Cover doesn't show up correctly

I have a mysterious problem: When I keep my iPod Touch in Coverflow mode, totally wrong covers appearing. Many of the songs doesn't have a cover at all. The ones that have one, have the wrong one. There is probably one cover right, the rest isn't. There is even a screenshot shown as a cover of a song. Can anybody help me?

Try filling in the Album Artist column in iTunes and syncing your iPod. If Album Artist is blank fill it in with the same information you have in the Artist box. I had a similar problem with the iPod Classic showing incorrect covers in Cover Flow and that sorted it out.

Does your phone show the correct time?

Example: February 20 2010= Saturday. Sunday shows 20 and not 21.

I'm in Brasil, where DST begins exactly on the third sunday of February (coincidence?)...But the problem persists even if I deactivate the hour fuse control !

Yes, it's a DST issue. I've had this problem before at both ends of DST.

Print preview and print doesn't show the correct out put result when i connnected with EPSON LX-300+II

I hava an html webpage with css & print css. The print preview and print doesn't give correct output there is alignment problem when i connected with EPSONLX-300+II. But iam connected with hp laserjet they show the correct output with firefox. Please fix the problem as soon.....

I have same problem as you, but later I know how to deal with it.
1. change your print default preferences to
print quality into (120x144 dpi, or other which suites you)
mine goes well to 120x144 dpi
2. Before print enter File->Page setup, set true to option shrink to page width
in order to fit your page into your desired paper
(firefox will resize your content to suit the paper you choose).
If you dont want this you can disable this option.
3. Still in Page Setup, if checkbox "Print background (color & images)" is unchecked then
white text will be printed black.
Set this checked if you want to print white text as it is color.

IPhone World Clock doesn't show the correct times

How do I get the iPhone to show the correct World Clock times. I have the time zone set to San Diego and the clock time is correct. When I set San Diego as one of the World Clock times it shows a time 7 hours behind. New York is 4 hours behind instead of 3 hours ahead, the same 7 hour bust.

Have you tried resetting the phone.? Hold down the sleep/wake button and the home button until it restarts. If that doesn't work, try a restore....please back up your data with a sync before you restore the phone. If that doesn't work take it back to the Apple stor and let them take a look at it. They will fix it or give you another phone. Another idea...call AT&T to see if sometining can be "reset" on their end. You never know ...that might work also.

ITunes 8.1 doesn't show the correct artwork

Hi.
After installing the last iTunes version 8.1, the artworks doesn't show as expected. I use to add not only the front but also the back cover and since version 8.1 it always show first the back cover. That never happened with previous versions. Any idea about why this happen? Any solution/workaround?

I did a browse but couldn't find this other treats. Must be my english. Anyway seems that no workaround exist, so I'll send a file to Roy for him to chek it. All the files have the same problem and I've got thousands, so if I have to change the order for all them... my god¡¡

Airport utility doesn't show the correct information

Hi - I am trying to get Airport Utility to work on my iMac (3.4 GHz Intel core i7, OS 10.8.4) but it does not show the correct information about my network. On my iMac, the utility consistently shows my Airport extreme and three Airport express as "Device Not Found". Yet the data suggests that is not correct: 1) Airport Utility on my older Macbook Pro shows all that all the devices are running fine; 2) Airport Utility on my iPhone shows that all the devices are working; 3) all the airport devices are showing green lights; 4) the wifi internet on my iMac works fine through my Airport Extreme; and 5) my music utility, Airfoil, routinely connects to all my airport express devices without a problem.
The only problem then is the Airport Utility on my iMac. How do I fix it?

If you are using 6.3 airport utility you must use ipv6 local link connection..

There is no in built GPS chip, so reliant solely upon network triangulation for location which may mean several km out.

Finder Cover Flow is broken and doesn't show the correct file I click on

When I go into my Downloads and press the spacebar to preview a photo, it will preview the photo before it for some weird reason.
Example:
I highlight and press space for "Photo 2", but instead it will show "Photo 1" in the Cover Flow and will Preview that instead.

Totally broken for me too. This is a giant, gaping hole in the OS LOL. I fire up a Finder window w/ cover flow view, erase a file, and now the highlighted image in the list below is off by one file and it doesn't remove the preview of the just-deleted file in the Cover Flow pane. Sad. This is just an embarrassing bug Big A. How do you not fix this before going public with a major point release? Not to mention the scrolling issue.

Clocks feature doesn't show the correct time

It's 11:30 pm here in Tokyo. I have clocks set for Boston and San Francisco, but they are showing the time off by an hour.
It's 10:30 am in Boston, right? But the clock says 9:30 am.
I have DST turned off because Japan doesn't have DST. I tried it with DST turned on also, but that didn't help. If I have the correct time set here, the wrong time shows in the U.S.
It's a world clock, but I think the algorithm is broken.

