Question

I had the workflow requirement for Credit Management,
i use the transaction FD24.
BUSINESS OVERVIEW
A credit line is approved by the Credit manager based on the credit application form received from a client.  When this approval/disapproval decision is made, the Sales representatives need to be informed of the decision.
1.     On receipt of an application for credit form the credit manager will verify the credit-worthiness of the applicant.  Credit may be granted or rejected.
2.     On approval of the credit limit for the customer, an AR or Master-data clerk will be ordered to change the master data information of the customer using transaction FD32.
3.     On saving the said transaction the workflow process must start with a notice to the Sales Rep and Credit manager.
4.     On selecting the item Transaction FD24 must be activated to display the changes to the customer.
Q. Which ' Business object ' and in transaction SWEC which  ' cahnge document object  ' i have to use.

From the first look at the issue, i would check if auto registration is enabled on the callmanager. If its not and you have giving statically ipaddresses then check if you are not exceeding the address pool.
