Countries not listed in Contact application - how to enter?
The following territories don't figure in iOS Contact drop down menu for countries - so how do you enter a contact who lives there? Be grateful for any help from Apple....

Jnlp not listed in installed applications
Hi, I have a strange problem. I am installing and JNLP application and the install procedure is finishing without errors at least I don't see such.
Then after I enter java chache viewer all the resources of the applications are there but the application itself is not listed in the applications panel.
Because of this I am not able to uninstall the program from the Control Panel.
Any ideas?

</jnlp>One thing I can tell you 'for free' is that the 3 <j2se> elements should be combined into one. A JNLP would only require more than one if both the version attribute *&* other attributes were different.
And finally, a tip for the sake of your end users. I use 2 Win 7 based systems and Ubuntu Linux. When I'm using Win I love to see Aero and any other PLAF looks distracting. The same goes for Ubuntu. I like it's look as well, so please do not go foisting a Win based PLAF on your Linux and Mac based users. They will hate it. -

Yes, I just noticed this after upgrading to 5.0.1. That's why I came here to this forum. I tried re-syncing with address book, but it didn't help. Not only is my text messages only showing phone numbers, instead of contact names, but my call log is doing that as well.

If your device has been jailbroken during the warranty, Apple will not service it.

With the unlimited world subscription, do you just pay regular rates for those countries not listed? If so, is it better to just pay as you go?

If calling destination is not covered by your subscription then Skype Credit will be used.
Both Skype Credit and subscriptions offer a great value, it just depends what customer needs.
With subscriptions you don't pay connection fee if you make lot of calls to different countries around the world then Unlimited World subscription could be a great choice, but it wouldn't make much sense to get Unlimited World subscription if you call only once a week to 1 country.

Acrobat is not listed in my application manager, how do I install it?
As far as I can tell, Acrobat is supposed to be included in the Creative Cloud membership, but it is not installed on either of my computers running CC, nor is it listed in the application manager for installation. I have one computer running Windows 7 32-bit and one running 8 64-bit.

Have you previously installed any trial version of Acrobat on your machine. Please go to control panel and check for Acrobat and uninstall if already installed.
Navigate to C/Users/User Name/AppData/Local/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db and remove opm.db.
Sign in to CC desktop and check for Acrobat. If still the same issue then uninstall CC desktop, run the cleaner tool and install CC desktop from here: https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud .
Launch and sign in to CC desktop and Acrobat should be there.

I would like to change the default country code for new Outlook 2013 contacts. My country is Mozambique (+258) and is not listed under Control Panel> Region> Formats> Format:
Is there any place (registry maybe, anywhere) where I can manipulate the existing formats or manually add a new format to the List ??? - for example Portuguese (Mozambique).
I am using Windows 8.1
I have tried changing the country on the phone and modem options and nothing changes. Also changing the Home Location on Region> Location to Mozambique didn't change a thing. The only place where I change something and produces results is the
Format List.
Any ideias???? If not, is there a place where I can ask Microsoft to include Portuguese (Mozambique) on future windows updates???

Since I updated to iPhoto 9.5.1, when I open the program, I am now asked what library i wish to use and none are listed. I can not find my photos. How can I find and restore my photos. Can I use the Time Machine to do this?
You may be launching an older version of iPhoto from your Dock. Try to launch iPhoto directly from the Applications folder. Does that find a library to open?
If not, search with Find Any File for traces of your iPhoto library, as described by Old Toad in this post:

Download and run Find Any File to search for a file with "ThumbJPGSegment" in the file name. These are files common to all versions of iPhoto libraries.
FAF can search areas that Spotlight can't like invisible folders, system folders and packages. If there's a library hiding somewhere on your hard drive FAF will find it.
If that does not work, try to restore from your backup:
The photos were stored on the iMac hard drive. I do have the Time machine with backup on my Airport WIFI.
To restore from Time Machine, you need to open the folder, where your iPhoto library should be, before you enter Time Machine. Then go back in time along the timeline to the right of the TimeTunnel window. -
