/3(such as PM/MM/FI/CO) also be replicated to MDM,then shared to other non-SAP systems?or these data needn't synchronize to MDM?
3.consider such a scenario,I need SAP R/3 data to share with other non-SAP system, besides XI,should I need MDM,using MDM to implement data management and sharing.
4.Dirk has noticed "MDM could also mean Meta Data Model ",so I want to ask if MDM fully compatiable with CIM(common information model) and I can create complex objected-oriented data and mutiple relationship in it?
thanx for your answer again,Best regards

  • What are the differences between iPod 2nd and 3rd Generation models?

    Hi:
I have a couple questions about the differences between some of the iPod Touch models:
    1) What is the difference between the *2nd Gen 8GB iPod touch* and the *3rd Gen 8GB iPod touch?*
    2) What are the differences among the *3rd Gen iPod Touch 8GB* model and the *32 GB and 64 GB models* (other than the memory differences)?
    Thanks!

    none, really.
    2) What are the differences among the *3rd Gen iPod Touch 8GB* model and the *32 GB and 64 GB models* (other than the memory differences)?
the 32 & 64 GB models have advanced hardware components. 32GB and 64GB Touches gain 3GS specs - roughly 2x faster, with more advanced 3D graphics for games that capitalize on OpenGL 2.0 - and features like Voice Control.

  • What is the difference between CE Portal and normal Portal

Can someone tell me the difference between CE Portal & Normal Portal. I mean, I keep hearing that SAP EP 7.2 is CE portal whereas SAP EP 7.3 is not CE portal.
Can I assume that CE (Composite environment) is a failure model so SAP switched back to Non-CE environment ? Your inputs please.

    Hello,
SAP NetWeaver Composition Environment 7.1 and 7.2 have been introduced as a lean "side-car" approach to complement the SAP NetWeaver standard release. Main reason was to provide composition tools and services based on a enhanced Java technology stack (back the time).
The official successor of SAP NetWeaver 7.0 (or any of the enhancements packages) has been SAP NetWeaver 7.3 (where we brougth various tools together back into one SAP NetWeaver codeline.) Nowadays we recommend the latest release: SAP NetWeaver 7.4 including the Enterprise Portal 7.4.
Customers & Partners who did not want to install the full SAP NetWeaver Java stack had the chance to only go with the Composition Environment - that contained selected portal core services. These are mainly used for application integration / launching scenarios and not supportin full enterprise portal (intranet / extranet) scenarios - that's why there is no KM included.
Hope this helps to get a better understanding.
    Regards,
    Thomas

  • What are the differences between version 9 and X of the Reader?

I have been running various releases of Version 9 of the Adobe Reader for a long time. I have noticed that when there is an update available for Version 9 and I click on the "more information" button on the update, it takes me to a web page where there is information on the latest levels of both Version 9 and Version X, but I cannot find any information on what the differences are between version 9 and X. I read the FAQ and found nothing on this, and I even searched this forum and was surprised that there were no topics on this question already.
Can someone tell me the differences between the 2 versions. I am running Windows 7; is that important as to which version of Reader I should use?

    http://www.adobe.com/products/reader.html

Both Adobe Reader 9 and Adobe Reader X work on Windows 7 .

  • What is the difference between Abstract class and Interface ?

    Hi,
Could u plz tell me the difference between Abstract class and Interface?
    Thanks in advance.
    Gopi

    Lots.
An abstract class can contain some method implementations, or indeed all the method implementations. It may contain methods with all the various access modifiers. It cannot be instantiated. A class may inherit from only a single abstract class.
An interface contains only public method stubs and constants. A class may implement multiple interfaces. An interface cannot (obviously) be instantiated.
Abstract classes are particularly useful when you need to provide a semi-complete implementation for reuse. Interfaces are used more like types.
Look at java.util.* for some good examples of the use of both.

  • What is the difference between cluster patch and bundle patch

    hi every one
can any one please tell me the difference between cluster patch and bundle patch ... for what purpose we apply cluster patch and bundled patch

There is no inherent difference between a patch cluster and a patch bundle that I am aware of.
Its just a name for collections of patches.
For whatever reason, the regular collections of recommended patches that sun puts out happen to be referred to as the recommended patch cluster.
The "all patches to bring you up to 5/08" that sun is putting out happens to be being called the 5/08 patch bundle.
I don't think they meant anything by the distinction. But thats the first time the term "patch bundle" has been used that I'm aware of.
So maybe there is some new patch delivery/installation technology implied. But I doubt it.
