CP5 and Ghost slide popping up
I have a project in CP5 and for some reason the second slide of the project keeps popping up like a transisition at the end of each slide. Anyone else ever experience this and fix it?

Hi Susan,
Some of the text captions on that second slide are set to be there for the Rest of the Project. You can easily detect them because they have a double arrow on the end of their timeline. Was this meant to be? If not, change their timing in the Properties panel, Timing accordion. Moreover those Text Captions have a Fade in/Fade out transition, that is why you see the transition....
BTW: there are some more objects timed that way on the other slides.

Sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Sign in and then try again. -
CP5 and PowerPoint not Roundtripping
Has anyone here experienced CP5 and PowerPoint not roundtripping?
One of my coworkers has two slides in a presentation that CP5 isn't reading the bullets being moved to the right. The presentation is linked according to the library and I made sure the original PowerPoint file wasn't open on his computer. I think that might have been a problem earlier. I watched him when in CP5 he did the edit slide in PowerPoint and do the edits and save but when we came back to CP5 the bullets still weren't where they were in PowerPoint.
Any ideas?I don't see the option in TOC Settings that you refer to. We are using CP5.
We've refreshed the TOC. We've rebooted the computer. It just won't play the last three options in the TOC.

My ipad shows an error message saying, "Ipad not backed up. This ipad hasn't been backed up. Backups happen when this iPad is plugged in, locked, and connceted to wifi." I press "ok" and then it pops up again asap. Not able to do anything with my iPad.
Try a reset and see if the popup disappears after the iPad has restarted : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

I encounter a strange problem with the column chart in PowerPoint 2010 (or maybe the combinations of Excel 2010 and PowerPoint 2010). The directions of the arrows in Series Lines display in the reverse direction between the edit mode and the Slide
Show.
Here are the steps to recreate this phenomenon:
Open a new Presentation > Insert > Chart > Column > Stacked Column > Press OK
Excel pops up. Close Excel and return to PowerPoint.
Click on the chart > Layout > Lines > Select "Series Lines"
Right click on the lines and select "Format Series Lines"
Line Style > End Type > Choose "Stealth Arrow"

When F5 was pressed (Slide Show)

If you look closely at the directions of the arrows, they are display in the reverse directions. Anyone is having the same issue?

Based on my tested both of the PowerPoint 2010 and
PowerPoint 2013, I reproduced the issue in my environment.
If I choose the End Type> Stealth Arrow(---->), it showed "<-----" in "Normal mode", but showed the "---->" in "Slide Show mode". It seems display correctly in "Slide Show mode".
We have definitely heard your frustration, and we're thinking about ways to make this scenario work better for our customers. Please wait for the issue is fixed. Thanks.

'New Icloud Terms and Conditions' window pops up every time I try to check my email, or when I open setting. My email doesn't load because of this, so I haven't been able to check my email for months. When I click, 'view terms' it takes me to my Icloud section in settings, but the terms don't pop up. I plugged it into my iTunes to see if it would pop up, but that didn't work either. My phone is updated, and I'm pretty sure I already accepted the new terms and conditions on the last update a few months back.

If you are having issues with your iPhone continuing to ask you to accept terms and conditions, you may want to try some things to troubleshoot.
First, quit all running applications and test again -
Force an app to close in iOS
Next, I would try restarting and if needed resetting the iPhone -
Restart or reset your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If the issue is still present, you may want to restore the iPhone as a new device -
How to erase your iOS device and then set it up as a new device or restore it from backups

I haven't been able to use my ipod for a month because its stuck on a screen that says "Activation Required" and the slider to unlock it is unresponsive. I've drained the battery and recharged it, I've tried resetting it. When I try opening it in iTunes it tells me its unable to access it because the iPod is locked with a passcode, which I can't enter on my iPod because the slider is unresponsive. Any help?
next thing i would think of is to ask bestbuy apple retailer or bestbuy pple to help u out from here bc im not sure what to do next if u cant get it into dfu mode.
all i can think of is to hold home and power for 30 seconds in the meantime of showing the apple sign at least once or twice.
either that, home and power flashes once and 1/2 sec later release power while holding home still and plug it in wihout trying to let go the home button. dont even let go until itunes says somthing remotly saying anything ...lol -

I lost power to my MacBook Pro before I had saved anything that I was working on...usually I plug my computer it and power it back on and the documents pop right back up when the computer turns on. That did not happen this time. How can I recover my documents?

Have you already verified your "new" email address? If not then please check your inbox for a confirmation email (also the junk folder). If you do not have a confirmation email then please sign in at https://appleid.apple.com and press "verify" for confirming your email address.
