its getting u country code because under company system initilization -company detail what ever address u have stated it would reflect that address now what ever way u want the address to be printed write the same format under company details and then under the pld select table OADM-company adress

Estou com um problema na xml no campo 'País' (campo IS_NFE_HEADER-C1_XPAIS, ID campo C015), no monitor do PI visualizo a mensagem "Erro de validação: campo Country Name. This field does not match the expected format. (campo IS_NFE_HEADER-C1_XPAIS, ID campo C015)". Estou tentando achar o momento em que este campo é chamado nos programas da J1B1N ou na J_1BNFE_MONITOR para colocar um break-point e os funcionais analizarem o erro, mas não estou conseguindo achar. Achei a BADI cl_nfe_print com a interface if_ex_cl_nfe_print, etc...mas nada do campo, ele é o 'T005T-LANDX'. Quem puder me ajudar a localizar o momento da chamada deste campo nos programas para analizá-lo....

Receivables - ARDLP Report Not Printing Country Name

AR Report ARDLP for concurrent program Dunning Letter Generate is not printing Country Name on send to and remit to part of the letter. Though the package 'arp_addr_label_pkg.format_address' is giving the output with the country name(when I ran the package in SQL Developer) but when I run the report it is not giving the country name. What could be the reason?

Thankyou very much Nagamohan. It is printing the country now on the dunning letters. I think it was because of settings in system options though the default country was set, print home country was unchecked. When I reran the process it printed the country.
The Statement print program also had the same issue. Now after the changing the system options, it is printing the country in the send to address but not in the remit to address if the countries are same for both send to and remit to. If they are different it is printing in both the places. Eg. If it is United Kingdom in both send to and remit to, its printing only in send to. If its united states in send to and united kingdom in remit to then its printing in the remit to area. Any idea on this?

I can't see my country name when I tried to log into iTunes Store for first time

Couple of days ago, I successfully registered in iOS Developer Program. All of the process is completed. Today I tried to log into iTunes Strore from my mac. But it asked me "This Apple ID has not been used with the iTuens Store" Please review your account information.
I clicked on review.
I am not in United Kingdom, so I need to select my country for a valid billing information. But my country name isn't listed there. :-(
I am from Bangladesh, and I believe that we do not have payment processing problem. So I don't know why Bangladesh isn't included there! Can someone give me any suggession? Should I contact with Apple Support Team?
I have already Purchased iOS Developer Program Using my Credit Card. If my credit card is acceptable, then why can't I get registered in iTunes Store? I want to connect with it and all of you know that iTunes Store is the worlds best store for applications/games/.................... and more......

There are 120+ countries that have iTunes Stores, but that leaves many that do not. You can consult this document: iTunes Store: Which types of items can I buy in my country?

How to get the Country Name details always in Eng while using the SForms

I have a requirement as under:
the Smartform has to display the COUNTRY NAME - always and it should be printed in ENGLISH only.
The Smartform is having a Alternative option(for printing the Address) and for YES part(for certain countries) - the fm "ADDRESS_INTO_PRINTFORM" is being used and for the NO(for the rest of the countries) part an ADDRESS TEMPLATE is being used....
The issues are:
- the fm 'ADDRESS.......FORM" is printing the COUNTRY Name for certain cases and for the rest it is not...
- the Address template has no option to do any manipulation on the COUNTRY Name to come
how can have the COUNTRY NAME to appear in both the cases(YES part and NO part) printed in ENGLISH always?
I tried for a USEREXIT "EXIT_SAPLSADR_900" but still not able to tweak it and get the COUNTRY NAME always in ENGLISH.
Kindly provide your valuable inputs.

Hi Abaper,
In ADRC table,you will have a field by name COUNTRY.This holds the country key.
Using this country key LAND1 in ADRC table,you will have to fetch the Country name from T005T table.The field in the T005T which holds the Country name is LANDX.
You will have to write select querries for this.
By using LANDX from T005T table ,you can display the country name.

I have create a Vendor in English, all information in English, Communication language in English too.
issue : when i using T-Code FB60 to create invoice, after enter vendor code, system auto display vendor address, all address information is displayed in english except for country name, country name is displayed in Japanese.
please help me to explain the cause of issue and show me the way !

Special Character Issue in Country Name Côte d'Ivoire encoding ISO-88509-1

soa suite 10.1.3.4
I am reading an xml file using file adapter. The file has encoding type ISO-88509-1 and the country name is coming as <country_name>Côte d'Ivoire</country_name>.
When I see the BPEL instance, this character is converted to "C\234te d'Ivoire" jumbled character. The target endpoints receives the country name in jumbled format only. I can't change the incoming file format. Is there a way I can read it properly and keep the special character as it is during SOA process.
Any idea how can I progress in this issue?

Any idea on this ? My soa suite server is on Solaris and the folder where I am reading the file from is on Windows.

Country name in Chinese not displaying in PDF

I am working on a Chinese localisation DB and when I export any docs to PDF the country name disappears. Print preview is fine . I have checked the forum and found the following link Chinese Characters not display when PDF for marketing doc which was helpful but unable to resolve the issue even after using different Chinese recognisable font. Just like to know how to get around this ?
Has any one comeup with this kind of issue ? Any help will be appreciated.

Hi All,
The issue has been fixed. There is a SAP note 1406074 as per the sap note,
Exporting Chinese/Japanese character correctly, involves a setting of the layout in SAP Business One.
1. Open the document layout.
2. Go to Print Layout Designer > Display Document Properties > Format tab;
3. Tick the "E-Mail Layout" checkbox, and choose a Chinese / Japanese font (E.g. MS Mincho)
4. Save the layout and set as default.
5. Export to PDF.
I had always changed the format to Chinese but never ticked the ' E-mail Layout box' This is just for information & thanks to Gordon and Rakesh for the inputs.

I want to fetch the operating unit name based on the country name, there is no link between fnd_territories(_tl) and hr_all_organization_unis(_tl) tables.
Can any one know how to get this thing.

I don't think you will find such a link. One country can be used by multiple operating units.

Hi deepika,
For your first question, I happened to have written similiar codes recently.
If you have the country code and region code, you can read the country name from table T005 and region name from T005s.
You can create a new routine for this and call it from Initialization.

say if I enter US to my java application, I should get PST

Lemme give you my requirement. I have an xml file in which the country code and the current system time are embedded inside tags <CountryCode> and <MyTime> respectively. Now say I(in india) send the xml file. This packet of information is sent to the US which later is stored in the DB present in Europe.
In This process of operation I need todo some validation on the server present in the US, which gets the countrycode and time and validate with its(US) present time.
Can you suggest some other alternative.
I've tried by using getAvaliableIDs() kinda methods.....but couldnt find a relavant one.

html:select : put each collection of country names in each user session?

I have different <html:select> elements in my JSP. The options are filled with collections (country list, city list...).
What is the best way to do for country for example? To retrieve all the country name from the database, put it in a arrayList for EACH user session. Or, put it in an application element?

If it's not going to change for users, I'd store it in the application scope. No point to having multiple copies of the same information.

Can I batch-change country names in Address Book?

I want to change all my country names to CAPITALS in Address Book. Is there a way to do this using a batch-change or batch-edit of some kind? (I have thousands of entries that I want to change.)

No, sorry, there is no such feature in Address Book. Perhaps a third-party contact application would have that feature.
