CP8 GeoLocation not working - what am I missing?

Working on a windows 8 pc, cp8.
I created a variable for US with lat/long and a large radius.
I then put a caption for rest of project to display my var and the cpInfoGeoLocation var
cpInfoGeoLocation is blank - that doesn't seem right!
I created an advanced action:
If cpInfoGeoLocation is equal to US
Jumpt to slide 5
else
Jump to slide 8
I always land on 8.
Any ideas on what's going wrong?

I tried it in preview mode and also published and then double clicked and tested in chrome, firefox and IE - none worked.
Does it have to be from an lms or webserver?

Also to find out if i have mail i have to press on the email icon and it will update , then it will show i have mail. I talked to a verizon technician and went trough all the settings . He suggested to reset the settings to default , if that does not work i need to replace the phone. Any suggestions ? Am I missing something?

What are you rmail settings? Sounds like manual pull versus push, is this correct? If your email provider does not offer "push" mail like gmail or iCloud then change from manual pull to hourly or the interval you prefer; more frequent can degrade battery performance.
Also, go to Settings > Notifications and select "Mail" and move "view in lock screen" to on to see message previews in the lock screen.

Mouse dragging cycle region not working What am I missing?

Pretty new to STP. I'm using STP 2.02. I'm following a on line tutorial whereby the person just simply mouse drags and highlights a section on the waveform a section they wish to remove by command delete. dragging my mouse does nothing but move the entire audio clip.
I feel like a retard, seems like the easiest thing to do yet I can't figure it out..
Any guidance would be great.

i figured it out. I just had to open the aiff file rather than bring it in via FC..

The only thing you can do is place the iPod in Recovery mode and restore via iTunes on a computer. It is a good security feature.

I really can't comprehend the logic that leads to believe that password for old apple id will come to e-mail for new id. Buy may be I just misunderstood something. Contact Apple for assist with password retrieval. If you can verify yourself as account owner they may be able to help you.

Oh, one other improvement- it DOES run faster, but then of course it would since it's so much more lightweight.

Even new purchases are not always fully up to date. Check and see by going to Settings > General > Software Update and see if it says it is up to date or not.
Also keep in mind that you need a WiFi connection for FaceTime.

Yuu can try to reactivate your iSight camera by opening up iMessage.. navigate to Preferences/Audio Video,and then click on Camera. IT shoudl be grayed-out if you only have one camera hooked up to your machine. If you have an external camera, then disconnect it from your machine.

How long have you had your phone? Because if you've had it a long time, the battery in the phone might of died on you. Or have you dropped it in water, snow, from high up? All those things could of disconnected something internally in your phone, or permentaly damaged the internal hard drive its self, or the sims card.

Hae you tried to do a hard reset of your phone? This will not lose any data. Hold the sleep/wake button and the home button until the phone turns off ignoring any slide to power off messages. Then power the phone back on.
