Cover art shows on the podcast page but not in search

Ever have this happen? When you search for my podcast by keywords, the podcast appears in the list, but without the cover art. But on the podcast page itself, the cover art is just fine. http://foundit.libsyn.com/rss The podcast name is Found It! and the keywords for searching are geocaching, GPS, and hiking.

Lock Screen notification center - I want messages to show in the N/C but not on the actual lock screen itself. Any way to do this?

In ios7, is there any way to have incoming text messages show up in the notification center on the lock screen but not pop up on the actual lock screen itself? I cant get this combination to work and it seems like it shoud. The text notificaitons do not show at all on the L/S notification center unless I choose the allow on lock screen option. But this not only puts it in the L/S notification center but also adds it to the lock screen itself. I dont want it to do both.

Your email accounts will not actually be reset. The only things that will get reset if you hit reset settings will be your homescreen and lockscreen (your pictures will still be on your phone they just default back to the initial ones), the size of your text, the sounds you use for text messages and ringtones (any of the ones that you have specifically customized for certain contacts will not be reset it's only the ones that you use for yourself) and a couple other minor things. None of the apps that you have to set up personall as in facebook or twitter will reset. I really recommend do this, nothing major will get reset on the phone it's just some minor settings. Just make sure to hit 'Reset All Settings' and NOT 'Reset All Content And Settings'.
I've also tried it with messages app specifically after I hit 'Reset All Settings' and it works like a charm. No messages pop up on my screen but I can access and preview in the notification center without having to unlock my phone.

The itunes:image tag is not supported at the item level. It is possible to include art within individual episodes, but the art is included within the media file’s metadata, not in the RSS feed. To add artwork to an episode using iTunes, highlight the episode and select "Get Info" from the "File" menu. Click the Artwork tab. Then click "Add," navigate to and select an image file, and click "Choose."
What this means is that the image that shows on an iPod is like album cover art for song files, so you add the artwork to your podcast file before uploading it to your server.

Art on Podcast Page but Not Search Results

Podcast art shows up fine on my iTunes podcast home page, but only the generic podcast art shows on an iTunes search results page.
From my brief research (clicking on other generic podcast art in search results), this problem seems unique to my podcast. Most generic podcast art in an iTunes search result yields generic podcast art on the iTunes podcast home page.
I'd like my podcast art to show up on BOTH my iTunes podcast home page and in iTunes search results. Any idea if that reflects a problem with my artwork? Maybe a quirky spec problem?

As with many things in iTunes, this problem resolved itself. This morning when I ran a search that would contain my podcast in the result, my podcast popped up with the proper art in place.
I did, however, sent an email to iTunes support yesterday afternoon. From the response (which did not seem to address my question at all) I was not expecting a fix but maybe there was some help from iTunes.
Not sure - but happy to say it is resolved.

I got this error so I googled it and was taken here, I have searched they the forum but no help. I am able to see my episode in the itunes folder but everytime I click on it to play it just downloads over and over again.

You can use printPages(1, 5), however I need to know how you print current page.

When i click on the new tab I dont get the google page but some other search engine, how do I change it back to google?

My photosmart 8250 prints the headings & color blocks on the diagnostic pages, but not the text.

My photosmart 8250 suddenly stopped printing ( I have Windows 7). The cartridges have ink & there are no error mssgs. The self-test disgnostic prints the headings, borders & color blocks, but not the text under each heading. I ran the diagnostic utility & it said there were too many print jobs (?) and I cancelled them as directed.I re-ran the test & It said there were no problems found. But it still isn't printing. I went to the control panel and ran THAT diagnostic & it said it found some problem with the USB connection, but that it was resolved. But, it STILL won't print. I tried everything the diagnostic utility suggested - uninstalled and reinstalled the updated software & driver, restarted the computer, etc. and it still won't print.

Hi - Try following the steps in this document. It will walk you through cleaning the rollers, which in many cases is the cause of this type of problem.

I am an HP employee.

The user downloaded apps no longer work. The icons show on the icon page but when tapped they momentarily darken the page and then the icon page returns as it was.

I installed half a dozen apps, all of which worked fine for a time. Now, however, when I tap the icon for one of these apps the screen darkens momentarily and then appears exactly as it was a second before. The app does not open.

If it's just the apps that you've downloaded from the App Store that aren't working whilst the Apple built-in ones are ok, then try downloading any free app from the store (as that appears to reset something) and then re-try them - the free app can then be deleted.

Most of my music library disappeared upon upgrading iTunes; it shows on the capacity bar but not in the iphone

How do I restore music, audiobooks and podcasts to my iTunes? only 2 albums remain, 2 songs, 2 artists, no books, no podcasts. and yet the capacity bar shows that all the music is still there. and they are all still on my computer. repeated attempts to sync individual categories (music, audiobooks, podcasts) have not worked. On my Mac, I can see the album art work if I click "Get Info" and then look under the "Summary" tab. However, when the I play each file, I can see only the default music note image. But, on my iPhone 4, all images display correctly.
These files used to work correctly. What happened?

Episode shows up in Podcast app but is "not downloadable"

I am aware that iTunes is having some problems but I can't tell if this is associated with those since I had this same problem once back in November and it was never resolved.
I podcast on Tumblr, but I use feedburner to create enclosures on rich media entries labeled #podcast. I also make sure that the first link on the entry is a link to the mp3. This has always worked in the past, with the exception of my second podcast post on November 20th, which showed up in the Podcast app but not on iTunes. In the Podcast app, it had an image of a file on it and when clicked, a message appeared stating that it is not downloadable. Eventually, the file stopped showing up.
My most recent episode was posted this morning and this same thing happened; it didn't appear in iTunes and in the Podcast app it had the same file clipart and message saying it is not downloadable. I deleted it and reposted it twice, the same thing happening both times. The latest attemp can be seen in my feedburner, where all looks well.
Can someone give me some insight as to what the problem might be? Will it work itself out or will it never reappear in iTunes like my November 20th post? Any help you can offer would be grately appreciated.

The latest episode - all the others appear to be OK - was only posted today, so it wouldn't appear in the Store for a couple of days. However unlike the others, the media file for this one is Flash:

iTunes does not handle Flash files, so it sees this episode as having no playable media: consequently it will not display the episode.

Show breadcrumb bar only on main list pages but not site pages

Is there any way to show the breadcrumb bar only on list pages (for example to navigate in document libraries, surveys, etc.) but no in site pages or wikipages. The only solution I found was adding a webpart to each page I want to
hide the breadcrumb bar but this is no long-term solution. How can I make sure that the breadcrumb bar only shows on ootb list pages but not on my site and wiki pages?

One way of hiding breadcrumb is through css. You can apply the css in custom master page that will hide the breadcrumb and in your default master page leave it as it is.
Using IE developer tool, check the class that is applied on the breadcrumb and apply as style of display none to that class. This way you can hide the breadcrumb. I don't have my dev box up so cannot tell the exact class right now but using IE developer
tool you will be able to find the same.

Podcasts There But Not Really(?)

Hi there. I know the boards are lighting up with complaint about v7, but if someon could find the time to help me, they would be my hero.
Problem: Podcast episodes
ARE showing up in one smart playlist,
NOT the podcast section,
and NOT in the Libray.
Even after I deleted the artist's folder and tried to manually edit the Library.xml. The podcast now tries to sync w/ the iPod, but cannot, because the files have been deleted.
I need the podcasts to disappear from my playlist, because they are not even there.
That's about as clear as I can be, sorry if it isn't.
