Question

Hi All,
During the implementation of support packages on our new Solution Manager 4.0, we get the following error during the 'import proper':
Error RFCIO_ERROR_MESSAGE in abrfcio.c : 1801

Check SAP notes ]<a href="https://websmp203.sap-ag.de/form/sapnet?_FRAME=CONTAINER&_OBJECT=012006153200000084722004">722514</a> and <a href="https://websmp203.sap-ag.de/form/sapnet?_FRAME=CONTAINER&_OBJECT=012006153200001357592002">532918</a>
<i>This problem occurs because the RFC communication partner cancels the connection to the SAP back-end system.
The error may also occur if an SAP router or a firewall between the RFC back end and the RFC program interrupts the connection because of a power failure or because a timeout has been exceeded.
Solution
You can use note 532918 to analyze the problem and determine why the communication partner for the back-end system no longer answers the RFC requests.</i>
