I have problem to change the store in i-tunes- i v got some deposit from german store and I want to use my czech credit card in czech store. Is there any chance e.g. erase the deposit (from german store) or somehow change it with the same apple ID? Can somebody help?

You are in the Czech Republic ? You need to be in a country to use its store.
If you can't spend it then try contacting iTunes Support and ask them if they can remove the balance from your account : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

Wonder if anyone has had this problem and able to help?
When I am at work using i-tunes, I cannot change the country setting from USA (I am in Australia). I have tried signing out and signing back in, changing the country listed at the bottom (which signs me out again automatcally). I have emiled the apple help desk and they said to de-install, and re-intsall i-tunes (did that and it didn't work either).
This only happens when I am connected to the internet at work (via the work server) - if I use the internet at home it automatically is set to Australia.

I am experiencing the same thing. When connected to the work server, it will not allow me to change from the US to the UK. But at home, I have no problems at all.

How to clear my USA i tunes balance now I live in the UK?

I am struggling to clear a debt of $20 from my USA i-tunes account as I now live in the UK and have no USA credit cards and my old USA Pay Pal account is closed.
I have a new Pay Pal account in the UK, which i-tunes wont accept. I cannot change the country in i-tunes until the balance is paid so my UK credit cards dont work - I have no way to pay the balance!
I am stuck in a loop and its driving me mad - any advice welcome...

Original version movies on Apple TV

HI all,
I live in Barcelona, Spain and I bought Apple TV. Nice to hire movies in the original version, I thought. Well, I was not ready for the BIG disappointment. Apple seems to think that nobody in Spain understands English, so doubled almost all movies (so the original sound is replaced by Spanish voices) and until now I didn't discover any way to get the original version. There is a small amount of V.O. movies, V.O. is Versión Original, but as I said it's a very small amount.
Of course there is the possibility that my Apple TV does not funtion correctly or that I do something wrong: so my question is: is there someone with the same (irritating) expercience who could help me out to have the original version of movies on Apple TV? Because otherwise this was just a waist of money...

Well, there are movies on the iTunes yes, even popular American movies originally in English. But they are all dubbed in to Spanish, and I want to watch them in original version.
Isn't there a way to turn them back to original version?
It's horrible to watch movies like that...
(In Spain there is a tendency to dub everything, I don't know why apple follow the same tendency...)
I hope there a way to do so...
Problem is even when I am in another country using I tunes with my Apple ID it will still give me dubbed movies...
I will never watch a movie like that! It is killing all the artistic work of the actors, I don't understand how they allow it any way...

If you removed the device from your iCloud account rather than using the "Stop Lost Mode" option, then you will most certainly need to restore the iPhone, and that will require a computer running iTunes.

First, click the round flag icon bottom right corner of the iTunes Store window to select your country.
Then click Store > Sign In from the iTunes menu bar the click View Account.
You can select a payment method from the Account Information window.

Restore the device and set it up as new.
Either plug it into itunes and select restore under the summary tab, or (post ios5) go into settings, general, reset, erase all content and data. When either asks to save a backup, you dont have to....hit No etc..
This will bring the ipad to the start screen like you just bought it and erase everything.

The reset link will show on your account if you have a rescue email address on it, if you only have alternate email addresses then it won't show.

Please purchase an iTunes Gift Card in the amount of EUR 15.00 to pay the outstanding amount of EUR 13.98.
Now enter the 16-digit activation code beginning with "X" and click the Redeem button. To complete this process, click Redeem Prepaid Card.
Once your Gift Card is successfully redeemed, your store credit will appear next to your account name in the upper-right corner of the iTunes Store window. The outstanding amount will automatically be withdrawn for your credit.
Please note: Before you will be able to change the country to the USA you have to buy another song and then contact us so we can delete the remaining EUR 0.03. If an account shows a credit, it is not able to change the country in account settings. We will manually delete the remaining amount so you can change the country in your profile.

I have talked to a colleague about it and this is the only thing we can advise:
1) Ask someone in Germany to buy a gift card for you and have it sent to you to pay the outstanding amount
or, if that is no option for you at all
2) open a new account (you will still be able to listen to your purchases)

I can't Chang my country to US to use iTunes Giftcards , I want cancel the visa cards

Officially you can only have an Itunes account in the country of your abode and that of your credit crard.
Specifically you need and Address and Credit Card/other suitable payment method linked to the same address.
You can not therefore redeem US Dollar gift cards in another country. This is a long standing oversight as i think Apple should offer international Gift cards redeemable in any App/Itunes store.
There are un authorised ways round this if you have a friend/relative in the US that might let you use their address to set up a US account.

Itunes Store is not available in Ecuador and i couldn't find a way to update the Albums Artwork feauture that comes with the last itunes version.

As stated above you can still add your artwork manually:

Add Song Information, Lyrics, and Artwork to My Tunes

If you have an iPod make sure it is enabled to show the artwork.
A tip for finding suitable artwork is to go to Amazon, locate the album, save the picture to your desktop and drag it to the iTunes artwork pane. Another way would be to locate artwork using Google image search and put the artist or album name and save the picture you find there in the same way. There are also some programs like this one: iTunes Art Importer or MP3 Tag