This is genuinely comical. I had time to kill so I called back tonight with my case number. A lovely lady answered and confirmed that "William" had walked through all the steps. She was going to get a "product specialist" from Cupertino.
It took five minutes but soon she was instant messaging to this product specialist, presumably in Cupertino, which is a mere 5 miles from me.
His first suggestion was to do nothing - In October California would come off DST, then I could change my Nano G3 and everything would be right. I asked my friend to tell the "specialist" that his first suggestion was unacceptable. I can't believe Apple is selling a product that is purposely WRONG six months a year.
His second suggestion was to take the Nano out of DST mode. Once again I asked my Bangalore friend to tell the Cupertino specialist all that did was make Singapore time correct and California time wrong. Also unacceptable.
Finally he offered that this might be a known bug, might be getting corrected as we speak, and that maybe a software update will be available soon.
I'm guessing this guy is a politician???
Anyway, the bottom line is there's nothing 800-APL-CARE can do or will do. Our only option is to wait for the software update that might come and might fix the problem.
Sorry, I don't know what else to try ...

Enterprise Manager Console doesn' t show the correct data

we use a oracle 10gR1 rac with two nodes.
we use the oracle enterprise manager console but it does not work all parts of.
And the console is wrong with some parts of the data shows.
for example ;
in the home page, Performans Analysis section shows the date two months earlier. Why ?
(Period Start Time 25.Ara.2010 21:00:59 Period Duration (minutes) 60,02)
other example ;
in the performans tab, host section does not show any data.
why doesn't work this section?
what can i do?

Hm... could be that your machine is low on RAM for java apps (yours and OEM Console). (You can check resource consumption via perfmon)

Music scrollbar doesn't show the correct time

I have this really annoying problem on my Ihone 4. It doesn't happen all the time though. I always listen to audiobooks en aometimes when I have to take a call or whatever it will restart from 00:00 this is not the problem but when I then want to use the scrollbar to fastforward to where I was it will show the wrong time so basically the audiobook is normally 18:54 but when I scroll to 18:40 it will just be at the beginning of chapter 1. This is really annoying because you have to keep relistening to the first chapters.

I've had FCP lock up on me several times. The cause seems to always be 1. That I've got a ton of unrendered stills in the timeline, 2. The project is rather large, with a lot of old sequences. FCP can only access so much ram. Stills are only virtual media clips until you render them, but FCP had to create them and hold them in a cache until you do render them. FCP remembers, IN ACTIVE RAM, every cut, transition, every sequence whether active or not, every filter used, audio levels, all the clip info itself-- and a bunch of stuff you or I will never know.
When you start reaching the limits of what FCP can handle, wonky stuff starts happening.

Personas web-link does not work. it just shows texts and doesn't show up correctly. It used to work but after I had my computer reformatted, and reinstalled fire fox, the personas site just shows text and I can't view the personas.

When i go to http://www.getpersonas.com/en-US/ it just shows up as text and the graphics and details don't show up. It used to show up, but then I had to have my computer reformatted from the beginning and after I installed fire fox, this site doesn't work properly. wy?

Timezone on Blackberry Messenger Z10 doesn't show a correct GMT

is there any bug on BBM Z10?
i set a correct timezone in setting date and time, actually automatically updated.
but when i turn on "Show my location and timezone", on the other blackberry devices who has my PIN number, show a wrong GMT time.
For example: i set timezone +7 GMT (Jakarta),
but in display my profile BBM showed Reykhavik (+0 GMT).

Corecenter doesn't show voltage correctly

I have one 875P (MS-6758)and i'm using the latest Corecenter version, BIOS version is 1.6. In the BIOS I have the CPU voltage at 1.550v as well in Corecenter for one P4 3ghz and I was wondering why in hell Corecenter was giving me readings of 1.63v till 1.66v for Vcore despite having the given setting. So yesterday I was trying to understand this when I noticed that the closest voltage to 1.63/1.66 was the AGP voltage that I have adjusted at 1.6v and wich of course
it's not monitored in Corecenter. So I thought "could be some software missreading?" Let's do some testing: I adjusted AGP voltage to 1.7v and "voilá" Corecenter showed up Vcore as 1.76v, but give it another try, adjusted AGP to 1.5v, result: Vcore came as 1.54v, but yet another try, AGP voltage to 1.8v and Vcore indicated 1.84v.
Can anyone confirm this?

Assuming you already have the latest Corecenter version installed.
CoreCenter could be reading the correct value. The BIOS settings only "digitally" set the voltage to supply to the CPU. However, in actual that depends on the capability of your power supply, such as the +12V is it 12.00V ? +5V is it 5.00V?? All these will affect the actual voltage output to the CPU, which is beyond the control of the BIOS.
This is not a true bug for CoreCenter. You might want to check your PSU voltage rails.
