CPH Reports for Status Attribute.

Using Central performance History (RZ23n), is it possible to create reports for Status attributes?
Eg: I want to create for number of abap dumps, dead locks for each day.
As per documentation it says we can create for performance values and we are able to create CPH reports for R3Dialog Response time...

We are using the same report. But its bit uneasy to go to change document of each and every ticket. Also in this report we could not find how much days the notification lay in New status or in In-process status. We require somewhat in following format.
Ticket number     New           Customer action     In-process
000001          1Day          1.3 Days          1 Day
000002          1.3 Days                           2.3 Days           1 Day
000003          3 Days          3.4 Days          1 Day
We are not bothered about days, week or hours etc. The purpose is to indentify how much time every ticket took stage wise. May be through ABAP this possible but we are looking for standard reports.

Really urgent: help in making report for status of vendor payement

I am making a report in which i have to display the status of vendor whether it is paid or not?
Till now i am able to have knowledge that when we do MIGO there are the Financial Documents form there i get the account no.. whichit is stored in the BKPF table. From there we have the account no... and after that there are 4 tables into which i have to look after the tables i.e. BSAS,BSIK,BSIS, n BSAK.
Plzz tell me how should i make a report as the Acount no.. have to move among these tables to get the status of it pament.
plzz provide me some guidelines for making a report for it as help will be deifnately rewarded.

Curently i am using the 4 tables of Financial :-
BSAK,BSIS,BSIK AND BSAS which gives the status of vendor whether it is paid or not . 1 thing i observed that data compared wit htew MKPF table among these tables(BSAS,BSIK N BSAK) is not coming right as i am taking common field XBLNR among them all .
One more thing i observed that BLART is getting changed in each table.
for instance,
if the BLART is WE for material document and i am taking XBLNR filed from this table MKPF and den looking XBLNR in BKPF where the entry consist of BLART - RE n WE and finally when i look up in the BSAK table the field consist of RE .
How can i see that it is being paid or not the BLART is keep on changing.
Plzz proivde me guidelines as how to rectify the problem?

RZ20: how to create status attribute for monitoring object ?

Hello,
I am brand new into RZ20 maintenance and my question may be silly.
Anyway, SAP supplies monitoring objects customized with performance attribute (such as MTE class SAPconnect Error). Instead of having such performance attribute, I would prefer to have a MTE class with status attribute in order to trigger an alert each time a there is a SAPconnect message with error.
Is it possible to define such status attribute ? If so, how could it be achieved ?

Hello Fabrice,
the monitoring object and its attributes are defined by the data collector. This means the attributes are hard coded (in the function module or report in case of data collection method (a passive data collector) of directly in the kernel (an active data collector).
And as long as the data collector is delivered by SAP, changing the coding is not a good idea
So only way would be to create your own monitoring objects using your own data collector. There is no direct report, but for a single material you can check the PO history from ME2N etc reports...
After executing the report there is the PO history tab...in it can see it individually...
But from the table you can see collectively...

Status Report for Software Update Deployement

Hi,
I am looking for SCCM2012 query for patch status from specific deployment and specific collection. I need the following details in my patch
report with against each machine name
"Total Number of updates required"
"Total Number of updates installed successfully"
"Total Number of Updates Failed"
"Total Number of Updates installing"
"Total Number of updates downloading"
etc.

That's a fairly challenging report request. You'll have to pull together information from many different tables, and from what I can tell, you're also looking for some real-time information with the installing/downloading portions as well.

You should also consider taking a look at some of the out-of-the box reports in 2012 for Software updates. I don't believe any have
exactly what you're looking but I think most if not all of the components are there and you could extract those and combine them into a new report.

Defining a query with characteristic 0BCS_TASK for Status Reporting

there is a new characteristic available for Status Reporting called 0BCS_TASK. In the master data of that info object we defined all possible tasks. Now i want to recreate a query but showing just the tasks from the Consmonitor and sorted like they are arranged in the Consmonitor. Is there a way how to do it as i want? Can use 0BCS_TASK within a structure and the entries i want to show as a selection?
I tried it with a Structure and and had the values of that charcteristic as a Selction but it did not work.

Anyway, some feedback from our project - we decided not to use this status report funcitonality for the following reasons:
1. The interested parties have access to the monitor (UCMON) and understand it well enough to gauge progress from there without needing a separate report
2. If required they could use Print (Ctrl+P) then System---> List --> Save --> Local File --> to export to .txt or .xls
(NB it really isn't required here so make sure this method would meet your requirements first)
Then we saved the effort and maintenance of building the new infoprovider and queries.

Search for display attributes in Web reporting

Hello,
When I execute a query in Excel, in the variable entry screen, I can search values for material, for example, using some display attributes as Colour or Size. I mean, I want to execute the report for materials whose colour is white. I can open the matchcode for Material, I select the value "white" for the Colour display attribute, and I get a list of all the materials with that colour. The report is executed for those materials.
However, when I execute the same report using Web reporting, I don't have the display attributes in the selection screen, to restrict the material. Once the report is executed, in the Navigational block, if I filter the material, there is an option called "Search for display attributes activated", where I can restrict per Colour, but only for one value.
I have two questions related to this topic:
1) Is it possible to have the functionality "Search for display attributes activated" in the variable entry screen, for Web reports, in the same way it is available in the reporting via Excel?
2) Is it possible to configure that functionality, in order to restrict several values for the display attribute at the same time (in my example, for Colours "white", "black" and "red" at the same time)?

Hi Patricia,
Looks like you have some new navigational attribute requirements, don't you think? I'm sure that would solve your issue, though maybe you're trying to avoid using navigational attributes (it is usually said that using navigational attributes is slower).
Maybe you can do a test on BEx to check if your query is considerably slower when filtering directly by material code (by filtering on the selection screen using display attributes) or using a navigational attribute.
Match codes on web reporting have lost some functionalities compared to BEx (such as importing a list of values from a file, for instance).

SL Reporting for individual Monitoring objects (CPH)

Hi SLR-experts,
I would like to set up the SL Reporting for individual Monitoring objects (CPH).
I already done following:
Tcode RZ23N: Setting up a collective and reorganization schema
Tcode RZ23N: Assign a collection and reorganization schema
Unfortunately I cannot choose these objects in DSWP Setup and of course I cannot see any data in SL Report.
Can some one help with this problem?

Dear All,
how can i check for list of PO's for which no GR was done ever. i am not talking about pending GR's but no GR ever done.

Hi dear,
You can use ME2L,ME2M,ME2N and enter the selection parameters as WE101 open goods receipts and plant and thenexecute the report.
Then you will get the reports for the PO which are open only and no GR is done ever before.

According to the release notes, for the JRCHelperSample to compile, you must set the target runtime for the project.
To do this, either create a project from scratch that uses the Tomcat 5.5 target runtime, or go to the properties menu and ensure that the target runtime is set to the application server you will be using.
